【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、力の無い子供や
女性、老人などでも容易に、ペットボトルのキャップを
開栓する事が出来る装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来のペットボトルのキャップオープナ
ーにも図５に示すように角度の付いていないつめ（８）
やオープナー側ローレット（９）が付いていたものは存
在した。しかし、つめやローレットが内円の法線上に存
在するものであり、つめに角度を付けたものは存在して
いなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、以上の
従来技術によれば角度の付いていないつめ（８）やオー
プナー側ローレット（９）がペットボトルのキャップに
噛み付いても開ける際滑ってしまい、余計な力がを必要
とする事があった。この発明は、つめが滑るのを防ぎ、
より少ない力でペットボトルキャップを開栓できるペッ
トボトルのキャップオープナーを提供することを課題と
する。

【課題を解決するための手段】以上の課題を解決するた
めに、請求項１の発明はペットボトルのキャップと接す
るつめの部分に開栓方向に角度を設ける。それにより、
開栓時に弾性によってつめがたわみ、ペットボトルのキ
ャップとつめ先端部がより密着し、つめが滑るのを防ぐ
事を特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明は図２、図３、図４を参照
して説明する。図２は本発明に関わるペットボトルのキ
ャップオープナーの斜視図であり、図３は角度の付いた
つめ（２）の拡大斜視図である。そして図４はペットボ
トルとペットボトルのキャップの斜視図である。
【０００６】本発明の本体（２）は硬質プラスチック又
は金属で出来ており、形状はペットボトルのキャップを
開閉する際に邪魔にならない任意の形状で構わないが、
図２に示すとおり円形であることが望ましい。さらに、
本体（２）の外周部に凹凸や軟質プラスチック、ゴムを
取り付け、滑り止めの効果を高める事が望ましい。

キャップ（４）の外周部には、外円の接線の垂直方向に
等間隔に滑り止め用のキャップ側ローレット（５）が形
成されており、又図２の本体（２）の内周部にはペット
ボトルのキャップ（６）の外周部に設けられているキャ
ップ側ローレット（５）の溝（６）と図３のつめの先端
部（３）とが噛み合う形で複数個の任意の角度の付いた
つめ（１）が設置されている。
【０００８】そして、上記のそれぞれのつめ先端部
（３）を結ぶ内接円の直径をキャップ（４）の外周部の
外周直径より若干小さくする事により、弾性により角度
の付いたつめ（１）がたわみ、図１の様に角度の付いた
つめ（１）の噛み付く力が強くなるのと同時に、開栓方
向に回した時に、開栓方向と反対側につめがたわむのを
防ぎ、力が分散しない。
【０００９】さらにキャップ（６）と噛み付く事によ
り、ペットボトル（５）を逆さまにしても外れる事も無
い。よって、本発明付けたままペットボトル（５）を保
管しておく事も可能となる。
【００１０】同様に閉栓時には本体（２）の上下を逆に
して使用する、もしくは、閉栓方向にも角度の付いたつ
め（１）を設ければ良い。
【００１１】なお、本体（２）の外側につける軟質プラ
スチックやゴムなどをタイヤの形にする事により、意匠
上の効果も期待できる。
【００１２】また、本体（２）にハンドルや舵などの模
様や文字、ロゴを付ける事により、意匠上の効果も期待
できる。

度を付けることにより、開栓時につめが滑る事が無く、
