Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an opening device, and more particularly to safety so that fingers are not pinched between a door stop portion on a suspension base side and a door body. The present invention relates to an opening device that is improved. 2. Description of the Related Art As an opening device, there is known a door provided with a frame provided at the opening of a building and a door provided inside the frame via a hinge so as to be opened and closed. The frame body is provided with a door stop portion with which the door body abuts when closed. When the door is opened, there is a gap between the door suspending side and the door stop, creating a gap. If a child accidentally inserts a finger into this gap, the finger is caught. There was a risk of injury. In order to solve this problem, for example, as described in Japanese Patent No. 2808433, a large gap is provided between the door body and the door stop, and a cushioning material is attached to the gap. There has been proposed a door that is not damaged even if a finger is caught between the hanging side of the door body and the door stop. [0004] However, in the door, since the finger can reach between the door stop portion and the door body on the suspension side, the door contact portion and door on the suspension side. There was a risk of inserting a finger between the body and pinching. Moreover, in the said door, since it is necessary to provide a big clearance gap between a door body and a door stop part, it was difficult to apply to the existing door. The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and can prevent an accident in which a finger is caught between the hanging base side of the door body and the door stop portion, thereby improving safety. An object of the present invention is to provide an opening device capable of achieving the above. [0006] The opening device of the present invention comprises:
A frame provided at the opening of the building, and a door provided in the frame so as to be freely opened and closed via a hinge. The frame is provided with a door-contacting portion that contacts the door when closed. A restricting member for restricting a finger from reaching the door stop portion is provided on the side facing the door body with the door contact portion on the side interposed therebetween. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is an exterior front view of a door showing an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part of the door, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a procedure for attaching a regulating member. As shown in these drawings, a door 1 as an opening device includes a frame body 2 provided in an opening of a building, and a door body 4 provided in the frame body 2 via a hinge 3 so as to be opened and closed.
And. In the figure, a store door provided at the entrance of the store is illustrated, but a door for a house, an office, or the like may be used. The frame body 2 is constructed by assembling an upper frame 2a, a lower frame 2b, and left and right vertical frames 2c and 2d made of, for example, an aluminum alloy extrusion, into a four-sided frame shape. The door body 4 is configured by assembling an upper rod 5a, a lower rod 5b, and left and right vertical rods 5c, 5d made of, for example, an aluminum alloy extruded shape, and a glass panel 6 mounted on the inner periphery thereof. . As the hinge 3, a hinge is employed in which a pair of hinge members 3a and 3b are pivotally supported by a shaft support portion 3c. One hinge member 3a is attached to the end surface of the suspension-side vertical rod 5c of the door body 4, and the other hinge member 3b is disposed on the inner surface of the suspension-side vertical frame 2c facing the end surface of the vertical rod 5c.
Is installed. In the case of the illustrated example, the shaft support portion 3c of the hinge 3 protrudes to the outdoor side, and the door body 4 rotates and opens to the outdoor side with the shaft support portion 3c as a fulcrum. The frame body 2 is provided with a door stop portion 7 against which the door body 4 abuts when closed. The door stop 7 is provided on the inner periphery of the frame 2, that is, on the upper frame 2 a, the lower frame 2 b, and the left and right vertical frames 2 c and 2 d on substantially the same plane, and the door stop 4 closes the door 4. Sometimes the indoor peripheral edge of the door 4 is the airtight material 8
It comes to contact via. In addition, the door stop part provided in the upper frame 2a and the lower frame 2b is abbreviate | omitting illustration. As a door, there is a type in which a door stop portion is not provided on the lower frame 2 b of the frame 2. The airtight member 8 is made of, for example, rubber or soft resin. The door stop 7 of the vertical frames 2c and 2d is provided with a vertical frame 2
It is formed in the shape of a fin standing from the inner surface (opposing surface) of c and 2d, and is also called a door-to-door fin. In the illustrated example, an auxiliary frame member 9 for adjusting the opening width dimension between the left and right vertical frames 2c and 2d in accordance with the width dimension of the door body 4 is fixed to the inner surface of the vertical frame 2c on the suspension base side, for example. Attached with screws 10, a door stop portion (door stop fin) 7 is integrally formed with the auxiliary frame member 9. Further, the hinge member 3b is attached to the auxiliary frame member 9.
