【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、開閉部材及びその
開閉部材を施錠するための施錠装置を備えた遊技機に関
する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】一般にパチンコ機等の遊技機では、内部
を日常的に保守点検する必要から、遊技機の前面には開
閉部材としての前面枠(前面扉ともいう)が開閉可能に
設けられ、店員以外の者が無断で前面枠を開放できない
ようにするために、遊技機には施錠装置が設けられてい
る。かかる施錠装置としては、専用の鍵を用いて操作さ
れるシリンダ錠と、遊技機に設けられた上下一対の被係
止部に対しそれぞれ係脱可能に設けられた上側及び下側
の鉤部材と、専用鍵によるシリンダ錠の解錠操作に応じ
て前記上側及び下側鉤部材を作動させる作動機構とを備
えたものが知られている。この施錠装置によれば、施錠
状態では上下両鉤部材がそれぞれ対応する被係止部に係
合することで前面枠が開放不能となる。他方、専用鍵で
シリンダ錠を解錠操作することで、作動機構を介して上
下両鉤部材が被係止部から同時に離脱し、前面枠が開放
可能となる。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】上述のように遊技機の
施錠装置は複数の鉤部材を備え、鉤部材の数は一般的に
は二つである。ところが、遊技機を購入する顧客(即ち
遊技場)からの要望で、あるいは不正解錠対策等の観点
から、鉤部材の数が三つ(又はそれ以上)の施錠装置を
求められる場合があり、鉤部材の必要個数に応じて施錠
装置の設計を逐一変えているのが現状である。しかしこ
れでは、二つの鉤部材を具備した施錠装置と、三つ(以
上)の鉤部材を具備した施錠装置との間で基本設計や部
品の共通化を図ることが難しく、製造コストの削減や生
産性の向上にも限界があった。 【0004】また、施錠装置付き遊技機を製造している
遊技機メーカーの生産現場からは、遊技機の組立てや製
品検査の際に作業の邪魔になることがある鉤部材を一時
的に取り外せるようにしたいという要望も出ている。本
発明は、以上のような事情に鑑みてなされたものであ
る。 【0005】本発明の目的は、枠体に支持される鉤部材
を着脱可能とすることにより、必要時に鉤部材を取り付
け又は取り外すことができ、鉤部材の数を自由に変更す
ることが可能な施錠装置を備えた遊技機を提供すること
にある。 【0006】 【課題を解決するための手段】本欄では各請求項に記載
の発明のほかに、本発明の更に好ましい態様や追加的構
成要件についても列挙し、必要に応じて作用等に関する
簡単な注釈を加える。尚、請求項1は下記手段1に対応
する。 【0007】手段1(請求項1).開閉部材及びその開
閉部材を施錠する施錠装置を備えた遊技機において、前
記施錠装置は、枠体と、遊技機に設けられた被係止部に
対し係合及び離脱することで前記開閉部材の施錠及び解
錠に関与する鉤部材とを備え、前記枠体には、鉤部材を
取り外し可能な状態で支持するための支承部が形成され
ていることを特徴とする遊技機。 【0008】手段1によれば、枠体に形成された支承部
には、遊技機に設けられた被係止部に対し係合及び離脱
することで開閉部材の施錠及び解錠に関与するための鉤
部材が取り外し可能な状態で支持される。枠体に支持さ
れる鉤部材が着脱可能となることで、必要時に鉤部材を
取り付け又は取り外すことができ、枠体に支持される鉤
部材の数を自由に変更することが可能となる。従って本
発明によれば、一つの基本設計に基づいて効率的に部品
の共通化を図りながら、鉤部材の数が異なる多種類の施
錠装置を供給でき、従来以上に製造コストの削減や生産
性の向上を図ることができる。加えて、遊技機の組立て
