【請求項2】 不凍蛋白質が植物、魚、昆虫または微生物由来である請求項1の澱粉老化防止剤。
【請求項3】 植物が、アブラナ科、セリ科、ユリ科、キク科に属する植物である請求項2の澱粉老化防止剤。
【請求項4】 請求項1、2または3の澱粉老化防止剤を含有することを特徴とする澱粉製品。
【請求項5】 不凍蛋白質の添加量が澱粉製品100重量部に対し10重量部以下である請求項4の澱粉製品。
