For example, in Japanese Patent No. 2785127, a ring-shaped adhesive reservoir (adhesive hole) having an opening penetrating in the thickness direction for accumulating an adhesive in a resin mat is provided, and a cross is formed in the adhesive hole. -Shaped beam-shaped portion (rib),
There is described a tile mat in which an adhesive injected into an adhesive hole is adhered and cured to a tile in a state in which the adhesive is entangled with a rib, and the cured adhesive is prevented from separating from the injection hole.

However, in the floor decorative material such as the tile mat described in the above publication, when the adhesive is poured from above into the opening of the adhesive hole of the resin mat, the adhesive is placed on the rib. It will be poured and run down the back of the tile. However, as the adhesive agent, when the adhesive agent has a viscosity and fluidity such that the adhesive agent does not leak from the space between the tile and the resin mat, a rib having a square cross section is provided in the adhesive hole. , Even if the adhesive injected from above is poured on the upper surface of the rib having a square cross section, the tile side may not be evenly filled.

Further, even if the adhesive injected into the adhesive holes is adhered and hardened to the tile in a state of being entangled with the ribs, a floor decorative material such as a tile mat is laid on the veranda or cleaned during use after the laying. When stress is concentrated and applied to the hardened adhesive at the upper edge of the rib when removing or
It becomes the starting point of material destruction of the adhesive. as a result,
When the cured adhesive is torn and adheres to the tile, it may come off from the adhesive hole and the tile may peel off from the resin mat.

Furthermore, when walking on the floor on which a floor matting material such as a tile mat is laid, or when the surface material and the resin mat having different linear expansion coefficients due to the temperature difference of cold and heat repeatedly undergo thermal expansion and contraction, When a load is applied to the resin mat surface in a sliding direction, the stress concentrates near the adhesive surface between the tile and the adhesive due to shearing force, and this becomes the starting point of the interfacial failure of the adhesive, causing the adhesive to leave the tile. It may peel off.

In the present invention, the resin mat is molded by the injection molding method using the above resin material. In order to form an arcuate chamfer on both edges of the inlet side of the rib spanned in the adhesive hole of this resin mat, the resin mat is molded with square ribs and the both edges of the inlet side are post-processed. Although it may be cut in an arc shape to be chamfered, it is preferable to perform molding so as to have a chamfered shape in an arc shape simultaneously with injection molding.

In the present invention, the adhesive is a flowable one having a viscosity capable of retaining its shape in a raised state when dropped on the bonded portion. For example, a thermoplastic resin such as ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer or polyamide. A hot-melt adhesive composed of is preferred, but is not limited thereto. For example, in the case of a thermosetting adhesive such as an epoxy resin, a thermosetting adhesive adjusted to have a non-flowing viscosity may be dropped onto the adhesive portion.

The floor decorative material 1 thus obtained is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the adhesive 4 wraps the rib 25 so that there is no gap between it and the rib 25, and is evenly filled in the adhesive hole 21, and the adhesive 4 is solidified because it is attached to the rib 25 of the adhesive hole 21. The adhesive 4 does not come off from the adhesive hole 21, and the surface material 3 is firmly bonded to the surface of the resin mat 2. Moreover, since both the inlet side edges 251 are chamfered in an arc shape, the concentrated stress is relieved.
The adhesive is not destroyed by the ribs 25.
