In such a system using pressured water, a large water tank is required for a vehicle equipped with a function recovery device in order to use a large amount of water, and if the water is reused. In that case, it is necessary to separate the water from the collected hydrated earth and sand, and the equipment becomes large and complicated in terms of equipment. Further, since the method is to remove the clogging after clogging the void of the drainage pavement, the work can be performed only at an extremely low speed. This invention is to maintain the function of a drainage pavement by preventing air from being clogged by injecting air into voids of the drainage pavement before hard clogging occurs without using water to prevent the clogging and maintain the function of the drainage pavement. Is provided for.

As a technique similar to this application, Japanese Patent Publication No.
There is No. -63567, but in this conventional technique, a blower nozzle is arranged behind the suction nozzle in the traveling direction of the vehicle,
Another blowing nozzle is arranged in front of the suction nozzle in the direction of travel of the vehicle, and air flow from the front nozzle loosens dust on the pavement surface and air flow from the rear nozzle lifts the dust. In addition, the air flow from the nozzle on the rear side is prevented from being blown away forward by the air flow on the front side nozzle, and the dust is efficiently collected from the suction nozzle. When attempting to maintain the function of drainage pavement with this similar technology, there is one nozzle at the front and one at the back, so that the air flow from the rear nozzles has a sufficient time to act on the pavement surface and dust is removed. In order to fully exert the effect of blowing up, there is no choice but to perform cleaning work at a relatively low speed, and if the traveling speed of the cleaning device is set to a high speed in order to improve work efficiency, dust will be left on the pavement surface, The desired cleaning effect cannot be obtained.

A cleaning device for maintaining the function of a drainage pavement according to the present invention has air injection nozzles arranged in front of and behind the advancing direction of the cleaning device with a dust suction port interposed therebetween. A plurality of side air injection nozzles are provided along the traveling direction, and the air injected from the front and rear air injection nozzles blows up the dust in the void of the drainage pavement and sucks and collects it from the dust suction port to the hopper. And According to this, the compressed air is jetted from the front and rear nozzles and the earth and sand in the voids are blown up by the jet stream, so that the function of the drainage pavement can be maintained without using water. Further, even if the cleaning device is moved at a relatively high speed, and the nozzle located at the front of the rear air injection nozzles causes the residual air to be left behind, the injection nozzle rearward in the advancing direction is left behind. Since the leftover air can be blown up, the voids in the drainage pavement can be efficiently cleaned.

It is preferable that the air injection nozzle has a slit-shaped injection port extending in the width direction of the cleaning device. With this configuration, the airflow can be continuously jetted in the width direction of the cleaning device, and the range covered by the jetted airflow is wider than that in the case where a plurality of jet ports are arranged in the width direction, and dust is left behind. Can be reduced. It is more preferable that the air injection nozzle has a variable air injection angle with respect to the pavement surface. By appropriately adjusting the injection angle of air, the injection angle with respect to the pavement surface (void) can be set to an optimum value, and the dust in the void can be injected most efficiently.

The angle adjusting device 50 has the following configuration. The lower end of the adjusting lever 51 is fixed to the outer end of the protruding portion of the rotating shaft 41, and a long hole 52 is formed in the upper end of the adjusting lever 51. The fixing screw 53 inserted into the elongated hole 52 is screwed to the seat 13a welded to the side plate 13. Fixing screw 53
Is loosened and the adjustment lever 51 is swung within the formation range of the elongated hole 52 to change the air injection angle of the nozzles 40a to 40c with respect to the pavement surface R. After the angle is changed, the fixing screw 53 is tightened to change the angular position. Fix it. According to the applicant,
There is a proper value for this air injection angle depending on the cleaning speed,
The nozzle 40a on the front side should be directed more upward at high speed (at a gentle angle close to the horizontal with respect to the pavement surface R).
It was confirmed that the cleaning effect is high when the air is jetted and the nozzles 40b and 40c on the rear side jet the air downward (at an angle closer to a right angle to the pavement surface R).

