When the hot water pipe is housed in the groove,
By covering the other surface of the surface of the hot water pipe excluding the surface on the cover member side with a heat insulating member made of a foam material, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the heat insulating effect of the panel in the groove and to prevent the heat water pipe from the hot water pipe. The heat radiation can be efficiently transmitted to the cover side. When the cover member is made of metal having a high thermal conductivity, the heat from the hot water pipe can be more efficiently transferred to the floor side than the cover member made of synthetic resin.

The cover member 18 shown in FIGS. 8, 10 (b) and 11 has the same sectional shape as the U-shape shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, thus reducing the weight and cost. It is formed from a synthetic resin (preferably made of metal when used for the hot water pipe 16) from the surface, and the same reference numerals are given. Then, the electric wire 23 is provided on the inner surface of the cover member 18 and the lower surface.
The heat insulating layer 32 in which the concave groove 32M capable of housing is formed is fixed with an adhesive (heat welding may be used when the cover member 18 is a synthetic resin) or the like. Therefore, by inserting the vertical plate portions 18B, 18B into the recessed groove 4 from the tip thereof in the same manner as described above, the protruding portion 8 on the panel 1 side is formed.
By locking the stepped portions 18T and 18T on the cover member 18 side to T and 2T, the lower surface of the cover member 18 and the lower surface of the panel 1 are flush with each other as shown in FIG. At this time, the vertical plate portions 18B, 18B of the cover member 18
Although the front end surfaces (lower end surfaces) 18C and 18C are in contact with the side surfaces (lower surface) 10A of the horizontal rib, in the case of the panel 1 that constitutes the ceiling, a large force does not act on the cover member 18. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 13, a flat plate-shaped cover member 18 including only the connecting plate portion 18A may be used. It should be noted that, at both ends of the cover member 18 shown in FIG. 13, stepped portions 18T and 1T that engage with the protruding portions 8T and 2T on the panel 1 side are provided.
Equipped with 8T. When the electric wire 23 is arranged in the concave groove 4 of the panel 1 constituting the ceiling, the electric wire 23 is lowered downward by its own weight without the cover member 18 attached. Therefore, as shown in FIG. It is more convenient to use the tool S to fix it to the lateral ribs 10 when the cover member 18 is removed and the state of the electric wire 23 is checked, or when the electric wire 23 is replaced or additional wiring is performed. Further, as shown in FIG. 13, in the case of the panel 1 constituting the ceiling, the heat insulating layer 32 provided on the cover member 18 is fixed to the lateral ribs 10, and the electric wire 23 is attached to the heat insulating layer 32 from below. Holding part 32 that can be inserted and holds the electric wire 23 after insertion
By forming and implementing B, it is possible to eliminate the troublesome work of removing the stopper S one by one when replacing the electric wire 23 when fixed by the stopper S.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, by using plastic as the material of the panel, it is possible to reduce the weight, but at the same time, the first reinforcing portion and the plurality of second reinforcing portions which are substantially rectangular and hollow are hollow. By providing the parts and filling them with a foam material, it is possible to provide a plastic panel for construction which not only has improved shape retention strength and is excellent in strength, but also has heat insulating performance. In addition, the panel can be moved or constructed by grasping the concave groove formed between the first reinforcing portion and the second reinforcing portion, which is not only advantageous in handleability, but also the concave groove can store the electric wire. It is possible to inexpensively provide a plastic panel for construction that has a wide range of use and can also be used as a storage unit, a conduit storage unit, a hot water pipe storage unit, and an air conditioning pipe storage unit. Also, by removing the cover member, it is possible to grasp the condition of the electric wires, electric wires, hot water pipes, and air conditioning pipes that are stored inside the groove, and to easily replace them with new ones, including maintenance. It can be a highly complete architectural plastic panel.
