【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで、前記のよう
な包装袋は、フライドポテトなどの油を使った食品の場
合、袋から取り出してテーブルなどにじかに置くと、テ
ーブルが汚れてしまうだけでなく、食品も汚染される可
能性があり、不衛生であった。また、テーブルを汚さな
いようにする為には、器等を用意し、食品を置かなけれ
ばならなかった。
【０００４】そこで、本発明は、食事をする時は包装袋
を切り開いてトレーとして使用でき、食事が終わった後
は包装袋で包み紙や使用したナプキン等を包み込んで小
さいまま保持できる構成簡易な食品等の包装袋を提供す
ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、上述の課題を
解消するために、食品等の包装袋において、前記包装袋
に切り開きができるミシン目を設け、切り開き後、食品
等のトレーとして使用することが出来、トレーとして使
用した後は、包装袋で食品等の包み紙や使用したナプキ
ン等を包み込んだ後、ふくらまないように小さいまま保
持できることを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明に係わる食品等の包
装袋の実施の形態を示す図面に基づき、本発明を詳説す
る。
【０００７】図１乃至図３は、本発明に係わる食品等の
包装袋１の第１実施例を示している。包装袋１は、図１
に図示の如く、開口部２と胴部３と底部４により構成さ
れ、胴部３にはにミシン目５と粘着テープ７を設ける、
粘着テープ７は胴部３への取付部７１で包装袋１に固着
され、つまみ部７２により、粘着部を簡単に広げられる
構造としている。つまみ部７２は誤って他に接着しない
ように粘着層が露出していない。また、包装袋１をミシ
ン目５で切り開く時に容易に出来るよう切り込み６を設
けても良い。
【０００８】これを使用する時は、開口部２から食品８
を入れ持ち運び、食事をする時は図２に図示の如く、ミ
シン目５より切り開き。トレーとして使用する。食事後
は、図３に図示の如く、包み紙９や使用したナプキン等
を包み込んだ後、粘着テープ７で固着することで、ふく
らまないように小さいまま保持することができる。但
し、固着機構に関してはこれに限定されるものではな
く、従来の各種固着機構が活用できる。

【発明の効果】本発明の包装袋は、上述の如く構成した
ため、これを使用した場合、食事の時は包装袋を簡単に
切り開いてトレーとして使用することが出来、テーブル
等を汚さないだけでなく、食品の衛生も保てる。また、

を包み込んだ後、ふくらまないように小さいまま保持で
きることで捨てる時に開いて手が汚れることがないだけ
