2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, solutions containing solids, agglomerates, coagulated substances, etc. include teas and juices containing fruit juice and the like, and the agglomeration of tea leaves and fruit juices contained therein. When you want to remove things, tea strainers and cucumbers have been used. In addition, in hospitals and the like, when it is not possible to drink by themselves, a drink is given by a tube or the like that is connected to a container containing a content or contents by using a pouring member or the like.

In a simple sieve such as a tea strainer or a kyusu, if solids, aggregates, coagulated substances and the like cover the surface of the sieve, clogging occurs. Even when sucking or giving a drink using a tube, clogging occurs if there are solids, aggregates, coagulated substances, and the like. Further, in enteral nutritional products mainly used in hospitals and the like, there are various forms such as a metal can, a plastic bottle, a plastic bag, a pouch, and a paper container as a container, in order to preserve the contents for a long time, Sterilization / sterilization may be performed. In addition, various containers have a spout for discharging the contents, some of which are formed integrally with the container, such as plastic bottles, and other pouches with spouts, paper containers with spouts, etc. Some are formed by the body's pouring member to ensure good pouring of the contents. The sterilization / sterilization treatment includes a method in which the contents are sterilized at high temperature and then filled in an aseptic container, a method in which the container is heated and sterilized (retort sterilization) after filling the contents. If this content contains a protein that causes heat denaturation, the content and the presence of other substances may cause aggregation or coagulation due to sterilization / sterilization. In the conventional containers, the emphasis was on the pouring of the contents, and the reality was that no measures were taken to prevent the discharge of these aggregates and coagulated substances.

Means for Solving the Problems The filtration filter of the present invention comprises:
Attached to the spout of the container containing the liquid to be filtered or to the spout member connected to the spout of the container body.In the filtration filter used, the projection for filtering the liquid to be filtered has a protrusion on the side of the liquid to be filtered. The above-mentioned object is achieved by projecting and forming.

Further, the container of the present invention achieves the above-mentioned object by mounting the filtration filter on the outlet of the container. A pouch with a spout in which a filter is attached to a spout is suitable for the container in which a filter is attached to the outlet of the container. Further, the pouch with a spout equipped with the filter of the present invention is suitable when the contents are filled with a liquid food, an enteral nutrient or the like for use.

According to the present invention, by adopting the above-mentioned constitution, it is possible to three-dimensionally capture solids, agglomerates, coagulated substances, etc. by the projections and the sieving portion, and moreover, it occurs after retort sterilization. Since many agglomerates are in the form of a film, the agglomerates and the like captured at the tips of the protrusions are separated from the sieving portion, so that the sieving portion itself is less likely to be clogged.

The sieving portion 2 is composed of a frame body 21 and a lattice member 22 which forms sieving eyes 2a in the frame body 21. The shape of the frame 21 may be circular, rectangular, heart-shaped or the like, but for example, a short cylinder having an outer diameter that can be fitted into a spout or a spout member of a container (not shown) containing a liquid to be filtered. It is desirable to provide a fitting mechanism in order to prevent the dropout from the spout and the spout member. The fitting mechanism may be formed in any specific method, but for example, it is easy to provide a stepped portion 21a in which a part of the frame body 21 is thickened on the side opposite to the protrusion 3. The thickness of the lattice member 22 and the size of the sieve 2a are appropriately selected according to the liquid to be filtered, but the thickness of the lattice member 22 is 0.5 to 1.5 mm at the longest cross-section, particularly 0. 0.5-1.0 mm
It is desirable that the longest portion of the sieve mesh 2a be 3 mm or less, particularly 0.5 to 1.5 mm. The cross-sectional shape of the grid member 22 may be circular, rectangular or the like. Also, the sieve eye 2a
The shape of A may be any shape such as a board shape, a radial shape, a honeycomb shape, or a circular hole shape, but it is desirable that the size of the eyes be uniform.

The shape of the protrusion 3 is a cylinder, a square pole, a triangle pole,
Whether it is a cone, a triangular cone, a cylinder with a sphere, or the like, it is appropriately selected depending on the liquid to be filtered. The length of the protrusion 3 is appropriately selected depending on the liquid to be filtered, but is 1 to 5 mm, particularly 1 to 3 mm.
It is desirable to set to mm. Further, the thickness of the protrusion 3 is appropriately selected depending on the liquid to be filtered, but the longest section of the cross section is 0.5.
.About.2.2 mm, particularly preferably 0.5 to 1.5 mm. The protrusions 3 are formed so as to protrude toward the liquid to be filtered, and the distance between the protrusions is preferably 1 to 5 mm, and particularly preferably equal. The formation site of the protrusion 3 is not particularly limited as long as it is on the sieving part 2, but the intersection of the lattice members 22 is desirable. The projection 3 may be formed by any specific method, but an integrally molded body with the sieving portion 2 is preferable in terms of strength.

Test Example 1 Each of the filtration filters of the following standards shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 was fitted into and attached to a pouring member to which a dropping tube was connected.
Connect the spout and spout of a container (pouch with spout) filled with 400 mL of the liquid to be filtered (prepared liquid in which the following enteral nutrients have been retort sterilized to generate aggregates due to heat denaturation), and the spout part Was hung downward, and the contents were dropped into the receiver through the dropping tube. After completion of the dropping, the filtration filter was removed from the pouring member, and the trapped state of the agglomerates and the like on the protrusions was visually observed and the remaining state of the agglomerates and the like in the dropped liquid in the receiver was visually observed. Further, the amount of dropping was measured for each time until the end of dropping. The results are shown in Table 1.

(2) Collection condition of sieve part ⊚: Agglomerates and the like were satisfactorily captured and there was no clogging. ◯: There was no clogging by supplementing aggregates and the like. B: Occasionally, clogging was caused by supplementing aggregates and the like. X: Clogging was caused by supplementing aggregates and the like. (3) Remaining state of aggregates and the like in the dropping liquid ⊚: No aggregate or the like remained at all. ◯: Almost no aggregate remained. Δ: Some aggregates remained. (4) Dripping state ⊚: The amount of dropping per hour was constant, and the dropping was successful. ◯: The dropping amount per hour was almost constant and the dropping was possible. Δ: The dropping amount per hour was not constant, and the dropping time was extended. X: Clogging occurred and the dropping was completed.

By using the filtration filter and container of the present invention, it is possible to three-dimensionally capture solids, agglomerates, coagulated substances and the like due to the interaction between the protrusions and the sieve. In other words, the protrusions located in front of the sieving portion capture solids, aggregates, coagulated substances, etc., and the liquid to be filtered that has passed through the protrusions is filtered by the sieving portion, so the sieving portion itself becomes clogged. Is less likely to occur, and the liquid to be filtered can be effectively filtered.
