Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a standing band for piping and, more particularly, to a standing band for piping for preventing a bolt inserted into and screwed into the standing band for piping from falling off. It is about. 2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional standing band, a pair of band portions integrated by a hinge mechanism or an assembling mechanism hold a pipe, and ends of both band portions are bolted and nutd on a wall or floor. The pipes are held in a holding state by being fixed to a T-shaped support member fixed to the pipe. In the case of a suspension band, one set of bolts and nuts is used, but in the case of a standing band, two sets are used to prevent rotation of the band. At the time of installation, the nut screwed to the bolt is once removed, one side of the band portion of the upright band is opened, the pipe is passed inside, and then one side of the band portion is returned to the original position. Return and tighten the nut. At this time, since the bolt holes provided at the ends of the support member and the band portion are so-called stupid holes, the nut is removed and the band portion on one side is opened at the stage of holding the pipe. Doing so often resulted in the bolts falling off. In particular, in the case of the standing band, the frequency of dropping was higher than that of the hanging band because the bolt and the nut were two sets. Therefore, the present inventor has disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 8-31714.
No. 4 (JP-A-9-317949) and the like, each of the two bolts inserted into the end of the band portion on one side
We proposed a technique to prevent falling off by temporarily fixing with two clips. Further, when the nut is screwed into the bolt after holding the pipe, the bolt is rotated with the screwing of the nut, so it is necessary to press the bolt with fingers or the like. As a technique for solving such a problem, the inventor of the present invention has proposed Japanese Patent Application No. Hei 11-220.
906 (JP-A-2001-50426) and JP-A-11-3
Japanese Patent No. 17748 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-141117) has proposed a technique which prevents screw bolts from rotating and allows nuts to be screwed together without pressing the bolts with fingers, thereby improving work efficiency. The present inventor has conducted further intensive studies on these techniques and found that there is room for further improvement in terms of work efficiency. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a standing band type piping stand band having a bolt falling-off prevention structure and a bolt rotation prevention structure with improved working efficiency. It is in. The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following constitution. [0010] 1. In a piping stand band attached to a support bracket fixed to a wall surface or a floor by a bolt and a nut and supported by a pair of band portions integrated by a hinge mechanism or a combination mechanism so as to hold the piping,
The bolt is a U-shaped bolt having screw portions at both ends, and a clip is attached to at least one leg of the U-shaped bolt in a state where the U-shaped bolt is inserted into one end of the pair of band portions. A standing band for piping, wherein the band is attached to prevent the one band portion from falling off from an end portion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a specific configuration of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing one embodiment of a piping stand band according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged plan view of a clip, and FIGS. 3 to 5 are enlarged plan views showing other embodiments of the clip. As shown in FIG. 1, a vertical band 1 for piping according to the present invention comprises a pair of band portions 11 connected by a hinge mechanism 10 (which may be a hinge type, a set type, or a lantern type).
A support leg of a support member 2 called a T-shaped foot or the like in which respective ends 12A and 12B of A and 11B are fixed to a wall surface W (a floor or the like in addition to the wall surface) by U-shaped bolts 3 and nuts 4.4. By attaching to the pipe 21, the pipe P is supported so as to be held. One of the legs 3A and 3B of the U-shaped bolt 3 inserted into the bolt hole formed in the end 12A of the one band 11A (the leg in this embodiment) A clip 5 having a configuration described later on the portion 3A)
Is installed. By mounting the clip 5, even when the nuts 4.4 are removed during the mounting operation,
The U-shaped bolt 3 does not fall off from one end 12A of the band 11A. In the present invention, one U-shaped bolt 3 is used in place of the conventional two bolts. Conventionally, the clip 5 is attached to each of the two bolts and falls off. While we had to prevent it,
The clip 5 is attached to only one of the two legs 3A and 3B of the U-shaped bolt 3 (the leg 3A in this embodiment).
It can be prevented from falling off simply by attaching the. Therefore, there is no fear that the U-shaped bolt 3 will fall off even if both the nuts 4 are removed, even though there is only one clip 5, and one of the band portions 11B is not connected to the other band portion 11A.
By the closing operation, the legs 3A and 3B of the U-shaped bolt 3
Both can be passed through the two bolt insertion holes of the band end portion 12B, so that the efficiency of holding and mounting the pipe P is improved, and the number of clips 5 used is reduced by half. Is also reduced by half, so that there is an effect that it is possible to further reduce the cost as well as the work time. The U-shaped bolt 3 may be any of a general round U-bolt and a square bolt, but is preferably a square bolt. Further, in the present invention, the use of the U-shaped bolt 3 does not cause the problem of rotation when the nut 4 is screwed. Therefore, since a separate component, such as the proposed technology, is not required, there is an effect that it is possible to reduce the number of components, the labor required for attaching the component, and the cost. Hereinafter, the structure of the clip 5 will be described with reference to FIG. The clip 5 is an elastic thin (for example,
(About 0.7 mm) is formed of an iron wire, the center portion is bent to form a ring 5A, and then the intersection 5B is formed.
