Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an ornament member that partially covers the surface of a trim board, and is inserted into and held by a wood grain groove provided in the trim board. The present invention relates to an interior material for a vehicle such as an automobile door trim. 2. Description of the Related Art As for interior materials for vehicles such as door trims, trim boards, as shown in FIG. 5, are partially covered with an ornamental skin material made of fabric, leather or the like in order to enhance decorativeness. Things are widely adopted. In such an interior material for a vehicle, in order to hold the ornamental skin material on the trim board in a style and to enhance the sense of quality, a wood grain in which the end of the ornament skin material is inserted and held in a wood grain groove provided in the trim board. In many cases, the ornamental skin material is covered by the embedding method. In the conventional woodgrain method, as shown in FIG. 6, the back side of the end inserted into the woodgrain groove of the trim board is generally adhered to the groove edge of the woodgrain groove with an adhesive. Therefore, there was a problem that the terminal of the ornamental skin material was not fixed, but jumped out from the wood-groove groove during use and peeling started from this portion. To solve the problem, it is conceivable to apply an adhesive also to the bottom of the woodgrain groove and adhere the tip of the ornamental skin material, but it is difficult to control the amount of the adhesive and many man-hours are required for fixing. However, there has been a problem that the adhesive is protruded or seen from the wood grain groove and the appearance is deteriorated. [0004] The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems and to prevent the edge of the ornamental skin from peeling off without using an adhesive. An object of the present invention is to provide a good-looking vehicle interior material capable of holding a grain of wood. [0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an interior material for a vehicle according to the present invention is characterized in that an end portion of an ornamental skin material that partially covers the surface of a trim board is attached to the trim board. In the vehicular interior material inserted in the provided woodgutter groove, a protruding portion is disposed at a required interval at an edge of the ornamental skin material inserted into the woodgutter groove, while the woodgutter of the trim board is provided. An insertion hole corresponding to the protruding piece is provided at the groove bottom of the groove, and the tip of the protruding piece is protruded through the insertion hole to the back side of the trim board. , And the folded base is sandwiched and fixed by a lid that covers each insertion hole on the back side of the grained groove. The above-mentioned lid for closing each insertion hole on the back side of the woodgrain groove may be completely separated from the insertion hole. When arranging the corresponding insertion holes, it is preferable that the insertion holes are punched and formed so that a lid is left as a hinge at a part of the hole edge of the insertion hole. Also, projecting to the back side of the trim board through each insertion hole, this protruding part is folded back to the back side of the wood grain groove, and the folded base of this folded protruding part is inserted into the back side of the wood grain groove for each insertion. To sandwich the hole with the lid that closes the hole, a folded base is sandwiched between the outside of the insertion hole on the back side of the wood grain groove and the lid, and the periphery of this lid is welded to the back side of the wood grain groove by high frequency welding. It is preferable to weld. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a cross section of a main part of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 denotes an ornamental skin material made of a fabric or the like partially covering the surface of the trim board 2,
Of the ornamental skin material 1, a tip of an end 1 a inserted into a grained groove 3 provided in the trim board 2 is provided with:
As shown in FIG. 2, projecting pieces 4 having a required width and length are disposed at a required interval, and the above-mentioned trim bottoms 2 are provided at the bottoms of the wood-groove grooves 3 of the trim board 2. An insertion hole 5 is provided at a position corresponding to the protruding piece. The end 1a of the ornamental skin material 1 that partially covers the surface of the trim board 2 is inserted and fixed in the above-described grained groove 3 by means described later. That is, the protruding piece 4 provided at the tip of the end 1a of the ornamental skin material 1 is inserted into the trim hole 2 through the respective insertion holes 5 provided at the bottom of the wood grain groove 3. The protruding portion is folded back to the back side of the grained groove 3, and the folded base of the protruding piece 4 is pressed by the lid 6 closing each insertion hole 5 on the back side of the grained groove 3. It is flattened, sandwiched between the outside of the insertion hole on the back side of the woodgrain groove 3 and the lid 6, and the periphery of the lid 6 is welded to the back side of the woodgrain groove 3 by means such as high frequency welding to obtain an ornament. The end 1a of the skin material 1 is inserted into the grained groove 3 and fixed. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the process of attaching the ornamental skin material 1 to the trim board 2, and inserts the end 1a of the ornamental skin material 1 into the groove 3 of the trim board 2 shown in FIG. The projection 4 is inserted into the insertion hole 5 so that the projection 4 projects from the insertion hole 5 to the rear side of the trim board 2. Then, when the lid 6 is pressed from behind the trim board 2 in this state, the protruding piece 4 is compressed as shown in FIG. I will be pinched. If a horn of an ultrasonic caulking machine is used to push the lid 6 from behind the trim board 2, the lid 6 is in a state where the folded base of the projecting piece 4 is sandwiched between the outside of the insertion hole 5. The end 1a of the ornamental skin material 1 is held in the grained groove 3 by being welded and the protruding piece 4 being accurately fixed to the insertion hole 5. Further, as described above, when the insertion hole 5 is provided as the cover 6 at the bottom of the grained groove 3, the cover 6 is partially formed as a hinge at the hole edge of the insertion hole 5. If it is formed integrally by punching out the insertion hole 5 so as to be left, the number of parts is reduced, and the folded base of the protruding piece 4 is connected to each of the insertion holes on the back side of the wood grain groove 3. The work of clamping and fixing the cover 5 with the cover 6 can be simplified. According to the present invention, as is apparent from the above description,
At the end of the ornamental skin material inserted into the wood grain groove, a protruding piece is arranged at a required interval, and at the bottom of the wood grain groove of the trim board, the protruding piece corresponding to the protruding piece is inserted. A hole is provided, and the tip of the protruding piece is protruded to the back side of the trim board through each insertion hole, and this protruding portion is folded back to the back side of the grained groove, and the folded base is located on the back side of the grained groove. The edges of the ornamental skin material are accurately fixed in the wood-groove grooves without using an adhesive, as the adhesive is fixed with the lid that covers each insertion hole, so that the adhesive protrudes or appears. Because there is no such thing, it will be excellent in beauty. Moreover,
Since the insertion hole provided at the bottom of the wood grain groove is closed by the lid, there is an advantage that no dirt is generated by ventilation through the trim board. Therefore, the present invention is extremely significant in that it contributes to the industry as a solution to the problems of this kind of conventional vehicle interior material.