や製品検査の際に作業の邪魔になることがある鉤部材を
一時的に取り外せるようにしたいという生産現場からの
要望を満たすことができる。 【0009】なお、前記支承部に取り外し可能な状態で
支持する鉤部材は、その施錠装置に予め備え付けられて
いる鉤部材であってもよいし、事後的に付け足される追
加の鉤部材であってもよい。 【0010】手段2.前記枠体の支承部と、その支承部
に支持される鉤部材の一部は、前記支承部による当該鉤
部材の保持および前記支承部からの当該鉤部材の離脱を
許容するような相互係合関係を構築するように形成され
ていることを特徴とする手段1に記載の遊技機。 【0011】手段2によれば、枠体の支承部と鉤部材の
一部との相互係合関係に基づき、支承部による鉤部材の
保持のみならず、支承部からの鉤部材の離脱が許容され
て、枠体の支承部に鉤部材が取り外し可能な状態で支持
される。なお、枠体の支承部と鉤部材の一部との間の相
互係合関係としては、いずれか一方が凹部をなし、残る
一方が凸部をなすような関係を例示することができる。 【0012】手段3.前記枠体の支承部は、当該支承部
に支持される鉤部材に設けられた係合凸部を保持するた
めの支持用凹部と、その支持用凹部に連通すると共に前
記鉤部材の係合凸部を前記支持用凹部に導入及び離脱さ
せるための着脱用開口部とから構成されることを特徴と
する手段1又は2に記載の遊技機。 【0013】手段3によれば、鉤部材に設けられた係合
凸部を着脱用開口部に導入し、その着脱用開口部を介し
て当該係合凸部を支持用凹部内に挿入することにより、
鉤部材が支持用凹部に保持される。他方、着脱用開口部
を介して鉤部材の係合凸部を支持用凹部から離脱させる
ことにより、その鉤部材を支承部から取り外すことがで
きる。即ち、枠体に形成された支承部を、支持用凹部
と、その支持用凹部に連通する着脱用開口部とから構成
することで、枠体の支承部に鉤部材を取り外し可能な状
態で支持することが可能となる。 【0014】手段4.前記支持用凹部は枠体の長手方向
に沿って延びるガイド溝であり、前記枠体の支承部に支
持される鉤部材は、前記支持用凹部としてのガイド溝に
沿ってスライド可能に設けられることで、対応する被係
止部に係合する施錠位置と、対応する被係止部から離脱
する解錠位置との間を配置切替え可能となっていること
を特徴とする手段3に記載の遊技機。 【0015】手段4によれば、枠体の支承部を構成する
支持用凹部が枠体の長手方向に沿って延びるガイド溝と
して提供され、且つ、鉤部材がそのガイド溝に沿ってス
ライド可能となっている。それ故、鉤部材がガイド溝に
沿ってスライドすることで、対応する被係止部に係合す
る施錠位置と、対応する被係止部から離脱する解錠位置
との間を配置切替え可能となり、遊技機に設けられた被
係止部に対し係合及び離脱することで開閉部材の施錠及
び解錠に関与するという鉤部材の機能が確保される。 【0016】手段5.前記枠体の支承部に支持される鉤
部材の施錠位置は、前記ガイド溝内にあって前記着脱用
開口部から離れた位置に設定され、該鉤部材の解錠位置
は、ガイド溝内にあって前記施錠位置と前記着脱用開口
部との間に設定されていることを特徴とする手段4に記
載の遊技機。 【0017】手段5によれば、鉤部材の施錠位置及び解
錠位置は、支持用凹部としてのガイド溝の範囲内にとど
められ、且つ、解錠位置は施錠位置と着脱用開口部との
間に設定されている。つまり、鉤部材がガイド溝内をス
ライドして施錠位置と解錠位置との間を配置切替えする
限りにおいて、鉤部材が着脱用開口部に到達することは
なく、鉤部材が意に反して着脱用開口部から脱落するこ
とが回避される。 【0018】手段6.前記枠体の支承部に支持される鉤
部材には、その鉤部材を解錠位置から施錠位置に向けて
付勢するための付勢手段が配設されていることを特徴と