Is installed. The auxiliary frame member 9 does not necessarily have to be attached, and the door stop portion 7 is not a separate body from the vertical frame 2c on the suspension side, and may be formed integrally with the vertical frame 2c. good. An airtight material mounting groove 11 for mounting an airtight material is formed on the outdoor surface of the door stop 7. The door 1 is automatically closed by a door body automatic closing mechanism (not shown) when the door body 4 is opened. When the door body 4 is opened, a gap is generated between the suspension base side of the door body 4 (suspension side vertical rod 5c) and the door stop portion 7 of the suspension base vertical frame 2c. If the door 4 closes in a state where a child or the like accidentally inserts a finger (also referred to as a finger), there is a risk of injury from the finger. In order to eliminate such a problem, the door body 4 sandwiches the door stop portion 7 on the hanging base side.
A regulating member 12 is provided on the side facing the door (inside the room) to restrict the finger from reaching the door stop 7 with a gap S between which the finger can enter between the door body 4 and the door body 4. ing. A gap S having a predetermined dimension into which a finger can be inserted is formed between the restricting member 12 and the door body 4 in the closed position. The depth from the opening side of the gap S to the door stop portion 7 is formed. Dimension F is the average finger length dimension of a child, eg 40 mm
Is set to about. Note that the depth dimension F of the gap S is not limited to this. The restricting member 12 has a hanging side vertical frame 2c so as to cover the hanging side door stopper 7 and a part of the door body 4 adjacent thereto with a predetermined gap S from the door 4.
It can be called a safety cover member. In this case, the regulating member 12 is provided substantially in parallel with the door body 4 in the closed position. The restricting member 12 is preferably provided with a cushioning material (cushion material) 13 having cushioning properties so as to close the opening side of the gap S between the regulating member 12 and the door body 4. The cushioning material 13 is formed in a hollow shape with rubber or soft resin, and has a regulating member 12 at the base.
An engaging portion 15 is formed to engage with the mounting groove portion 14 provided in. Even if a finger is sandwiched between the cushioning material 13 and the door body 4, the cushioning material 13 is crushed, so that there is no injury. In the present embodiment, the restricting member 12 is attached to the suspension side vertical frame 2c via an attachment auxiliary member 16 in order to improve the attachment property and rigidity. The attachment auxiliary member 16 is formed in a substantially L-shaped cross section so as to contact the inner side surface of the vertical frame 2c and the back surface portion (interior surface) of the door stop portion 7,
The vertical frame side portion is attached by a fixing tool such as a screw 17. At the distal end portion of the vertical frame side portion of the mounting auxiliary member 16, there is a ridge portion 19 received by engaging an engaging groove portion 18 having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed at the proximal end portion of the regulating member 12. Is formed. In addition, a mounting piece 20 inclined to the indoor side is formed at the distal end of the door-supporting portion side portion of the mounting auxiliary member 16, and the mounting piece 20 has a rising piece at a substantially intermediate portion in the width direction of the regulating member 12. A to-be-attached piece portion 22 formed so as to be inclined from the portion 21 so as to correspond to the attaching piece portion 20 is attached by a screw 23. The regulating member 12 and the mounting auxiliary material 16 are made of, for example, an extruded shape of an aluminum alloy, and these are formed to be long in the vertical direction so as to be along the inner side surface of the suspension side vertical frame 2 c in the opening of the frame body 2. Has been. The regulating member 12 includes the regulating member 12 and the mounting auxiliary material 16 as described above.
The rigidity is enhanced by the coupling structure and the hollow shape (hollow shape) formed by coupling these two shapes. Reference numeral 25 denotes a door body 4 when the door body 4 is opened.
This is a gap concealment member provided on the door body 4 or the frame body 2 in order to conceal the gap generated on the shaft support part 3c side (outdoor side) of the hinge 3 between the suspension base side and the suspension base frame body 2c. . In this case, the gap concealing member 25 is the door body 4 like the hinge 3.
Between the door body 4 and the frame body 2 and projecting to the same side as the hinge 3, and at the projecting end, a hidden piece portion (covering portion) 25b having substantially the same width as the gap. However, it may be provided so as to cover the gap on the outer surface of either one of the door body 4 and the frame body 2. In the illustrated example, the gap concealing member 25 is attached to the end surface of the hanging body side of the door body 4, but the gap concealing member 25 is attached to the end face of the suspension side vertical frame 2 c of the frame body 2. good. The gap concealing member 25 is an attachment piece (base) that is attached and fixed to the end surface of the door body 4 with a fixing tool such as a screw 26.
