【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、一般家庭の厨房で
使用される電磁誘導加熱装置等の加熱調理器具の改良に
関するものである。
【0002】
【従来の技術】ミニキッチン等では、加熱調理用の熱源
として1口タイプの電磁誘導加熱装置(以下、電磁調理
器と称す)やシーズヒータ式或いは熱板ヒータ式の電気
調理器が用いられている。
【0003】これらのタイプのものは、調理器具の外郭
ケースが正方形又は長方形で、その大半を調理台等の置
台の上面に設けた取り付け穴から置台の中に納めるもの
であり、置台の上に出る天板部分は全体の10%位であ
る。
【0004】一方、置台は、木製、大理石、金属板(ス
テンレス板)等で構成され、その上面には電磁調理器等
の外郭ケースの寸法より若干大きめの取り付け穴が開け
られている。その取り付け穴の形状は一般的に約290
mmの正方形の角穴又は約270mm×約330mmの
長方形の角穴が多く用いられている。
【0005】従って、電磁調理器等を買い換える場合に
は、置台の取り付け穴の形状に合わせて器具を選定しな
いと取り付けが出来ない場合がある。
【0006】また、置台が金属板の場合、取り付け穴端
部の強度を増すために、その穴の端部から上向きに3〜
4mmの切り起こしを設けている。
【0007】従って電磁調理器等の外郭ケースの取り付
け用のフランジ部には、この切り起こしを納めるため、
下側に凹状をした溝が必要である。
【0008】前記フランジ部にこの溝を設けないものも
製品化されているが、これを取り付ける場合は、切り起
こしと同一高さとなるスペーサ部材を用いて外郭ケース
を持ち上げ、その取り付けを行う等の作業が必要であっ

【発明が解決しようとする課題】近年、電磁調理器の安
全性、加熱効率が非常に高いことが評価され、シーズヒ
ータ式や熱板ヒータ式の電気調理器から電磁調理器への
買い替え需要が多くなっている。この買い換えの場合、
取り付けの互換性が重要なポイントである。
【0010】しかし、上記したように従来の電磁調理器
においては、外郭ケースの形状が正方形と長方形の2種
類があり、また置台に外郭ケースの寸法より若干大きめ
の正方形の角穴又は長方形の角穴が開けられ、さらに、
置台が金属板の場合に取り付け穴の端部の強度を増すた
めに、その穴の端部に上向きに3〜4mmの切り起こし
を設けているため、電磁調理器を買い換える場合には取
り付け穴の形状や切り起こしに合わせて器具を選定しな
いと取り付けが出来ない場合があった。
【0011】そこで、本発明はすでに設けられている取
り付け穴の形状が正方形又は長方形であっても、また、
置台が金属製で取り付け穴の端部に上向きの切り起こし
があるものであっても、特別な加工を加えることなく取
り付けが出来る1口タイプの加熱調理器具を提供するも
のである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、置台に設けら
れた取り付け穴に器具の外郭ケースを納めて使用される
加熱調理器具において、前記取り付け穴に納められる調
理器具の外郭ケースの形状を正方形にしてその上端外周
の全周にフランジを形成し、このフランジの外郭ケース
の上端に近接する下側全周に凹状の溝を形成するととも
に、前記フランジの一辺を伸ばし、この伸ばした端縁部
に前記溝に連なる溝を設けたものである。
【0013】これによって、取り付け穴の形状が正方形
でも長方形でも又取り付け穴の端部に切り起こしが設け
られていても容易に取り付けることが出来るものであ
る。