4との関連で言えば、付勢手段により鉤部材が施錠位置
に向けて付勢されることで、鉤部材が不意に着脱用開口

合ピン頭部の通過を許容しないような大きさ又は幅に設
定されているため、係合ピン軸部がガイド溝内にあると
きには、係合ピン頭部とガイド溝との間の大小関係によ
り、係合ピンをガイド溝から直接に(つまり着脱用開口
部を経由せずに)離脱させることができない。従って、
鉤部材を枠体に装着した場合には、その鉤部材を枠体の
支承部(特にガイド溝)に対して安定支持することがで
きる。 【0023】手段8.前記施錠装置は更に、専用の鍵を
用いて操作される錠と、前記枠体と鉤部材との間に配設
されて前記錠から鉤部材への動作伝達に関与する作動部
材とを備えており、前記作動部材には、前記枠体のガイ
ド溝に対応して前記係合ピン軸部を収容可能な溝と、前
記枠体の着脱用開口部に対応して係合ピン頭部を挿通自
在な孔とが形成されていることを特徴とする手段7に記

達に関与する作動部材が枠体と鉤部材との間に配設され
る場合でも、作動部材に、枠体のガイド溝に対応して前

ることにより、当該作動部材が、前記枠体のガイド溝及
び着脱用開口部の本来的機能を阻害しないようにするこ

て、第1及び第2の鉤部材のほかに第3の鉤部材を備
え、その第3の鉤部材が前記枠体に形成された支承部に
対し取り外し可能な状態で支持されていることを特徴と

部材を装着した場合には、当該施錠装置は三つの鉤部材
を備えたタイプとなり、枠体の支承部から第3の鉤部材
を取り外した場合には、当該施錠装置は二つの鉤部材を
備えたタイプとなる。つまり一つの基本設計に基づいて
鉤部材の数が異なる二種類の施錠装置を供給できる。ま
た本構成によれば、全ての鉤部材で部品の共通化を図る
ことが容易になり、従来以上に施錠装置付き遊技機の製
造コスト削減や生産性向上を図ることが可能となる。 【0027】なお、手段9において、「第1及び第2の
鉤部材が施錠装置の両端部付近に配設された上側鉤部材
及び下側鉤部材であり、第3の鉤部材が前記上側及び下
側鉤部材間に配設された中央鉤部材であること」は好ま

おいて、前記遊技機はパチンコ機であること。中でも、
パチンコ機の基本構成としては、操作ハンドルを備えて
おり、そのハンドル操作に応じて遊技球を所定の遊技領
域に発射させ、遊技球が遊技領域内の所定の位置に配置
された作動口に入賞することを必要条件として表示装置
における図柄の変動表示が開始すること、又、特別遊技
状態発生中には遊技領域内の所定の位置に配置された入
賞口が所定の態様で開放されて遊技球を入賞可能とし
て、その入賞個数に応じた有価価値(景品球のみなら
ず、磁気カードへの書込み等も含む)が付与されること
等が挙げられる。上記パチンコ機には少なくとも、多数
個の遊技球を取得できる遊技者に有利な状態である特別
遊技状態(大当り状態)と、遊技球を消費する遊技者に
不利な状態である通常遊技状態の二種類の遊技状態が存

おいて、前記遊技機はスロットマシンであること。中で
も、スロットマシンの基本構成としては、「遊技状態に
応じてその遊技状態を識別させるための複数の図柄から
なる図柄列を変動表示した後に図柄を確定表示する表示
装置を備え、始動用操作手段(例えば操作レバー)の操
作に起因して図柄の変動が開始され、停止用操作手段
(例えばストップボタン)の操作に起因して或いは所定
時間経過することにより図柄の変動が停止され、その停
止時の確定図柄が特定図柄であることを必要条件として
遊技者に有利な特別遊技状態を発生させる特別遊技状態
発生手段とを備えた遊技機」となる。この場合、遊技媒
体は、コイン、メダル等が代表例として挙げられる。上
記遊技機には少なくとも、多数個の遊技媒体を取得でき
る遊技者に有利な状態である特別遊技状態(大当り状
態)と、遊技媒体を消費する遊技者に不利な状態である

