A bag-shaped child seat cover for covering a child seat, wherein the mouth side is a stretchable portion which can be freely stretched and contracted in the depth direction, and a thread having a light reflecting property is netted on the bottom side of the stretchable portion. A child seat cover, characterized in that it has a rubber cord that can be expanded and contracted in the circumferential direction.