【発明の実施の形態】図面は、本発明の一実施例を示す
ものであり、図1及び図2は本発明に係る電磁調理器を
置台に取り付けた状態の概略側面断面図、図3は図1及
び図2の概略正面断面図、図4は同外郭ケース及びフラ
ンジ部を下側から見た状態の説明図、図5は図4の他の
実施例の説明図を示すものである。
【0015】図1から図4のA寸法、B寸法、C寸法の
関係は、A=C、A<Bであり、A=Cの関係から外郭
ケースが取り付け穴の中に入る部分は正方形であり、図
1の取り付け穴は正方形、図2の取り付け穴はA<Bの
関係から長方形であることを示している。
【0016】図において、1は電磁調理器の外郭ケース
である。この外郭ケース1は調理台等の置台15の上面
に設けた角穴よりなる取り付け穴2の中に上部を残して
大半が納められる。取り付け穴2は、置台15が金属板
の場合、補強用としてその穴2の端部から上向きに3〜
4mmの切り起こし16を設けている。
【0017】外郭ケース1は上部が開口した箱体よりな
り、その中には加熱コイル3、制御基板4、冷却用ファ
ン5等の主要部品が納められ、前部側面(又は下部)に
吸気口6、後部側面に排気口7を設けている。
【0018】また、この外郭ケース1は底面から見ると
図4のA=Cの寸法から明らかなように正方形の形状を
しており、上端には外郭ケース1を吊り下げるためのフ
ランジ8が全周に形成され、さらにこのフランジ8の外
郭ケース1の上端部との近接側に下向きに凹状をした溝
9が全周わたって形成されている。
【0019】10は加熱コイル3の上側に水平に配置さ
れたトッププレートで、被加熱物を載置するものであ
り、耐熱、絶縁性に優れた結晶化ガラス等により構成さ
れている。
【0020】11はスイッチ等が配置された操作部、1
2は外郭ケース1の上面開口部とフランジ8の上面を覆
うカバーで、金属やモールドによって構成され、その内
周端面で前記トッププレート10を保持し、前面側に操
作部11を納めている。
【0021】図4において、13は操作部11の下側の
フランジ8をそのままの幅で伸ばし、その端縁部に形成
された溝で、下向きに凹状をしており、前記溝9の一辺
と平行に設けられている。
【0022】14も同じく溝で、溝13の両端から垂直
方向に延長し、前記溝9に接続されている。すなわち、
溝9と溝13及び溝14が同一面上で連なるように接続
されていることによりフランジ8内には図1及び図2の
下側、すなわちP1方向から見ると正方形の溝9および
長方形の溝9´(溝9、溝13、溝14で)形成されて
いる。
【0023】なお、これらの溝9及び溝9´は前記切り
起こし16を納める深さに形成されている。
【0024】本発明は上記の構成によって、置台15の
取り付け穴2が正方形であっても又は長方形であっても
外郭ケース1の取り付けが可能である。また置台15が
金属板で、取り付け穴2の端部に補強用の切り起こし1
6があっても外郭ケース1の取り付けが可能である。
【0025】次にその取り付けについて以下に説明す
る。
【0026】まず、図1に示すように置台15上に正方
形の取り付け穴2が設けられている場合、それより幾分
小さくA=Cの寸法を有する正方形の外郭ケース1をそ
の取り付け穴2から置台15の中に収める。そして、取
り付け穴2の端部から上向きに突出している切り起こし
16にフランジ8の下面全周に形成した溝9を合わせ、
この溝9に切り起こし16を納める。これによって外郭
ケース1は置台15の取り付け穴2の周縁部に吊り下げ
られた状態で固定され、置台15と外郭ケース1の上面
のカバー12との段差がなくなる。
【0027】次に図2に示すように、置台15上に長方
形の取り付け穴2が設けられている場合、フランジ8の
短辺側(C寸法側)を取り付け穴2の短辺側にし、長辺
側(B寸法側)を取り付け穴2の長辺側にし、上記図1
と同様に外郭ケース1をその取り付け穴2から置台15
の中に収める。そして、取り付け穴2の端部から上向き
に突出している長方形の切り起こし16にフランジ8の
下面全周に形成した溝9と、この溝9及び溝13、14
によって形成される溝9´を合わせ、この溝9と溝9´
に切り起こし16を納めて取り付け穴2に落とし込む。
これによって外郭ケース1は置台15の取り付け穴2の
周縁部に吊り下げられた状態で固定され、置台15と外
郭ケース1の上面のカバー12との段差がなくなる。
【0028】次に、図5は本発明の他の実施例を示すも
ので、フランジ8の外郭ケース1の上端部との近接側に
形成した溝9と操作部11の下側のフランジ8をそのま
ま伸ばし、その端縁部に形成された溝13と、この溝1
3の両端から垂直方向に延長した溝14を一体に連ねて
凹状に形成したものである。
【0029】これによっても置台15の取り付け穴2が
正方形であっても、又長方形であっても上記図1及び図
2と同様に溝9及び溝9と溝9´とに切り起こし16を
納めて外郭ケース1を置台15の取り付け穴2の周縁部
に吊り下げて固定することができる。

板の場合で、その取り付け穴2の端部から上向きに3〜

ス1を設置した例について説明したが、置台15が木製
や大理石で切り起こし16がないものであっても上記と
同様の方法で設置することができるのはもちろんであ
る。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明は置台に設
けられた取り付け穴に収められる調理器具の外郭ケース
の形状を正方形にしてその上端外周にフランジを形成
し、このフランジの外郭ケースの上端に近接する下側全
周に凹状の溝を形成するとともに、前記フランジの一辺
を伸ばし、この伸ばした端縁部に前記溝に連なる溝を設
けたものであり、これによって置台の取り付け穴の形状
が正方形であっても又長方形であっても外郭ケースの取
り付けが可能となるものである。

補強用の切り起こしがあっても外郭ケースの取り付けが
可能である。