Further, the extension portion is bent so that the leg portion 3A of the U-shaped bolt 3 is formed.
-Form an engaging portion 5C to any of 3B and make the remaining portion intersect 5D before forming an extended portion 5E. The elasticity is generated by the ring 5A and the intersection 5B, and the diameter of the engaging portion 5C can be expanded by pressing the extension 5E in the sandwiching direction. When the pressed extension 5E is released, the engaging portion 5C is released.
Is restored by elasticity, and the leg 3A is sandwiched.
Therefore, the clip 5 can be attached to the leg 3A very easily. Further, since the iron wire is twisted at the intersection 5B and the intersection 5D, when the nut 4 is screwed into one leg 3A of the U-shaped bolt 3 and tightened, it is the same as a washer. To prevent the nut 4 from being loosened.
The structure which does not twist contrary to the above can also be set. The above-mentioned clip 5 can be made of a metal wire such as a copper wire or an aluminum wire in addition to a thin iron wire, and can also be made of a synthetic resin material. FIGS. 3 to 5 show another embodiment of the clip 5. FIG. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the clip 5 shown in FIG. 2 is replaced with the ring 5A and has a triangular configuration with elasticity. A bolt engaging portion 5C is formed at the center, and the U By simply pushing one of the legs 3A of the V-shaped bolt 3, the engaging portion 5
C can be easily engaged. The embodiment shown in FIG. 4 is similar to the clip 5 shown in FIG. 2 in that the elasticity of the ring 5A is used, but does not have the intersections 5B and 5D. As in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a bolt engaging portion 5C is formed at the center, and the bolt engaging portion 5C is engaged with the leg portion 3A of the U-shaped bolt 3 simply by pushing it from the extension portion 5E side. The part 5C can be engaged. In the embodiment of the clip 5 described above with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4, in order to accurately mount the clip 5, the U-shaped bolt 3 is provided with annular grooves on the legs 3A and 3B sides. You may leave. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the clip 5 is formed in a substantially R shape, and the straight portions are formed by the legs 3A and 3B of the U-shaped bolt 3.
U-shaped bolt 3 inserted into the bolt engaging portion 5C by utilizing the elasticity of the ring 5A portion
It is a configuration to prevent the falling off from the. If the extension 5E is pulled away from the straight portion, the leg 3 of the U-shaped bolt 3
A and 3B can be removed. Note that the clip 5 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 5 is similar to the clip 5 of the other embodiment described above without providing a pin hole in the legs 3A and 3B of the U-shaped bolt 3. It is also possible to attach to one of the legs 3A and 3B of the U-shaped bolt 3 by a technique. According to the piping stand band 1 of the present invention using the U-shaped bolt 3 and the clip 5 as described above, after the pipe P is held by the band part 11 at the site, the band parts 11B and The end 12B is closed, and the nuts 4.4 are attached to the tips of the legs 3A and 3B of the U-shaped bolt 3 protruding from the end 12B.
Screw. In the prior art, when the nuts 4 and 4 are screwed together, the bolts rotate with the rotation of the nuts 4 and 4. Therefore, while holding the bolts with the fingers, the two sets of bolts and nuts are screwed separately. However, in the present invention, since the U-shaped bolt 3 is used as the bolt, there is no accompanying rotation even if it is not pressed with a finger, so that workability is remarkably improved. The presence of the clip 5 makes it possible to prevent the nut 4 from being loosened without using a spring washer or the like. The above-described plumbing band 1 according to the present invention is in a state as shown in FIG. 1, that is, a state in which the legs 3A and 3B of the U-shaped bolt 3 are inserted through the end 12A of the band 11A. Are shipped from the factory with the nuts 4 loosely screwed together, and are brought into the field. Note that, depending on the needs of the site worker, the band portion 1B can be inserted without inserting the end portion 12B of the band portion 11B into the leg portions 3A and 3B of the U-shaped bolt 3.
With the 1B released state, the legs 3A and 3B of the U-shaped bolt 3
The nuts may be shipped and carried in a state in which the nuts are loosely screwed. According to the present invention, a single U-shaped bolt is used in place of the conventional two bolts, so that each of the two bolts in the prior art has a clip. On the other hand, the clip was attached to only one of the two legs of the U-shaped bolt, and even if the nut was removed, the U The bolts do not fall off one end of the band. Therefore, not only the number of clips used is reduced by half, but also the labor of mounting the clips is reduced by half, so that there is an effect that both the cost and the labor can be reduced. Further, according to the present invention, the use of the U-shaped bolt does not cause the problem of entrainment when the nut is screwed. Accordingly, since a separate component, such as the accompanying device, as in the proposed technique is not required, there is an effect that the number of parts, labor for mounting, and cost can be significantly reduced.
