As described in detail above, in the heating vaporizer according to the first aspect of the present invention, the mounting portion of the main body is elastically deformed when the container is loaded, so the container is loaded by press fitting. Moreover, since the container can be easily removed, the workability of attaching and detaching the container is improved. In the heating vaporizer according to claim 2, the bulging portions formed on both sides of the container engage with the holes and the pedestal formed in the mounting portion, so that the container is securely clamped at a predetermined position. The core can be reliably arranged at the central axis position of the heating element. Further, since the container is sandwiched from both sides, there are many exposed portions of the container, and thus the remaining amount of the chemical liquid can be easily visually recognized. In the heating vaporizer according to the third aspect, the distance between the heating element and the liquid absorption core can be adjusted while looking at the scale formed on the rotating portion, so that the desired chemical liquid can be vaporized.

However, in the heating vaporizer of the type in which the container and the main body are screwed together, the screwing operation is troublesome, and the core and the heating element may come into contact with each other during use due to improper screwing. It may happen. On the other hand, in the structure using the adjustment ring and the holding table to adjust the transpiration amount, the user has to attach and detach these members, and the management thereof is complicated and the usability is poor. If these separate parts are used, there is a problem that the number of parts increases and the cost increases. Also,
The configuration in which the liquid container and the outer container are adjusted by screwing has a problem that the attaching and detaching operation of the liquid container becomes complicated. Further, in the structure in which the holding table on which the liquid container is placed is engaged with the cam groove to adjust the movement, it is difficult to obtain the engagement accuracy of the cam portion, and there is a possibility that the heat generating element and the liquid absorbing core are misaligned. There was also

In the heating evaporator having the above structure, the mounting portion of the main body is elastically deformed when the container is loaded, so that the container can be loaded by press fitting, and the container can be easily removed. The workability of attaching and detaching is improved. In addition, since the container has a structure that is clamped by the mounting portion,
It is easy to position the container securely in the center position. Furthermore, since the liquid absorbent core is held by the heating element holding portion in a state where it does not contact the heating element, and the heating element holding portion is supported by the guide portion so as to move in the axial direction of the liquid absorbing core, heat is generated. It is possible to prevent contact between the body and the liquid absorbent core.
The heating vaporizer having the above structure can be loaded into the main body of the container even when the screw is not provided on the neck of the container. Then, there was a problem in the conventional heating vaporizer,
A spiral groove is provided on the neck of the container and a heating element is brought into contact with the liquid absorption core when the main body having a groove provided to engage with this groove is attached to the container, and at this time, contact is made with the liquid absorption core. It is possible to avoid deterioration of the liquid absorbent core due to decomposition of the drug, which is held in the liquid absorbent due to overheating, due to high temperature. On the other hand, in the same manner as in the conventional heating vaporizer, the heat of the chemical liquid absorbed and retained in the liquid absorption core due to the too large distance between the liquid absorption core and the heating element makes it difficult to evaporate. Can be avoided. Further, if the chamfered portion is formed on either one of the portion that comes into contact with the mounting portion and the mounting portion, the mounting between the container and the main body becomes even easier.

In the example described above, the case where the convex portions that bulge on both sides of the container are formed and the convex portions are engaged with the mounting portion of the main body has been described, but as shown in FIG. Container 5
It is also possible to form recesses (dotted lines in the figure) on both sides of 3 and form protrusions 55 that engage with these recesses in the mounting portion of the main body 2 so that the container 53 and the main body 2 engage with each other. Figure 5
As shown in, the chamfered portion of the projection 55 is formed such that the surface on the container 53 side is curved. Further, a chamfered portion that is curved so as to have a roundness is formed at a portion of the lower end surface edge portion of the container 53 in the drawing which is in contact with the lower edge portion of the main body 2. Further, at the lower edge of the body 2, the container 53
A chamfer that is curved so as to have a roundness is formed at a position where the chamfer contacts. By doing so, the protrusion 55 can be easily attached to the container 53. Further, the structure of the mounting portion may be such that the container is sandwiched from three directions. 6A and 6B show a cross-sectional view and a bottom view, respectively. As shown in FIG. 6, the tip of each member 66 that holds the container 63 may be bent inward, and the bottom of the container 63 may be supported by these bent portions 67. In the structure shown in FIG. 6, since the container does not need to be formed with any uneven portion, a container having a normal shape can be used.
As shown in FIG. 6, in the container 63, a chamfered portion is formed at a position where each member 66 contacts the bent portion 67.
Further, a chamfered portion is also formed at a portion of the bent portion 67 that comes into contact with the container 63. By doing this, the container 63
The bent portion 67 of each member 66 can be easily attached to. In the heating vaporizer shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, it is sufficient that the chamfered portion is formed on either one of the attachment portion of the container and the attachment portion.

Further, since the container is sandwiched by the mounting portions, it is easy to reliably position the container at the center position. In the heating vaporizer according to the third aspect, since the chamfered portion is formed on one of the attachment portion and the attachment portion of the container, the attachment between the container and the main body becomes easier. In the heating vaporizer according to the fourth aspect, the distance between the heating element and the liquid absorption core can be adjusted while observing the scale formed on the rotating portion, so that a desired chemical liquid can be vaporized.
