Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem incapable of automating the lamination work of wales and course composite double-faced corrugated cardboard.
SOLUTION: On the downstream side of a paper feeder 6 placed on a downstream side and gently inclined downwardly, the first guide plate 7 inclined in the almost same degree as the paper feeder 6 is provided and press plates 8, 8a, etc., inclined in the almost same degree as the upper paper feeder 6 are arranged above the first guide plate 7. A pasting device 11 is arranged on the downstream side of a lower paper feeder 10, a pair of upper and lower lamination rollers 12 and 12a are provided on the downstream side of the first guide plate 7 and the pasting device 11, and the second guide plate 13 inclined in the almost degree as the upper paper feeder 6 is provided on the downstream side of the lamination rollers 12 and 12a. Double-faced corrugated cardboard Wa and a single-faced corrugated cardboard Wb coated with an adhesive are inserted in the nip between a pair of the lamination rollers 12 and 12a at the same time by the upper and lower paper feeders 6 and 10, a hard double-faced corrugated cardboard Wa is advanced as it is, and the soft single-faced corrugated cardboard Wb is bent at a lamination position to be laminated to the double-faced corrugated cardboard Wa. Since a fold stripe is not formed to a liner even if the single-faced corrugated cardboard Wb is slightly bent, the wales and course composite double faced corrugated cardboard having no fold stripe can be produced.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

However, in order to manufacture a double-sided corrugated board in which the direction of the eyes of the cores of the adjacent layers of the multi-layered board, that is, the vertical and horizontal double-sided corrugated board is manufactured by the above-mentioned apparatus, the upper sheet feeding method is used. The means a conveys the double-faced corrugated board and the lower paper feeding device b conveys the single-sided corrugated paper. However, due to gluing, the single-faced corrugated board conveyed by the lower paper feeding device b feeds the lower side of the core. It must be parallel to the conveying direction of the device b, and the core of the double-faced corrugated board conveyed by the upper sheet feeding means a must be perpendicular to the conveying direction of the upper sheet feeding means a. As a result, since the upper liner of the double-sided corrugated board is bent in the lateral direction, there is a problem to be solved such that the double-sided corrugated board and the single-sided corrugated board cannot be manufactured by hand.

According to the present invention, in view of the problem that the operation of laminating vertical and horizontal double-sided double-faced corrugated board based on the above-mentioned conventional technique cannot be automated, a pair of upper and lower sheet feeding means is provided on the upstream side.
A downstream side portion of the upper sheet feeding means is a sheet feeding device that is gently inclined to the downstream side and downward, and a first guide plate having substantially the same inclination as the sheet feeding device is provided downstream of the sheet feeding device. A pressing plate having substantially the same inclination as the upper sheet feeding device is disposed above the first guide plate, and a downstream side portion of the lower sheet feeding means serves as the sheet feeding device, and a downstream side of the sheet feeding device. A gluing device is arranged, a pair of upper and lower laminating rollers are provided on the downstream side of the upper and lower sheet feeding means, and a second guide plate having substantially the same inclination as the upper sheet feeding device is provided on the downstream side of the laminating rollers. A double-sided corrugated board provided with a finishing means disposed below the tip of the second guide plate and conveyed by an upper sheet feeding device, and an adhesive agent applied by a gluing device conveyed by a lower sheet feeding device. Insert the single-sided corrugated board between the pair of upper and lower laminating rollers at the same time to form a double-sided corrugated board and single-sided corrugated board. By colliding the tip ends of the double-sided cardboard, the hard double-sided corrugated board moves between the pair of laminating rollers almost as it is, and the soft single-sided corrugated board bends at the laminating position, but the core of the single-sided corrugated board is oriented in the conveying direction. By making them parallel, it is possible to automatically bond the two sides of the single-faced corrugated liner without bending lines in the liner even if the liner is bent at the bonding position, thereby solving the above problem.

