The zipper tape according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4. Figure 2
As shown in FIG. 3, the zipper tape 3 is formed as a band having a predetermined width h, with bases attached to the front and back attachment papers 31 and 32, and the articulation tool 4 at the tip. Moreover, the entire zipper tape 3 including the engaging device 4 is made of a biodegradable synthetic resin material. In addition, 5 and 6 are a female part and a male part which form the articulation tool. FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line II-II in FIG. 2, in which the articulation tool 4 engages the female part 5 with the male part 6 to close the opening of the bag. FIG. 4 shows the case where the articulation tool 4 is disengaged. As is clear from the figure, the female part 5 is integrally formed with one mounting paper 31 by injection molding, and the base part 51 is mounted on the mounting paper 31. Is formed as a ridge that is attached to the outside and projects a predetermined amount outward, and is formed as a hollow body as a whole, and an engaging edge portion 52 is provided at the free end. The male portion 6 is integrally formed with the other mounting paper 32 by injection molding, and the base portion 61 is mounted on the mounting paper 32 and formed as a ridge protruding outward by a predetermined width. And an enlarged portion 62 is provided at the free end.

As is apparent from FIGS. 3 and 4, the opening of the bag fits or disengages the enlarged portion 62 of the male portion 6 forming the engaging device 4 according to the present invention with the engaging edge portion 52 of the female portion 5. By doing so, it can be opened and closed. The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but the shape and size of the articulation tool can be designed arbitrarily, and other known coupling tools can be adopted. Further, the engaging device and the mounting paper can be manufactured as a zipper tape by performing simultaneous molding by an integral molding means. Further, the zipper tape can be manufactured to have an endless length by continuous integral molding, and the endless product obtained by this can be cut into a desired length and used according to the object.

[Other Embodiments] FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the zipper tape 3 according to the present invention. As is apparent from FIG. 5, the zipper tape 3 includes two mounting papers 31,
Adhesive 71, on each skirt portion 30, 30 of 32
It is formed as an independent zipper tape to which release papers 7, 7 are attached via 71. As shown in FIG. 5, the zipper tape 3 formed in this way is prepared by separating the release papers 7, 7 of the two attachment papers 31, 31 from the bag 10 without the zipper tape as shown in FIG. Open ends 11, 11
The skirt portions 30, 30 of the zipper tape 3 are attached to the adhesive 7
It is possible to change the opening bag to a bag with a zipper tape by attaching it via 1, 71. In the case of this embodiment, the problem of hygiene can be solved by applying it to a conventional garbage bag or the like.

The present invention utilizes the fact that the zipper tape is made of a biodegradable synthetic resin material to decompose into compost in the soil, which is a characteristic of this material, and is a non-polluting material. That is, we can provide eco-friendly zipper tape. Further, the present invention does not generate dioxin or SOx, which has been conventionally generated by discarding the opening / closing tool of the packaging bag, and is effective in view of environmental problems, safety and simplicity. In addition, since the present invention can provide an independent zipper tape so that the zipper tape can be freely attached to the mouth of the bag, the cause of pollution caused by the zipper tape made of synthetic resin that has been fixed to the mouth of the conventional bag. Can be eliminated.
