オン交換樹脂筒に関するものである。 【0002】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】図2に示すような従来
の一般的イオン交換樹脂筒1(以下、単に従来の樹脂筒
と云う。)は、ある程度の期間使用すると集水管7′に
ごみ等が詰まって清掃を必要とし、あるいは、中のイオ
ン交換樹脂2′(以下、単に樹脂と云う)が古くなって
効力を減じるため新しい樹脂に詰め換える必要が生じる
が、いずれの場合も樹脂筒の構造上、作業は樹脂筒を逆
さにした状態で行うこととなる。 【0003】しかしながら、重量が15kg以上の樹脂
筒を人手で扱うことはかなり力を要する困難な作業であ
り、又、作業中に樹脂を床等にこぼし、これにスリップ
して転倒したりして労働災害をも起こし易い。これらの
理由から一般の樹脂筒ユーザーは、古くなった樹脂の交
換を自ら行うことなくそれを専門の業者に委託すること
が増えつゝある。 【0004】ところが、樹脂筒はFRP製のものが多い
ため、これを業者に搬送する際に破損や汚れを生じるこ
とが多い。従ってそれを避けようとすると樹脂筒の木枠
梱包が必然的になるが、それに依ると全体の体積、重量
が共に大きくなるため、いたずらに運送費が嵩む上、搬
送後にトラックから下ろし、梱包を解いて作業現場まで
運ぶのは極めて手間のかかる作業である。本発明は、上
記の諸問題を解消して樹脂の交換が容易で手間が少な
く、かつ、移動も容易なイオン交換樹脂筒を提供するこ
とを目的とする。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記の目的を達
するため、イオン交換樹脂を詰めた円筒状の樹脂筒を、
ステンレス鋼等より成り搬送時の衝撃に耐える構造とし
た角筒状の通い箱に納めると共に、その底板には1対又
は2対の車輪を取り付けて樹脂筒を納めたまヽ手押しに
より容易に移動し得るようにしたものである。 【0006】 【実施例】以下、図面により実施例を説明する。図1

脂筒であり、これが厚み1mmのステンレス鋼より成る

(図示せず)が設けられている。又、通い箱3の底板3
aの接地面には、片側に1対の自在輪8, 8を、他の

あるから、樹脂筒1を通い箱3に納めたまゝ両手で押さ

状態で樹脂筒の運転や樹脂筒内の清掃及び樹脂の詰め替

包をすることなしに手押しによる樹脂筒の搬送を可能に
したから、樹脂筒の安全を確保すると共にその維持管理
の経済性を向上させることが出来る。
