【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、ストロー使用時
に美麗さと面白さを付加するために、ストローに付属さ
せて用いるストロー装飾体に関する。

【従来の技術】従来より、ストロー自体は種々のものが
あって多用されているが、ストローに付属する装飾体は
見当たらない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来のストローは、単
なる筒体形状、筒体形状の一部にジャバラ部分を設けて
折り曲げ可能としたもの、筒体を多段式にして伸縮可能
としたものなど種々があるが、いずれも機能本位に製作
されており、面白さに欠けるものであった。本発明は以
上のような従来からのストローに関わる課題を解決する
ために発明されたもので、ストローに付属させて用いる
ことにより、美麗さと面白さを加えることを可能とする
物品を提供することを目的としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】課題を解決する手段とし
て本発明は、装飾部分と挟持部分を組み合わせて構成し
たことをその特徴とした。すなわち、任意形状の装飾体
下部に、ストローに挟持させるための挟持体を設ける。
本発明は以上の構成よりなるストロー装飾体である。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明を使用するには、ストロー
適所に装飾体を挟持させ、そのまま通常のストローと同
様に使用すればよい。ストローを口でくわえると、眼前
に装飾体が位置するので視覚的に楽しむことができる。
一般のストローは筒体主体の構造であり、機能本位の物
品であるが、本発明の装飾体を付加することにより、面
白さと美麗さを楽しむことができる。

【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。図
１〜３において、１はパンダを模した板体形状の装飾
体、２は該装飾体下部に添設される挟持体である。この
挟持体は適度の柔軟性および弾力性を有する合成樹脂に
て製作された角柱形状であり、その角柱の下部を切り欠
いて、対向する傾斜面よりなるガイド部３を有し、ガイ
ド部に連続してストロー外径と近似の円弧曲面を有する
挟持部４が設けられている。本発明を使用するには前述
のようにストローの吸引個所にやや近接させて挟持部を
ストローにはめ込んで固定させればよい。以上が本発明
の第１実施例である。図４は本発明の第２実施例を示す
もので、前例が挟持部の中央上部に装飾体を位置させた
ものであるが、本例は挟持部端上部に装飾体を位置させ
たもので、ストローにはめ込んだときに口元から装飾体
までの距離を得ることができる。図５は本発明の第３実
施例を示すもので、挟持部下方に切り欠き部分を設け
て、２個所の挟持部分としたものである。図６〜７は本
発明の第４実施例を示し、第１〜第３実施例が板状の装
飾体としたのに対し、本例は魚形の立体装飾体としたも
のである。図８は挟持部を短筒形状としたものであり、
よりシンプルな挟持部としたものである。なお、図１０
の２点鎖線で示すようにストロー上部を長めにすれば唇
と装飾体の距離を保つことができる。
【０００７】本発明は以上のように、ストローに添着さ
せて用いるものであるが、通常は図９〜１０にて示すよ
うに折り曲げ可能なストローの上部に取り付けて用い
る。本発明の挟持体はガイド部を有し、このガイド部に
連続してストロー外径よりわずかに小さい内径を有する
挟持部が設けられている。従って容易にストローに取り
付けることができ、かつしっかりと固定することができ
る。また、ストローに対しスライドおよび回動可能のた
め、任意の位置にて使用することができる。そして本発
明はグラスに対しストローを直立させて用いることで効
果を発揮するものであるため、グラスに対してストロー
を支持するためのストロー支持具を用いることが肝要で
ある。装飾体形状としては、動物、植物、漫画キャラク
ター、アイドルなどを板体形状もしくは立体形状として
用いることができる。本発明は挟持部を装飾体下方に位
置させており、そのため使用者の視界に容易に入り、単
調なひとときに新たな楽しさと癒しを提供し、明るい雰
囲気を醸し出すことができる。また、直接装飾体と唇が
触れないため衛生的で、幼児などの使用も可能である。
以上説明したように、本発明によってストロー使用時の
楽しさを与える物品を得ることができる。
