【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 郵便受における箱本体の頂板部および両
側板部が金属板を折り曲げて形成され、該両側板部の下
端が底板部に接続されており、該頂板部と該両側板部と
該底板部の側端に投函物の取り出し開口が形成されてい
る郵便受において、少なくとも該両側板部の側端縁は内
方に折り曲げられて対向する側部開口縁が形成され、一
方の該側部開口縁の後方には、該側部開口縁の折曲縁を
稍越える厚みを有して該側部開口縁後端に接して上下に
伸張すると共に該取り出し開口を開閉する扉のヒンジを
支持する軸支手段を備えた第一連結部材が固着され、他
方の該側部開口縁の後方には、該側部開口縁の折曲縁を
稍越える厚みを有して該側部開口縁後端に接して上下に
伸張すると共に該扉の開放端側における錠装置の掛け金
を係止する受座を備えた第二連結部材が固着され、該第
一連結部材および該第二連結部材はいずれも該側部開口
縁の折曲縁を稍越える厚みを有する前端縁での位置から
後端縁で箱本体の側板部に対し鈍角状に見切るように曲
成した曲成内壁が形成されていることを特徴とする郵便
受。
