Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pier which eliminates squeaks even if a sleeper is deformed according to the lapse of time, facilitates adjustment of its displacement due to differential settlement of a building, and maintains the load-carrying capacity of the building to a high level, and to provide a sleeper bearing structure using the steel pier.
SOLUTION: The sleeper bearing structure consists of a base plate 1, a column portion 2, and a bearing fixture 3. The column portion is formed of first and second cylinder portions 4, 5, and a male screw body 6. The first and second cylinder portions 4, 5 have female screw portions 4a, 5a formed in their inner surfaces, respectively, and winding directions of the female screw portions are different from each other. The male screw body 6 connects the first and second cylinder portions 4, 5 together, and has first and second male screw portions 6a, 6b formed thereon corresponding to the female screw portions. The male screw body 6 also has a handle portion 6c at the center thereof. The bearing fixture 3 has right and left side plate portions 3b, 3b erected from a horizontal portion thereof, and a buffer material 14 laid on the same. Further, the first cylinder portion is mounted on the base plate at a location that is adjustable in a lateral direction.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

2. Description of the Related Art Daihiki is a horizontal structural member that supports a floor board in a building such as a house and has a cross section of 100.
It is made of steel with each square-shaped material and metal pipe-shaped structural material with a thickness of about 100 mm to 150 × 150 mm, the end of the Daihiki is connected to the foundation directly supported by a foundation or a pillar, and the center part is required. Correspondingly supported by a bundle.

[0003] For example, since the strength of Daihiki under the floor in a room with a large floor plan is insufficient by simply supporting the ends by the base, it is necessary to support several bundles in the middle, and a piano or a large bookcase is required. Provide a required number of bundles to increase the load capacity of the floor even under the floor where furniture is placed.

A steel bundle whose length can be adjusted is generally used for the bundle described above, and an example of its structure is shown in FIG. In FIG. 6, reference numeral 31 is a receiving metal fitting, 32 is a pipe type turnbuckle, and 33 is a base plate.
By rotating the central pipe 32a of the turnbuckle 32 in the forward and reverse directions, the lower and upper ends of the upper and lower screw rods 32b and 32c are sent out from or housed in the central pipe to expand and contract the entire turnbuckle. ing.

During construction of the building, the height from the base plate 33 to the horizontal portion 31a of the receiving metal fitting 31 is almost equal to the height of the bottom surface of the concrete base 34 of the building by the operation of the turnbuckle 32. Set the same and stand in a predetermined position, place a large pull on the receiving bracket, and then operate the turnbuckle again to finely adjust the height.

By the way, the Daihiki 35 made of wood is gradually thinned due to aging, and in the above-mentioned conventional steel bundle,
As indicated by a phantom line in FIG. 6, a gap S is formed between the bottom surface of the large pull and the horizontal portion 31 a of the receiving fitting 31. When such a gap S occurs, when a person walks on the floor, the fixtures such as the nails 36 and the side plate 31b of the receiving metal fitting rub against each other, and a so-called squeaking noise called floor squeaking occurs.

Unequal settlement of a building is caused by changes in the ground such as fluctuations in the groundwater level. When this uneven settlement occurs, it is horizontal between the bracket 31 of the steel bundle and the haul 35. And vertical displacement occurs.

By the way, when the Daihiki is made of wood, the receiving metal fitting 31 is attached to the Daihiki 35 with a fixture such as a nail as described above. Also, an engaging portion such as unevenness that engages with each other is formed between the haul and the receiving metal fitting, and these are engaged with each other, or fixed to each other with a fixing tool such as a bolt. That is, whether the Daihiki is made of wood or metal,
A horizontal shift cannot be allowed between the receiving metal fitting and the Daihiki. The vertical shift can be adjusted by operating the turnbuckle 32.

Therefore, when uneven settlement occurs in the building, in the conventional steel bundle, there is a possibility that the large pull and the receiving bracket may be deformed or damaged due to the displacement between the large pull and the receiving bracket. Such deformation and damage not only cause the load-bearing performance of the building to deteriorate, but also cause a squeak noise similar to the squeak noise due to the aged deterioration of the above-mentioned wooden Daihiki.

Next, a method of using the steel bundle constructed as described above will be described. First, the bolt 8 and the nut 7 are tightened to fix the first tubular portion 4 to the center of the base plate 1, and the base plate is fixed to the concrete base 10 of the building with an adhesive. After that, the handle portion 6c of the male screw body 6 is rotated forward and backward to set the height of the receiving metal fitting 3 with respect to the base plate to a predetermined height, and the nuts 11a and 11b are tightened.

The guide plates 15 and 15 are attached to the large pulling side surface of the portion supported by the steel bundle by fixing means such as nails 16 and 16 or appropriate fixing means such as adhesion. Guide ribs 17, 17 projecting outward and extending in the vertical direction are formed on the outer side surfaces of the guide plates 15, 15, and the guide groove 1 in the side plate portions 3b, 3b of the receiving metal fitting 3 is formed.
It has such a size that it can be fitted into the inner parts 3 and 13. In addition, appropriate play is provided between the outer surfaces of the guide ribs 17 and 17 and the inner surfaces of the guide grooves 13 and 13.

Then, if necessary, the nut 11a,
11b is loosened, the handle portion 6c of the male screw body 6 is rotated in the forward and reverse directions to finely adjust the height of the receiving metal fitting 3, and the construction is completed. Although the guide plates 15 and 15 are attached to the large pull 12 in the above-described embodiment, the guide plates may be used without attaching the guide plate, or if the guide plate is not used, as shown in FIG. There is also a case where the receiving metal fitting 18 having no guide groove formed in the side plate portion is used as shown in FIG.

In addition, with respect to lateral displacement and twisting, the nut 7 is rotated and loosened while the head of the bolt 8 is prevented from rotating, and the bolt 8 is moved along the elongated hole 9 to the left and right direction. The position is corrected, and the entire pillar 2 is rotated around the shaft together with the metal fitting 3 to correct the twist, and after the correction, the nut 7 is tightened to finish the correction work.

According to the steel bundle and the hauling support structure using the steel haul according to the present invention, a fastener such as a nail is provided between the haul and the metal fitting as in the prior art. Since the lower surface of the Daihiki is supported without being fixed and the cushioning material provided on the upper surface of the horizontal portion of the receiving metal fitting, even if the wooden Daihiki becomes thin due to aging, an unpleasant noise such as a squeak noise is generated. It never happens.

Further, even if the position of the pulling is shifted due to a construction error during construction of the building or uneven settlement of the building, the horizontal and vertical positions of the receiving bracket with respect to the base plate can be easily and accurately adjusted. It can be modified and the load bearing capacity of the building can be maintained sufficiently and reliably.