25a, and this mounting piece 25a projects (extends) from the door 4 and the frame 2 to the outdoor side like one hinge member 3a of the hinge 3, and on the projecting end side thereof Hinge 3
A substantially cylindrical (curled) hidden piece portion 25b having substantially the same shape as the shaft support portion 3c is provided on the same center line as the shaft support portion 3c. The gap concealing member 25 is made of, for example, an extruded shape of an aluminum alloy. Since the concealing piece 25b of the gap concealing member 25 is substantially on the same center line as the pivot support 3c, which is the rotation center of the door body 4, the concealing gap on the outdoor side is obstructed without obstructing the opening and closing of the door body 4. It is possible to prevent the finger from being inserted into the gap from the outdoor side. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the gap concealing member 25 is provided between the lower hinge 3 and the intermediate hinge 3, and between the lower hinge 3 and the intermediate hinge 3. It is formed in the length over the full length. In the illustrated example, no gap concealing member 25 is provided between the upper hinge 3 and the intermediate hinge 3, but the upper hinge 3
A gap concealing member 25 may be provided between the intermediate hinge 3 and the intermediate hinge 3. According to the door 1 having the above structure, the frame 2 provided in the opening of the building and the hinge 3 in the frame 2 are provided.
A door body 4 that can be freely opened and closed via a door. The frame body 2 is provided with a door stop portion 7 with which the door body 4 abuts when closed, and the door body sandwiching the door stop portion 7 on the suspension side. Since the restricting member 12 for restricting the finger from reaching the door stop 7 is attached to the side facing the door 4, it can be easily applied to an existing door. It is possible to prevent an accident in which a finger is injured between the former side and the door stop portion 7 and to improve safety. That is, since the door stop portion 7 and a part of the door body 4 adjacent to the door stop portion 7 are covered from the indoor side by the restricting member 12, the suspending side of the door body 4 when the child or the like is open and the door stop. Even if it is difficult to notice the gap with the portion 7 and tries to play by inserting a finger while noticing the gap, the depth dimension F from the tip of the regulating member 12 to the door stop is set to be substantially the same as the length of the child's finger. Therefore, when the door body 4 is closed, a finger is not pinched between the suspension base side of the door body 4 and the door stop portion 7, in other words, the door stop portion 7 on the suspension base side and the door body. 4 can prevent an accident in which a finger is caught between the four and injury, and safety can be improved. Since the regulating member 12 is attached to the inner side surface of the suspension side vertical frame 2c, it can be easily attached to an existing door by retrofitting, and can be easily applied to an existing or existing door. it can. Further, a predetermined gap S through which a finger can enter is provided between the door body 4 and the regulating member 12 when closed, and the cushioning material 1 is provided in the regulating member 12 so as to close the gap S.
3 is provided, it is difficult to put a finger in the gap S,
Even if a finger is inserted, the cushioning material 13 is crushed by elastic deformation, so that the finger is not injured between the door 4 and the regulating member 12 when closing. Further, in order to hide the gap generated between the door body 4 and the frame body 2 when the door body 4 is opened on the hinge projecting side of the door body 4, a gap concealing member 25 is provided on the door body 4 or the frame body 2.
Therefore, the gap concealing member 25 can prevent accidents caused by accidentally inserting a finger into the gap, and the gap concealing member 25 is not subject to any load when the door body 4 is opened or closed. Since it is hard to damage, durability can be improved and maintenance and replacement are not required. In other words, since the gap concealing member 25 is provided on one of the door body 4 and the frame body 2, unlike the one provided across both the door body 4 and the frame body 2, the door No load is applied when the body 4 is opened and closed, it is not easily damaged, and maintenance and replacement are easy. The gap concealing member 25 is provided between the door 4 and the frame 2 like the hinge 3 and protrudes from the door 4 and the frame 2 toward the hinge protruding side. There is a sense of body, there is no sense of incongruity, it looks good, and the design can be improved. Further, the regulating member 12 and the gap concealing member 2
5 can be easily attached to existing doors as well as new doors by one person.
