[0002] Conventionally, various types of ballpoint pens have been provided. Ballpoint pens are roughly classified into cap-type writing instruments, so-called knock-type writing instruments in which a writing tip protrudes and protrudes from the tip of the barrel, and extension-type writing instruments. In the case of a cap-type writing instrument, a back-flow or ink evaporation caused by air entrapment from the tip of the writing tip is prevented by a cap each time the user uses the writing instrument. However, in the case of a knock-type writing instrument and a dispensing-type writing instrument, since the emphasis is on the point that the writing tip can be easily moved in and out, the cap cannot prevent the backflow or the evaporation of the ink. Once the cap is attached, it is virtually no different from a cap-type writing instrument. For this reason, in a normal knock-type writing tool and a dispensing-type writing tool, the pen tip is always in contact with the outside air. At the time of sale, it will be sold in contact with this outside air, but in this case, depending on the storage condition at the store, ink leaks from the tip of the writing tip, air flows in from the tip of the writing tip, and backflow occurs Or the ink evaporates. Therefore, these problems have been solved by providing a hot melt at the tip of the writing tip. However, in many cases, the operation of a knock-type writing instrument or a dispensing writing instrument can be actually checked by a user at a store, and at the time of the operation, the hot melt 2 is formed at an acute angle of the barrel 4 as shown in FIG. Tip hole front corner 8
In this case, the hot melt 2 comes off or floats up, and as a result, air still gets entangled from the tip of the writing tip 3 to cause a backflow. [0003] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is possible to prevent the hot melt from coming off or floating even if the refill is moved in and out, and to prevent backflow. Another object of the present invention is to provide a ballpoint pen that prevents such problems. [0004] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a writing tip of a refill consisting of an ink containing pipe containing ink and a writing tip attached to the ink containing pipe is provided by a shaft cylinder. A hot melt is attached around the writing ball of the writing tip, and a chamfered portion or a curved portion is provided at the front corner of the tip hole of the barrel. Here, the hot melt is used to prevent volatilization and backflow of the ink, and is provided so as to cover the periphery of the writing ball of the writing chip. Generally, a resinous material is used. Incidentally, the chamfered portion means an oblique surface formed at the intersection of the surfaces. Specific means for allowing the writing tip to protrude and retract from the tip hole of the barrel include, for example, a spring and a rotor provided inside the barrel, in addition to the means described in the following embodiments, and use this rotor. Means for extending and retracting the writing tip, a spring and a locking hole are provided in the barrel, and a locking projection is provided in the knocking portion so as to fit into the locking hole. There is a means to make the writing chip appear and disappear by canceling the combination. [0006] The writing tip is not limited to a bullet-shaped tip formed by cutting as shown in the following embodiments, but may be a tip formed by processing a pipe, or various other tips. Can be used. [0007] By providing a chamfered portion or a curved portion at the front corner of the front end hole of the barrel, it is difficult for the hot melt to be caught by the rear corner of the tip hole when the writing tip is to be submerged (stored) in the barrel. As a result, the floating and detachment of the hot melt can be prevented. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a first embodiment of the present invention. Two refills 12 are housed inside the barrel 4. The writing tip 3 is attached to the tip of the refill 12, and the ink 5 and a follower 13 provided behind the refill 12 for preventing the ink from flowing backward are provided. A hot melt 2 is attached to the tip of the writing chip 3 to prevent the ink 5 from evaporating or flowing backward. A grip 11 is provided around the front of the barrel 4 to prevent slippage and the like. Each of the refills 12 is capable of appearing and retracting, and the retracting operation will be described below. A rotating portion 16 integrated with the clip 15 is provided at the rear end of the barrel 4, and rotates the rotating portion 16. The rotating unit 16
A cylindrical cam (not shown) inside the barrel 4 is rotated, and the sliding piece 17 moves up and down with the movement of the cylindrical cam. Sliding piece 1
A refill 12 is attached to 7 and moves in synchronization with the vertical movement of the sliding piece 17. As a result, the writing tip comes out of the barrel 4. Sliding piece 1
A spring 14 is provided between the rotary member 7 and the rotating portion 16, and the spring 14 functions to draw the refill. FIG. 2 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view of a main part of the first embodiment shown in FIG. The tip of the barrel 4 is provided with a straight tip hole 1 through which the writing tip 3 and the hot melt 2 move up and down. Note that, in this specification, the upper side and the front side are referred to as the writing tip side, and the lower side and the rear side are referred to as the rotating section 16 side. The inner wall of the barrel 4 is
The diameter of the writing tip 3 is reduced upward, and the writing tip 3
It will be a guide when you leave. In addition, it is preferable to provide a chamfered part or a curved part also in the front-end hole rear corner 9 provided behind the front-end hole front corner 8. Writing tip 3 is barrel 4
This is because the hot melt 2 can be prevented from being caught on exit, and also in this case, the hot melt can be prevented from floating or coming off. A writing ball 6 is rotatably held at the tip of the writing chip 3, and an ink hole 7 for guiding the ink 5 to the writing ball 6 is provided in the axial direction.
The writing tip 3 is formed in a tapered shape at the front, and is covered with a hot melt up to half of the tapered portion. Therefore, the periphery of the writing ball 6 is covered. A chamfered portion 10 is provided at the front corner 8 of the tip hole, which is the tip of the tip hole 1, and the presence of the chamfered portion allows the writing tip 3 to be hot when stored in the barrel 4. Prevents the melt 2 from floating. FIG. 3 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view of a main part showing a second embodiment of the present invention. The difference from FIG.
The point is that an arc-shaped curved portion 19 is provided instead of 0. The curved portion 19 is not limited to an arc of a perfect circle, but may be an arc of an ellipse. The ball-point pen according to the present invention is as described above. By providing a chamfer or a curved portion at the front corner of the tip hole of the barrel, the hot melt can be moved to the tip of the barrel while the refill is in or out. It is hard to catch on the front corner of the hole. For this reason, in the refill operation, the hot melt can be prevented from coming off or floating, and the backflow and the evaporation of the ink can be further prevented.