Next, the operation of the vertical / horizontal double-sided double-faced corrugated board bonding apparatus according to the present invention will be described. (1) The double-faced corrugated board Wa cut into a predetermined size is conveyed by the upper sheet feeding device 6 one by one and every set time so that the eyes of the center core Sa are at right angles to the conveying direction, and the other predetermined. The single-sided corrugated board Wb cut into the dimensions is fed by the sheet feeding device 10 below.
The core Sb is conveyed one by one and at regular intervals so that the eyes of the core Sb are parallel to the conveying direction. (2) A vinyl acetate adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the single-sided corrugated board Wb (the top of the mountain portion of the core Sb) with the gluing device 11. (3) The double-sided corrugated board Wa and the single-sided corrugated board Wb are simultaneously sandwiched between the bonding rollers 12 and 12a in the bonding apparatus 4, and the leading ends of the double-sided corrugated board Wa and the single-sided corrugated board Wb collide with each other, and the double-sided corrugated board Wa proceeds as it is. At the same time, the single-sided corrugated board Wb is bent and the double-sided corrugated board Wa
It advances in the same direction and is attached to the lower surface of the double-faced cardboard Wa (see FIGS. 2A to 2C). (4) The pasting portion sent out from the pasting rollers 12, 12a is guided to the finishing means 5 side by the second guide plate 13 at the same angle, and passes through the pasting rollers 12, 12a to form a vertical and horizontal composite sheet. In the step (2), the double-sided corrugated board Wa and the single-sided corrugated board Wb are bonded with a vinyl acetate adhesive so that the drying process can be omitted. Further, in the above step (3), first, as shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG.
As shown by the solid line in FIG. 3, since the double-faced corrugated board Wa further advances and is used under the lower side of the upper bonding roller 12, the double-faced corrugated board Wa slightly bends and presses the first guide plate 7 downward. However, since the first guide plate 7 bends and absorbs the bending of the double-faced cardboard Wa, the double-faced cardboard Wa can smoothly move. In addition, the double-sided corrugated board Wa and the single-sided corrugated board Wb push each other to bring the double-sided corrugated board Wa and the single-sided corrugated board Wb into close contact with the upper and lower bonding rollers 12 and 12a.
Double-sided corrugated board Wa and single-sided corrugated board Wb according to 2 and 12a
It is possible to send out smoothly. However, in the step (3), the double-sided corrugated board Wa and the single-sided corrugated board Wb are simply overlapped and adhered, and the close integration of them is (4).
I try to do it in the process. Although the single-sided corrugated board Wb is bent at the bonding position, since the angle is gentle and the eye direction of the core Sb is parallel to the conveyance direction of the sheet feeding device 10,
No creases on the bottom liner.

In summary, according to the present invention, the downstream side portion of the upper sheet feeding means 2 is the sheet feeding device 6 that is gently inclined downward and downward, and the sheet feeding device 6 is provided downstream of the sheet feeding device 6. Since the first guide plate 7 having substantially the same inclination as 6 is provided, the double-faced corrugated cardboard Wa conveyed by the upper sheet feeding device 6 is placed at the same angle between the pair of upper and lower laminating rollers 12 and 12a on the downstream side. Since the double-faced cardboard Wa can be sandwiched, the double-sided corrugated board Wa can be prevented from being bent, and the generation of the creases can be prevented. Further, above the first guide plate 7, a pressing plate having substantially the same inclination as the upper sheet feeding device 6 can be provided. .. are provided, the double-sided corrugated board Wa sent from the upper sheet feeding device 6 is attached to the first guide plate 7.
It is possible to reliably guide the pair of upper and lower laminating rollers 12 and 12a along. Further, the downstream side portion of the lower sheet feeding means 3 is used as a sheet feeding device 10, and a gluing device 11 is arranged downstream of the sheet feeding device 10 so as to be located downstream of the upper and lower sheet feeding means 2 and 3. Since a pair of upper and lower laminating rollers 12 and 12a are provided,
After the adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the single-sided corrugated board Wb, the double-sided corrugated board Wa and the single-sided corrugated board Wb can be laminated and bonded by the bonding rollers 12 and 12a. Further, on the downstream side of the laminating device 4, there is provided a second guide plate having substantially the same inclination as the upper paper feeding device 6.
13 is provided, and the finishing means 5 is provided below the tip of the second guide plate 13.
Since the arrangement is provided, it is possible to guide the bonding portion protruding from the bonding rollers 12 and 12a to the finishing means 5 side at the same angle. Double-sided corrugated cardboard Wa is attached to the laminating rollers 12, 12a
If the front end of the double-faced cardboard W is stopped by colliding with the upper bonding roller 12 before being sandwiched between them, there is a risk that the double-faced cardboard W will be bent, but the double-faced cardboard Wa will not stop. Since the first guide plate 7 is made of an elastic material and its upstream end is fixed to the upper sheet feeding means 2 side and the downstream end is a free end, the double-sided corrugated board W
Since the bending of the double-sided corrugated board Wa when the sheet a is sandwiched between the bonding rollers 12 and 12a can be instantly absorbed by the bending of the first guide plate 7, the double-sided corrugated board Wa can be smoothly advanced without being bent. Its practical effect is enormous.
