<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gun type burner for preventing the turn-around of flames at their outside and producing no soot. <P>SOLUTION: The gun type burner comprises a burner outer cylinder 1, a burner inner cylinder 4 provided inside thereof via a secondary air passage 5 formed between itself and the burner outer cylinder 1, a plurality of primary air holes 9 provided in the burner inner cylinder 4, a nozzle body 8 and a stabilizer 10 provided inward from the burner inner cylinder 4 for injecting fuel and for turning primary air, respectively, and a blower 2 provided rearward from the burner outer cylinder 1 for supplying combustion air. The secondary air passage 5 is tapered to be gradually narrower as tending to the front end. A flame retaining air blow port 15 is provided at the final end of the secondary air passage 5 in a gap between the burner outer cylinder 1 and the burner inner cylinder 4. ば特許第2828865号公報に開示されている如く、
バーナ外筒の内側に該バーナ外筒との間に二次空気通路
を形成してバーナ内筒を備え、更にこのバーナ内筒底部
には複数の一次空気孔を設けると共に、内方には燃料噴
射用のノズル体と、一次空気を旋回させるスタビライザ
とを備え、更にバーナ外筒後方には燃焼空気供給用の送
風機を備え、又バ−ナ内筒の先端部周壁には複数個の二
次空気孔を設け、燃焼時の低騒音化を図りつつ、良好な
燃焼を得ようとするものであった。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところでこの従来のも
のでは、バ−ナ内筒の先端部が前方に突出しているが、
内側に向かって傾斜しており、その直ぐ外方に三次空気
孔が形成されているが、この三次空気の案内を行うもの
ではないので、前方に形成される火足が長い火炎は外方
に広がり、その外側の火炎はバ−ナ側に回り込み煤の原
因になり、又この火炎に供給される三次空気も噴出力が
弱く、供給される位置も火炎外周でなく中間であり、火
炎の回り込みを助長する結果となって、バ−ナ外筒外周
に多量の煤が堆積すると言う問題点を有するものであっ
た。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】この発明はこの点に着目
し上記欠点を解決する為、特にその構成を、バーナ外筒
の内側に該バーナ外筒との間に二次空気通路を形成して
バーナ内筒を備え、更にこのバーナ内筒には複数の一次
空気孔を設けると共に、内方には燃料噴射用のノズル体
と、一次空気を旋回させるスタビライザとを備え、更に
バーナ外筒後方には燃焼空気供給用の送風機を備えたも
のに於いて、前記二次空気通路を先端に向かって順次狭
くなるように先細状に形成すると共に、この二次空気通
路の最終端にはバ−ナ外筒とバ−ナ内筒との隙間から保
炎用空気噴出口を形成し、更にバ−ナ内筒の先端部をバ
−ナ外筒より前方へ突出させ且つ稍外側に傾斜させて保
炎用空気を案内する案内片としたものである。 【0005】これによれば、ガンタイプバ−ナの前方に
形成された火炎の外側に、保炎用空気噴出口からの流速
の速い三次空気が案内板に案内されて、火炎の外側に確
実に送風されバ−ナ側への回り込みを阻止し、煤の発生
をなくすことで常に良好な燃焼が得られるようにしたも

付けられたガンタイプバーナを図面に示された一実施例
で説明する。1は有底筒状で先端に向かって三段階に絞
られたバーナ外筒で、上部には外方に固着した送風機2
からの燃焼空気を流入させる流入口3が形成されてい

3から供給される空気の一部を一次空気として流入させ

を形成し該噴射穴11外周には一次空気を旋回供給する
為の複数の旋回羽根12を備えており、更にこの旋回羽
根12外周には複数の流通孔13が備えられている。 【0009】14はスタビライザ10前方のバーナ内筒
4周壁に形成された二次空気孔で、大小の穴を複数個4
列に並べて構成し、外側の二次空気通路5が一段狭くな
っている。15はバ−ナ外筒1とバ−ナ内筒4との隙間
で形成された保炎用空気噴出口で、二次空気通路5の最
終端で形成される火炎に三次空気を供給するものであ
り、バ−ナ内筒4先端部はバ−ナ外筒1より前方へ突出
させ且つ稍外側に傾斜させて保炎用空気を案内する案内
片16としているものである。 【0010】17はノズル体8前方に先端を臨ませた1
対の点火用の電極である。18はガンタイプバ−ナを下
向きに取り付けた給湯機等の缶体壁である。 【0011】次にこの発明の一実施例の作動について説
明する。今送風機2及び電磁ポンプ7を駆動すれば、バ
ーナ内筒4内には一次空気孔9を介して一次空気が供給
されると共に、ノズル体8からは燃油の噴霧が行われ、
この噴霧燃料にスタビライザ10で旋回流となった一次
空気が混合し電極17の放電で着火して一次燃焼が行わ

気通路5を介しバーナ内筒4先端の二次空気孔14から
供給される二次空気で二次燃焼を行い、外方に大きな火
炎が形成される。この火炎には保炎用空気噴出口15か
ら保炎用の空気が供給されるが、二次空気通路5は保炎
用空気噴出口15に至るまでに十分に絞られているの
で、噴出する三次空気の流速は極めて速く、しかも案内
片16によって火炎の外側に確実に案内されるので、火
炎外側のバ−ナ側へ回り込みを阻止するものである。 【0013】従って、特にガンタイプバ−ナを下向きに
取り付けて使用することで発生しやすい、火炎外側の回
り込みによる煤の堆積を確実に防止することが出来、常
に良好な燃焼が行われ長期に渡って安心して使用出来る
ものである。 【0014】 【発明の効果】以上のようにこの発明によれば、ガンタ
イプバ−ナの前方に形成された火炎の外側に、保炎用空
気噴出口からの流速の速い三次空気が案内板に案内され
て、火炎の外側に確実に送風されバ−ナ側への回り込み
を阻止し、煤の発生をなくすことで常に良好な燃焼が得
られるようにしたものである。
