【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 調和空気を車室内に吹き出す吹出口に複
数の縦ルーバが略上下方向の軸部回りに互いに連係して
揺動可能に設けられ、該縦ルーバの揺動により調和空気
の吹出方向を左右方向に変えるようにした車両用空調吹
出装置において、 両端が開放された枠体と、該枠体の車室側に一体的に取
り付けられ、上記縦ルーバ操作用のノブ収容孔が開口さ
れたベゼルとを有するハウジングを備えていて、該ハウ
ジング内に上記吹出口が設けられ、 上記縦ルーバのいずれか1つの軸部は上記ハウジングの
下壁部又は上壁部からハウジング外に突出する駆動軸部
とされていて、該駆動軸部の突出端部には、ベゼル側に
向かって延びる係合部が一体に設けられており、 上記枠体の上記駆動軸部に対応する下壁部又は上壁部に
は駆動軸部の位置まで切り欠いてなる切欠凹部が設けら
れている一方、該切欠凹部に対応する上記ベゼルの裏面
には上記切欠凹部に嵌合される突片が設けられ、該切欠
凹部の底部と突片の先端部との間に上記駆動軸部が回動
可能に挟持されており、 上記係合部には、ベゼルの上記ノブ収容孔を貫通して車
室内に臨む円弧状外周面を有しかつ駆動軸部と一体的に
回動する縦ルーバ操作用の操作ノブが抜け止めされて係
合されていることを特徴とする車両用空調吹出装置。
1. に形成された被保持部とを有し、 操作ノブには、上記被保持部を左右側壁面に当接した状
態で挟み込む一対の保持部が突設され、 操作ノブの保持部を係合部における被保持部の外端側か
ら上記両水平板間に挿入して、 上記被保持部の側壁面と保持部とを互いに面接触させる
ことで、上記操作ノブが係合部に回動一体に係合保持さ
れていることを特徴とする車両用空調吹出装置。
