【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、グラス容器の上
縁部に装着して使用するストロー支持具に関する。

【従来の技術】従来より、ストローは飲料を吸引する用
具として多用されているが、このストローをグラスに対
して支持するための用具は見当たらない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来、ストローを使用
する際には、飲料の入った容器内にストローを入れ、ス
トロー上端より吸引していた。吸引後にストローから口
を離すとストローを支持するものがないため、ストロー
の位置が定まらず、再び吸引するときはグラスを回して
ストローを口に近づけたり、ストローをつまむなどして
ストロー位置を変えねばならなかった。例えばストロー
で飲料を攪拌したりすると、ストローは軽いのでこの飲
料の流れに沿って移動し、初期の位置からずれてしま
い、再びストローを使用するときは上記のようにその位
置を変えねばならなかった。また、グラスを傾けたりし
たとき、グラスは円形が多いのでこの円形のグラスの上
縁にストローが接しながら移動してしまい、やはり吸引
時の不便を生じるものであった。さらに、炭酸飲料では
その発泡からストローが浮き上がり、ときには容器から
外れて落ちるなどの問題があった。本発明は、以上のよ
うな従来からのストロー使用に関わる課題を解決するた
めに発明されたもので、ストローをグラスに対して容易
に支持して使用時のストローの移動を防止することので
きる支持具を提供することを目的としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】課題を解決する手段とし
て本発明は、狭持部に連続する連結部端に支持部を設け
てその主要部を構成した。すなわち、湾曲狭持部を形成
するとともに、該狭持部に連続する連結部を設け、連結
部端にストロー支持のための支持部を設ける。本発明は
以上の構成よりなるストロー支持具である。。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明を使用するには、まずグラ
スの上縁に狭持部を差し込んで固定する。次ぎに、支持
部にストローを支持させる。この状態で支持部はグラス
のほぼ中央やや上方に位置し、ストローもグラス中央に
位置して支持部に支持されている。従って、グラスを傾
けたりしてもストローが移動することなく、その位置が
定まっているので使用に際して便利である。

【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。図
において、１は環状の支持部でその上面は内側に向けて
適度の傾斜面を有し、この支持部に連続して一体に平板
状の連結部２が設けられ、この連結部は挟持部３へとつ
ながっている。この挟持部は断面コ字状の湾曲形状であ
り、その上面は連結部上面と同一面上にあり、連結部に
対してほぼ直角に下方へ突出した形状である。また、挟
持部の下端はその内面に少しの傾斜面を有している。ま
た、支持部上縁に対し連結部上面はわずかの下降傾斜面
を有している。以上の各部材は適度の柔軟性および弾力
性を有する合成樹脂にて一体に形成される。本発明の使
用は、グラス上縁に挟持部を差し込んで固定し、環状の
支持部内にストローを位置させる。この支持部内径はス
トロー外径よりわずかに大きく。かつグラス中央に支持
部が位置してストロー位置を規定している。従って、ス
トローはこの支持部によりその位置が安定し、容易に吸
引使用することができる。また、支持部はその上縁から
内側に向けて傾斜面を有しているため、ストローを容易
に差し込んで直立固定することができる。以上が本発明
の第１実施例である。

環状の支持部の一部を切り欠いたもので、この切り欠き
部の幅はストロー外径よりやや小さくなっている。従っ

施例を示し、挟持部の内幅をその先端から内奥に向かう

の変化にも対応が容易である。なお、図７の例、図８の
例、図９の例は各々組み合わせて使用することができ、
図１の例に対し図８または図９の例を組み合わせてもよ
い。以上のごとく、本発明によってストロー位置を定め
ることができて、使用に便利なるストロー支持具を得る
ことができる。
