2. Description of the Related Art Recently, a crime prevention system for houses has become widespread in order to prevent cash and valuables in a room from being stolen. In this crime prevention system for homes, in particular, a crime prevention sensor is used to detect an intruder from the outside entering from a window of a house, etc. As an example, there is an open / close detection sensor system that combines a magnet and a reed switch that operates by approaching and separating the magnet so that the reed switch operates when an intruder opens a window door and outputs a detection signal. Further, there is a glass breakage detection sensor or the like that detects a vibration sound at that time when an intruder breaks the window glass and outputs a detection signal. These sensors use a code to send a signal from the sensor to the transmitter.
In general, a mall (cover for housing cables) is attached along the outer frame of the window from a sensor attached to the outer frame of the window, and a cord is connected to the mall to connect to the transmitter.

However, the cords used in these conventional window security sensors have the following problems. That is, in the installation work of this cord, not only the cord is conspicuous and the appearance is spoiled, but also the installation work is troublesome. If the cord is too conspicuous, a plastic molding similar to the color of the outer frame is fixed to the outer frame of the window with a fastener such as a screw, and the width and height of the mall are inevitable to pass the cord through it. This is because it becomes big and spoils the aesthetics. The time-consuming work involved in the installation requires drilling holes to fix the molding to the outer frame of the window with fasteners such as screws. Next, cut the molding to the required length and attach the molding with screws. There is a drawback that it takes a lot of man-hours such as attaching the mall and passing the cord through the same procedure, because the mall itself cannot be bent to change the direction of the cord along the outer frame of the window.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1A is a cross-sectional view of the flat cord 1 of the present invention as seen from the left side, and FIG. 1B shows the flat cord 1 of the present invention which is tensioned from the tension member 4 side. It is a top view of the initial state which provided the notch part 7 including the member 4. As is apparent from the figure, initially, a tension member 4 is arranged at one end in the width direction of the insulator 3 of the flat cord in parallel along the edge of the cord in the longitudinal direction, and on the opposite side of the tension member 4. A plurality of adjacent signal lines 2 arranged in parallel with the tension member 4 at the other end of
An insulator 3b made of a flat portion is formed on the side of the tension member 4, while a slit portion 5 is formed on the insulator 3 on the side of the plurality of signal lines 2 in order to facilitate separation of the insulator 3.
By providing the same number of signal lines as the number of signal lines, the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 6 is provided on the back side of the flat type cord which is formed by forming the insulator 3a composed of the protrusions and is integrated. here,
The integrated flat cord can be manufactured by a normal batch extrusion method. The flat cord may be made of any material having flexibility such as PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester elastomer, but PVC is preferable as a material that has a strong adhesive force with the double-sided adhesive tape 6 and is stable. It is desirable that the color of the code be the same as or similar to the surface to be attached. When the surface to be pasted has a special color, it is preferable to make the color of the cord transparent so that it is less noticeable even after installation. Since the adhesive tape has double-sided adhesiveness, it can be adhered to the back side of the flat cord on the one hand and can be affixed to the outer frame such as the window or wall which is the affixed surface on the other hand. Although the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can fulfill its function even if it is thin, it is preferable that the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is thick so that the surface of the cord is smooth even when the bonding surface at the desired position has irregularities. As a result of examination by the present inventors, the preferable thickness is
It is 0.1 mm to 1 mm. The surface on which the double-sided adhesive tape 6 is attached to the flat type cord may be either side of the flat type cord, but when the color of the insulator is colorless and transparent, as shown in FIG. It is preferable that the double-sided adhesive tape 6 be attached to the back side of the surface on the side of the insulator 3a having the portion because the signal line 2 in the flat cord becomes less noticeable. Thus, when the color of the insulator is colorless and transparent, it is preferable to attach the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 6 to the back side of the insulator 3a composed of the protrusions. The signal wire 2 may be either a single wire conductor or a stranded wire conductor, but if the stranded wire is used, the electric wire is flexible and the installation is easy. The tension member 4 is used to increase the strength of the electric wire against tensile stress. For use as a tension member for increasing strength, the material is preferably a stretched yarn of polyester or nylon. Next, an example of laying the flat cord of the present invention at a desired place such as a window or a wall will be described with reference to FIGS.
Shown in. As is apparent from the drawing, when the flat cord of the present invention is laid, a cut portion 7 including the tension member 4 is provided from the side of the tension member 4 in the flat cord, and a flat surface is formed at the cut portion 7. This is a method of laying a flat cord in which the flat cord is bent to the open state or the closed state, then positioned at a desired position, and attached by the double-sided adhesive tape 6 provided on the back surface of the flat cord.
In order to wire the outer frame of a window or a wall using this cord, it is sufficient to degrease the pasting surface and then attach the adhesive tape portion to the outer frame. FIG. 1C shows a state in which the flat cord 1 of the present invention is provided with notches 7 including the tension members 4 from the tension member 4 side, and the notches 7 are bent at right angles so as to open outward. On the other hand, in the case of bending in the opposite direction, as shown in FIG. 1D, it may be bent at a right angle so that the cut portion 7 closes inward. In the case of bending inward as described above, it is necessary to make the cut portion 7 larger as shown in the figure than in the case of bending outward. Since the cord has the slit portion 5, when the terminal is connected, the cord can be torn along the slit portion 5 to expose the conductor of the signal line 2 for connection. Further, a great feature of the present invention is that the signal line 2 can be bent not only by being attached in a straight line but also by being bent on one side of the flat type cord. As shown in the drawing, by processing the flat cord with the notch portion 7 on the tension member 4 side, it is possible to freely change the wiring direction to 90 degrees, which facilitates installation. Generally, in the case of a flat type wire, if you try to bend it along a flat surface, the end of the wire will be lifted, so not only there is a problem in appearance, but it is also used by pasting it like a cord for this purpose. It is not suitable for use because it easily peels off. By inserting the notch 7, it is possible to freely bend it on a plane and install it easily. In order to enable the horizontal bending as described above, the signal line 2 must be arranged such that the end of the signal line 2 is located closer to the width than the center of the wire. The reason is that the portions other than the signal line 2 are portions that are not electrically related, so any processing may be performed, but the cut portion 7 that is ½ or more of the width of the cord is used. By inserting it, it is possible to prevent the corners of the bend from being lifted up when it is bent horizontally. Next, the structure of a specific example of the present invention is shown in Table 1 below.

The cords of the examples shown in Table 1 were evaluated in terms of ease of laying and peeling of the cord. The surface of a commercially available aluminum sash was wiped with alcohol and subjected to a degreasing treatment, and then the cords of Examples 1 to 5 were attached, and the peeled state of the cord after the environmental test was examined. As a method of pasting the code, it should be pasted in a straight line.
It was carried out by two kinds of pasting methods, which were bent and pasted. The conditions of the environmental test were as follows: the sample was left in a test tank at 45 ° C. and 90% RH for 168 hours and then returned to room temperature for observation. The evaluation test results are shown in Table 2 below.

As can be seen from the results shown in Table 2, when a twisted wire is used for the conductor, peeling does not occur in the bent portion even if a conductor bent at 90 degrees is laid and there is no problem. Next, Table 3 below shows a comparison of the dimensions of the cords when laid, compared with the case of the conventional method. The conventional construction method is to attach a cord and store the cord therein. The present invention has a volume ratio smaller than that of the conventional molding method by 1/36, which is aesthetically superior.