列を変動表示した後に図柄を確定表示する表示装置を備
え、始動用操作手段(例えば操作レバー)の操作に起因
して図柄の変動が開始され、停止用操作手段(例えばス
トップボタン)の操作に起因して或いは所定時間経過す
ることにより図柄の変動が停止され、その停止時の確定
図柄が特定図柄であることを必要条件として遊技者に有
利な特別遊技状態を発生させる特別遊技状態発生手段と
を備え、遊技媒体として遊技球を使用するとともに、前
記識別情報の変動開始に際しては所定数の遊技球を必要
とし、特別遊技状態の発生に際しては多くの遊技球が払
い出されるよう構成されてなる遊技機」となる。上記遊
技機には少なくとも、多数個の遊技球を取得できる遊技
者に有利な状態である特別遊技状態(大当り状態)と、
遊技球を消費する遊技者に不利な状態である通常遊技状
態の二種類の遊技状態が存在する。 【0031】 【発明の実施の形態】以下に、本発明を遊技機としての
パチンコ機に具体化した一実施形態を図面を参照して説
明する。図1及び図2に示すようにパチンコ機10は、
外枠11と、前面枠12(内枠ともいう)と、ガラス板
が嵌め込まれたガラス枠13と、遊技盤14とを備えて
いる。遊技盤14は前面枠12の内側(裏側)に組み付
けられており、前面枠12と遊技盤14とが一体化して
前面扉を構成している。前面枠12は外枠11の左側に
設けられた上下一対のヒンジ部15,15を介して当該
外枠11に対し回動可能に取り付けられ、外枠11に対
して開閉可能となっている。ガラス枠13も上下一対の
軸支部16,16により前面枠12に対して開閉可能に
支持されている。本実施形態では前面枠12が開閉部材
に相当する。 【0032】なお、前面枠12及び遊技盤14によって
構成されるパチンコ機の正面は、その略上半部を占める
ガラス枠13で区画された遊技盤領域と、略下半部を占

ての下受け皿19、その他の器具や装置が設けられてい
る。 【0033】前面枠12の裏面の右側部には、縦長の施
錠装置20が設けられている。この施錠装置20は、前
面枠12が閉じられたときに前面枠12を外枠11に係
止して開放不能とするための前面枠用施解錠機構と、ガ
ラス枠13が閉じられたときにガラス枠13を前面枠1
2に係止して開放不能とするためのガラス枠用施解錠機
構とを具備した前面枠及びガラス枠両用の施錠装置であ
る。尚、外枠11の右側内部には、前面枠12の施錠に
関与する被係止部として、三つの受け金具(上側受け金
具11a、下側受け金具11b及び中央受け金具11
c)が固定されている。同様に前面枠12及び/又はガ
ラス枠13には、ガラス枠13の施錠に関与する被係止
部又は被係止機構(図示略)が設けられている。 【0034】図3は横倒し状態の施錠装置20を示し、
図4及び図5はその施錠装置20の上端部近傍を拡大し
て示す。施錠装置20は、パチンコ機への取付時に上下
方向(図3〜図5では左右方向)に延びる枠体21を備
えている。この枠体21は、長尺な金属板をほぼ直角に
曲げてアングル状(横断面L字状)に板金加工したもの
であり、互いに略直交する第1取付け板22と第2取付
け板23とを有している。この枠体の第1取付け板22
に対しシリンダ錠50を取付けると共に、第2取付け板
23に対し作動部材30や三つの鉤部材41A,41
B,41C等を取り付けることで施錠装置20が構成さ
れている。 【0035】作動部材30は、枠体21の長手方向に沿
って延びる長尺な板状部材であり、第2取付け板23に
沿ってスライド可能に設けられている。作動部材30の
第2取付け板23に沿ったスライドは、専用の鍵Kによ
るシリンダ錠50の解錠操作に基づくものであり、この

