1. An image blur correction device for performing image blur correction by moving a part of a taking lens in a plane perpendicular to an optical axis, wherein the correcting lens is held and a moving range of the correcting lens is regulated. The lens holding frame provided with the first restricting portion and the lens holding frame in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis.
First guiding means for guiding the movement in the direction of, and second guiding means for guiding the movement of the lens holding frame in the second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and the lens holding frame. A first driving means for driving the lens in a first direction, a second driving means for driving in a second direction, a position detecting means for detecting the position of the correction lens, and a first restricting portion. Fixing means having a second restricting part for restricting the movable range of the correction lens, and the first and second restricting parts are substantially concentric with the optical axis and have the first and second restricting parts. An image blur correction device, characterized in that the image blur correction device is arranged inside the second driving means.

【請求項4】 第1及び第2の駆動手段を同一平面上で
ない位置に配置すると共に、第1及び第2の駆動手段の
内、像面側に配置した駆動手段の被写体側もしくは被写
体側に配置した駆動手段の像面側に前記位置検出手段を
配設したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記
載の像ブレ補正装置。