In this structure, the cleaning device 10 is grounded,
When the blower 4 is driven to perform cleaning traveling on the drainage pavement surface R, the injection nozzle 40a in front of the traveling direction of the cleaning vehicle (cleaning device 10) from the air outlet 8 of the blower 4 via the left and right air outlet ducts 9. The air flow jetted from the pavement surface R to the pavement surface loosens dirt, sand, and the like that have entered the void SP of the pavement surface, and as the vehicle advances, the air jet nozzle 40b on the rear side of the clogged loosened material. , 40c is blown, the clogged matter creates voids SP.
It is blown up from the inside and carried below the dust suction port 22. Since the suction airflow acts on the dust suction port 22 through the suction duct 23, the dust and sand thus blown up is sucked and removed into the hopper 3 through the suction duct 23. In this way, since the clogging material such as earth and sand that has entered the voids SP of the drainage pavement is raised by only the air flow and collected to prevent the clogging of the voids of the drainage pavement and maintain its function, The facility is simple compared to the conventional one that uses water. In addition, the nozzles 40a-40
Since c has slit-shaped injection ports 42a to 42c having a length substantially the same as the width of the cleaning device 10, the injection airflow extending over substantially the entire length of the nozzles 40a to 40c acts on the pavement surface R. Therefore, the pavement surface to be cleaned by the cleaning device 10 has no dead zone where the air flow does not reach, and the sand and the like on the pavement surface R are surely loosened and blown up.

When the cleaning speed of the vehicle is increased, if the rear air injection nozzles are in one row, only the blowing action of the air blown from the nozzles will surely blow up the soil and sand loosened by the front nozzles to cause dust. Although it may not be possible to carry it to the lower side of the recovery port, and there is a risk of unblown air, in the present application, by providing a plurality of rear side nozzles (two rows in the embodiment) in the forward direction, the front side of the rear side nozzles Even if the nozzle 40b is left behind, the rear nozzle 40c located immediately behind the nozzle 40b can blow it up again and carry it to the dust recovery port 22, so that the leftover nozzle is small even if the vehicle cleaning speed is increased. Further, if the angle of the jet air with respect to the drainage pavement surface R of the air jet nozzles 40a to 40c is not appropriate, the action of the jet air into the space SP may become ineffective, but in this embodiment, cleaning is performed. In consideration of the result, the angles of the air injection nozzles 40a to 40c with respect to the pavement surface can be easily changed from the outside of the cleaning device 1 by the angle adjusting device 50, and the injection angle at which the action is most effective can be set.

As described above, according to the present application, the air injection nozzles are arranged in front of and behind the cleaning device in the advancing direction of the cleaning device with the dust suction port interposed therebetween, and the air injection nozzle on the rear side in the advancing direction of the cleaning device is arranged along the advancing direction. Since a plurality of air jets from the front and rear air jet nozzles are used to blow up dust on the pavement surface and suck and collect it from the dust suction port to the hopper, the air blown from the nozzles on the front side will allow the air inside the gap of the drainage pavement to be collected. Dust etc. that have entered can be loosened and blown up by the air blown from the nozzle on the rear side and carried to the dust suction port and sucked from the suction port. The dirt and dust that have entered the voids can be removed, and the function of drainage pavement can be maintained, making the device simpler than conventional devices that use water. Also, by arranging the rear nozzles in multiple rows in the advancing direction of the cleaning device, even if there is dust left behind in the nozzle located in the advancing direction of the rear nozzles, the rear nozzles Since it can be blown up by the nozzle of No. 2, even if the cleaning speed is increased, it is possible to prevent the blow-up residue and improve the cleaning efficiency.

Further, in the present application, since the air injection nozzle is a slit-shaped injection port having substantially the same width as the cleaning width of the cleaning device, it is possible to inject air into the drainage pavement surface with a continuous width substantially the same as the width of the cleaning device, so that cleaning is possible. Since there is no area where the air flow does not reach inside the device, it is possible to prevent blow-up residue. Also, since the air injection angle of the air injection nozzle with respect to the pavement surface is variable,
It is possible to select an injection angle that is optimal for loosening and blowing up the pavement surface, and to further enhance the cleaning effect.
