傾斜させる必要があり、大容量の装置には不向である。
又、実公平7−3917号公報に記載の技術にあって
も、単なるスクリューオーガーによって撹拌するもので
あり、乾燥調整済の粒状、又は粉状物の撹拌混合には対
応可能であるが、含水率の高い塊状のものは十分に撹拌

又、左右の撹拌爪2,2によってタンク1中央へ送り込
まれる堆肥原料は、その中央下方に位置する搬送軸5の
複数の搬送翼4,4によって矢印B方向、即ち、左右の
撹拌軸3,3の搬送方向と逆方向へ搬送されながら、両
側の撹拌爪2,2との相互作用によって均一に撹拌混合
される。又、堆肥原粒中に塊状のものが存在していて
も、撹拌爪2,2及び搬送翼4,4の強制回転による破砕
作用と、これらの回転方向及び搬送方向の相異による相
互作用により堆肥原料を細かく分離して均一に撹拌混合

力によって後板15に圧接されると撹拌軸3,3に大き
な駆動負荷が加わり各部が損傷する恐れがあるが、この
発明にあっては、左右の撹拌軸3,3の搬送方向A終端
部一定範囲に亘って逆方向(反矢印A方向)への搬送機
能を有する撹拌爪2a,2aを設けたものであるから、
この撹拌爪2a,2aによって矢印A方向へ搬送される
堆肥原料の送り作用を緩和し、又、一部逆方向(反矢印
A方向)へ送り戻し、この間に堆肥原料を更に細く撹拌
するとともに中央の搬送軸5側へ溢出させるものである
から、後板15側に過度に堆肥原料を搬送圧接すること
がない。 【0006】 【実施の形態】図例において、タンク1は下部タンク1
aと上部タンク1bとからなり、適宜支柱等によって枠
組補強される前板14、後板15と両側板12,12と

該撹拌爪2は、耕耘刃の如き形状であって、即ち、厚肉
細幅の平板状材をブラケット21,21へ嵌入取着する
とともに、所定高さの取付部2aから順次回転方向イ後
方へ向け後退湾曲させる爪部2bを形成し、更にその先
端部を搬送方向A側へ屈曲させて送り面2cを形成して
ある。又、これらの回転方向前縁は、鋭角に形成し刃部
2dを設けてある。該左右の撹拌軸3,3の撹拌爪2,2
は、共に内向回転イ,イさせてあり、その回転方向は正
面視右側が左回転し、左側が右回転するがその搬送方向
を同方向A,Aとする為、左右の撹拌爪2,2の形状を左
右対称に構成してある。又、該撹拌爪2,2は撹拌軸3
の始端側から順次90度毎位相を変えてラセン状に取着
することにより、堆肥原料を撹拌しながら矢印A方向へ
搬送可能に構成してある。なお、前板14近傍には同位
相位置に二本の撹拌爪2,2を設け前板14側の堆肥原
料を素早く搬送し負荷の軽減を図っている。又、撹拌軸
3の終端側、即ち、後板15近傍の撹拌爪数本は送り面
2cを逆側に屈曲形成して逆送り撹拌爪2E,2Eとな
し、反矢印A方向へ搬送可能に構成してある。従って、
その送り面2cにより反矢印イ方向へ送り戻される堆肥
原料は、撹拌爪2,2により矢印A方向へ送られる堆肥
原料と撹拌されながら上方へ湧き上り中央側へ送り出さ
れる。この為、後板15側へ必要以上に圧送されること
がなく、負荷の軽減を図ることができる。搬送軸5は、
下部タンク1aの中央下方に位置して前、後板14,1

成してある。又、搬送翼4の搬送力を上げる為には、掬
上面を屈曲形成するとよい。又、この搬送軸5は一本で
あり、矢印A方向へ搬送する左右二本の撹拌軸3,3終
端から堆肥原料を引継いで矢印B方向へ循環搬送する構
成の為、その搬送量をバランスさせるべく、搬送翼4の
翼面を撹拌爪2,2のそれより大きく、又、取付傾斜角
度を大きく構成してある。 【0007】該搬送軸5終端部の下部タンク1aの底板

げ、左右の撹拌爪2,2に引継いで循環させるべく構成
してある。又、タンク1の前後が長い場合には、後板1
5と排出口7の間の中央付近の搬送軸5に同様の送り上
げ翼8を設け、堆肥原料の一部を上方へ送り上げ撹拌爪
2,2に引継せて循環させるとよい。左右両側の撹拌軸
3,3の搬送方向A終端には、後板15に沿って回転し
該後板15に付着する、又圧送される堆肥原料を掻取っ
て中央側へ掻送る掻送り翼17を設けてあり、搬送され
る堆肥原料を中央に位置し矢印B方向へ搬送機能を有す
る搬送翼4側へ掻送る為、撹拌軸3,3への負荷を軽減
できるものである。左右両側の撹拌軸3,3と、中央の
搬送軸5とは、夫々装着する撹拌爪2,2と搬送翼4,4
の作用範囲が平面視において一部オーバーラップさせる
如く接近させ、又、その上下関係は撹拌爪2,2の下方
側先端が搬送軸5の軸心近傍に位置する関係に設定して
ある。又、底板6を湾曲させ搬送翼4,4下部外周に沿
わせて形成する搬送受樋23の左右上縁を、該搬送軸5
の軸芯近傍に位置させ、該左右上縁から連続して左右の
撹拌爪2,2の受樋18,18を設けてある。従って、該
受樋18,18の中央側上縁を浅く形成することによ
り、撹拌爪2,2の主体部を中央の搬送翼4,4と対向位
置させてあり、両者が相対向する範囲を上下方向に大き
くし、両者の相互作用による撹拌効果を更に向上させる
