[Problems to be Solved by the Prior Art and Invention] Due to the recent enforcement of the Quality Assurance Law for residential buildings, the waterproof performance is regarded as a basic performance for a house, such as the clarification of the responsibility for guaranteeing defects related to rain leaks. On the side as well, it is necessary to take technical measures to ensure more reliable waterproof performance and avoid complaints about rain leaks. In addition, the most frequent leak points are those around windows and other openings around which sash frames are attached, and about 40% of complaints about rain leaks are about those leaks. is there.

On the other hand, the presence or absence of water leakage around the opening to which the sash frame is attached depends on the waterproofness between the brim portion of the sash frame and the adhered surface around the opening. And, compared with a prefabricated house obtained by producing a housing unit with a sash frame attached in advance at a factory etc. and bringing it into a construction site and assembling it,
Particularly in the case of conventional wooden timber houses where almost all construction work is performed at the construction site, the shape of the openings is different from the sash attachment materials around the openings such as columns, studs, window lintels, and window stands. ,
Since it is necessary to attach general-purpose sash frames according to the size at the construction site, it is difficult to secure a strong waterproof performance, and a simple construction method is provided for such openings. There is a demand for the development of a waterproof structure that is capable of ensuring the prevention performance.

As a conventional waterproof structure for attaching a general-purpose sash frame around an opening at a construction site, a waterproof tape 50 as shown in FIG. 6 is known. According to this waterproof structure, first, the brim portion 53 of the sash frame 52 is arranged so as to be in close contact with the outer surface of the sash mounting member 51 around the opening, and at a distance of about 450 mm in the circumferential direction toward the sash mounting member 51. The sash frame 52 is fixed to the opening by driving a sash fixing jig 54 made of nails, screws, or the like. Thereafter, a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet attached to the outer surface of the surrounding outer wall, a waterproof sheet 55 made of asphalt felt or the like is extended to the brim portion 53 of the sash frame 52 and closely arranged, for example, a plastic material, Around the sash frame 52 by attaching a waterproof tape 50 made of butyl rubber based material such as rubber as a base material so as to cover the contact portion between the waterproof sheet 55 and the brim portion 53 and to extend over both sides of the contact portion. A waterproof structure is formed by a waterproof sheet 55 continuous along the.

In the above description, examples of the elastic sealing material having the adherend-selective pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface include, for example, rubber (EPDM) closed-cell foam, urethane, non-vulcanized butyl, and foamed polyethylene. It is preferable to use a foamed elastic watertight material such as mixed non-vulcanized butyl. Further, the adherend-selective pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a layer forming a contact surface with the adhered surface around at least the opening of the elastic sealant, and the adherend-selective adhesive has an initial state. There is a tackiness, and when it is pressure-bonded, adhesive force is developed, and when peeled off, there is no tackiness in the initial state, unlike a general adhesive that produces resistance due to its cohesive force. It is a pressure-sensitive adhesive having adhesive properties with different strengths.

That is, the adherend-selective pressure-sensitive adhesive is a tack that is a "tack which is a force that adheres to an adherend in a short time with a light force", and a tackiness among the three so-called tackiness factors of tackiness and holding power. It is a tack-free and delayed-adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive that is suppressed so that it does not stick at the time of handling as compared with general rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives and acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives. Is an adhesive that has improved. The adhesive force of the adhesive is expressed by the intermolecular force acting when the adhesive is brought close to the adherend, and the way of expressing this adhesive force is the difference between the adhesive and the adherend. Since it varies depending on the distance and the flexibility (elastic modulus) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the adherend-selective pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the present invention controls the elastic modulus to suppress the development of the adhesive force due to the initial pressure bonding,
It is designed to exhibit adhesive properties by flowing with the passage of time, and the selectivity of the adherend is adjusted by adjusting the action of, for example, a chemical bonding force other than the intermolecular force.

According to the present invention, the elastic seal material having the adherend-selective pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface is sandwiched between the brim portion of the sash frame and the adherend surface around the opening while fixing the sash. The tool is driven at intervals of ½ to ⅓ of 450 mm and the sash frame is attached around the opening, whereby the water blocking function is shared by the adherend selective adhesive layer and the cushioning function is shared by the elastic sealing material. At the same time, a simple method can be used to easily compress the elastic sealant without excessive compression.
It is possible to secure high water-sealing performance of the seal. That is, the tack-free adherend-selective adhesive makes it easy to handle the elastic sealant, and when the sash frame is assembled, even if the elastic sealant contacts the adherend, the adherent-selective adhesive It does not adhere immediately due to the delayed adhesive property of
It is possible to easily reposition and align the sash frame. After the sash fixing jig is driven into the sash frame at the above predetermined intervals and the sash frame is assembled, the elastic sealing material adheres to the adherend surface with high precision by the adherence function of the adherend selective adhesive, and even in a low compression state. In addition to being able to exhibit high water-stop performance, it is possible to maintain a strong water-stop performance even when used for a long period of time because it is in a water-stop state in the adhesive mode.

[Test Method] Using a dynamic wind pressure test apparatus having a schematic structure as shown in FIG. 7, JIS A1517 is used.
The watertightness test according to the above was performed. The dynamic air pressure test device is composed of a pressure box, a blower, a pressure adjuster, a pressure measuring device, etc., and the blower was attached to each of the specimens of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 attached to the pressure box. The pressure generated in step 1 can be applied at an arbitrary pressure by automatic control. In addition, it is equipped with a water sprinkler and a displacement measuring device so that a water tightness test and a wind pressure resistance test can be performed. Here, the pressure is positive pressure when the pressure is applied from the outdoor side (pressure inside the pressure box) and negative pressure when pressure is applied from the indoor side (pressure reduction inside the pressure box).

As the test method, first, prior to the test, a static pressure equal to the upper limit of the set pressure difference is applied for 1 minute. Next, the pressure difference before and after the test body and the sprinkling state are set as shown in FIG. 8, the state is kept for 10 minutes, and the presence or absence of water leakage is visually observed. According to JIS A 4706, in the performance pressurized water spray schedule of each grade as shown in FIG. 8, under pressure water spray, “flow from between the adherend and the brim of the sash”, “adherence surface and sash” "Splash from between the brim of the sash", "Blowout from between the adherend and the brim of the sash", "Overflow from between the adherend and the brim of the sash" does not occur. Use as a criterion. In addition, it was decided that a slight bleeding such that a water drop stayed on the spot was appropriate. As the waterproof performance around the opening, at least equivalent to the watertightness of the sash itself should be ensured, and the performance aimed at the state of no water leakage at W-30 was set.
