On the other hand, rainwater that has fallen on the roof of the building 1 is collected by an eaves gutter installed at the eaves of the building 1, and is buried outside the building 1 through a vertical gutter 5 connected to the eaves gutter. It is a rainwater drainage system that flows into each of the rainwater basins 6 that have been piped and is drained to a public rainwater basin (or U-shaped gutter) via a rainwater main pipe 62 in the residential land that connects the rainwater basins 6 and 6 to each other. . At that time, the drainage main pipe 32 and the rainwater main pipe 62 are substantially parallel to each other, and furthermore, the drainage main pipe 32 is buried so that the drainage main pipe 32 is located on the building 2 side. In general, the vertical gutter 5 is arranged near the four corners of the building 1 and in the middle thereof.

As described above, in the conventional drainage system, the drainage pipeline is buried along the outer contour of the building between the outer contour of the building and the boundary between the residential land and the drainage pipeline. A space for installing a drainage basin to which the end of each drainage branch pipe connected to each drainage facility is connected is required in the middle of. In addition, the total extension distance of the drainage pipes that connect the drainage basins is inevitably long, which increases the work load.
