【従来の技術】従来,回路遮断器を分電盤などに設けら
れた取付用板に取り付ける構造としては,図1から図4
(特願2000−339733)に示すように,取付用
板2に対し鉛直な方向の動きを規制しいずれか一方に開
放された爪部4を取付用板に設けるとともに前記爪部4
と対応し爪部とは反対方向に開放した凹部6を回路遮断
器1に設け,回路遮断器1の底面から突出する・しない
を外部つまみで択一的に選択可能なロックレバー7を回
路遮断器に設けるとともに,取付用板には前記ロックレ
バーの嵌合部8を設け,ロックレバー7を底面から突出
しない状態にした回路遮断器を取付用板に載置して取付
用板の爪部と凹部を嵌合させた後,ロックレバーを底面
から突出させて回路遮断器の抜け止めをする取付構造が
あった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら図1に示
すようなプラグインタイプの回路遮断器は,取付用板側
に設けられた母線11,12とねじ無しで接続を行うた
めのプラグイン端子15,15を電源側に設けており,
取付用板の上に回路遮断器を載置し,続いてプラグイン
端子金具に母線が差し込まれるように負荷側(図の右
方)から母線の方向にスライドさせて取付板に装着する
必要がある。そのため,回路遮断器をスライドさせる前
に,ロックレバー7が底面から突出していた場合には,
取付用板の端面801にロックレバーが引っ掛かってロ
ックレバーが折損する恐れがあった。

には取付面と鉛直な方向の動きを規制し取付面と略平行
で取付用板の端部側の1方向に開放した系合部を設け,
機器側には前記の端部側から前記系合部に挿入して嵌合

る・しないを択一的に選択保持するレバーを設け,取付
用板には機器のレバーが突出した際に機器が前記の端部
側に移動することを規制する規制部を取付板の端部近傍
に有する取付用板と機器の取り付け構造において,レバ
ーが底面から突出したままの状態で取付用板の端部側か
ら機器を取付ようとしたときレバーが破損する恐れがな
く容易に取付ができる機器の取付用板への取付構造を提
供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】そこで,本件の発明は,
取付用板には取付面と鉛直な方向の動きを規制し取付面
と略平行で取付用板の端部側の1方向に開放した系合部
を設け,機器側には前記の端部側から前記系合部に挿入
して嵌合する被系合部を設けるとともに機器の取付面か
ら突出する・しないを択一的に選択保持するレバーを設
け,取付用板には機器のレバーが突出した際に機器が前
記の端部側に移動することを規制する規制部を取付板の
端部近傍に有する取付用板と機器の取り付け構造におい
て,前記レバーには前記機器の挿入方向に対して傾斜す
る面を備えたことを特徴とする取付用板と機器の取付構
造を提供したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】この発明の実施例について図面を
用いて以下に詳細に説明する。図1から図4は前述の回
路遮断器の取付用板への取付構造を示したものである。
図と本件発明の請求項の関係について説明する。2は取
付用板で該取付用板の取付面と鉛直な方向の動きを規制
し取付面と略平行で取付用板の端部側801の方向に開
放した系合部4を有する。1は機器で取付面側には前記
の端部801側から前記系合部4に挿入して嵌合する被
系合部6を有するとともに機器1の取付面から突出する
・しないを択一的に選択保持するレバー7を有する。