材41A,41B,41Cは、それぞれ前記上側受け金

A〜41C)は部品として共通化されており、その共通
部品としての鉤部材は図7(A)及び(B)に示すよう
な形状をなしている。即ち、鉤部材(41A〜41C)
の先端部42(図7では上端部)は、受け金具に対し係
合可能な形状に形成されている。また、鉤部材の基端部
(図7では下端部)の正面側側面には、後述するコイル
バネ44の一端部を引っ掛けるためのフック部43が突
設され、鉤部材の基端部の背面側側面には、係合凸部と
しての係合ピン45が突設されている。係合ピン45
は、軸部45aと、その軸部よりも大径な頭部45bと
を有している。 【0037】図3に示すように、作動部材30の上下両
端部付近には、上側鉤部材41Aと下側鉤部材41Bと
が枠体の第2取付け板23に沿ってスライド可能に設け
られている。上側の鉤部材41Aに着目して更に詳しく
説明すると、図5に示すように、上側鉤部材41Aの背
面側側面に突設された係合ピン45の軸部45aが、第
2取付け板23に形成されたガイド溝24A内に係入さ
れている。ガイド溝24Aは、枠体21の長手方向に沿
って延びている。ガイド溝24Aの幅(高さ)は係合ピ
ン軸部45aの径にほぼ等しく設定されており、軸部4
5aよりも大径の係合ピン頭部45bが第2取付け板2
3の一側面に接触摺動する。このため、上側鉤部材41
Aは、第2取付け板23に対し平行状態を保ちながら前
記ガイド溝24Aの範囲内でスライド可能となってい
る。 【0038】図4及び図5に示すように、上側鉤部材4
1Aの正面側側面に突設されたフック部43と、枠体の
第1取付け板22に突設されたフック部25Aとの間に
は、付勢手段たるコイルバネ44が張設されている。こ
のコイルバネ44は、上側鉤部材41A及びその係合ピ
ン45を枠体21の上端に向けて常時付勢するが、係合
ピンの軸部45aがガイド溝24Aの上端部(図5では
右端部)に当接することで上側鉤部材41Aのそれ以上
の上動が規制される。これにより、上側鉤部材41Aが
上側受け金具11aと係合する施錠位置(図4の実線位
置)に位置決めされる。 【0039】また、第2取付け板23と上側鉤部材41
Aとの間には、作動部材30の上端部が進入配置されて
いる。その作動部材30の上端部には係合ピンの軸部4
5aを収容する逃げ溝31Aが形成されており、通常時
(上側鉤部材41Aが施錠位置にあるとき)には、係合
ピン45は逃げ溝31Aの上端部(図5では右端部)に
位置する。作動部材30を図5の待機位置から所定量下
動(図5では左移動)させた場合(図6(B)参照)に
は、係合ピン45と逃げ溝31Aの上端部との係合関係
に基づき、コイルバネ44の弾性に抗して作動部材30
と共に上側鉤部材41Aが下向きにスライドする。それ
に伴い上側鉤部材41Aは上側受け金具11aから離脱
し、施錠位置(図4の実線位置)から解錠位置(図4の
仮想線位置)に切替え配置される。他方、作動部材30
を図5の待機位置から所定量上動(図5では右移動)さ
せた場合(図6(A)参照)、作動部材30の長手方向
に延びる逃げ溝31Aの逃し効果により、作動部材30
の上動が係合ピン45によって阻害されることはなく、
又、作動部材30の上動によって上側鉤部材41Aと上
側受け金具11aとの係合関係が解除されることもな
い。 【0040】なお、下側鉤部材41B及びその周辺の構
造も、上側鉤部材41A及びその周辺とほぼ同様の構造

する手の力を緩めると、作動部材30の下動時に蓄力さ
れた三つの鉤部材41A〜41C用のコイルバネ44の
