2. Description of the Related Art A general aerosol product which has been conventionally used is a conventional aerosol product in which an injection device including a push button having an injection hole is attached to an aerosol device containing an aerosol composition. And a push button (injection device) are integrated. Further, as another aerosol product, there is a product in which a tube is attached to the push button and the position of the injection hole is separated from the aerosol product by about 10 to 30 cm. In all of these aerosol products, the aerosol composition is sprayed from an arbitrary distance by directing a spray hole toward a spray target such as skin or hair.

Therefore, since the distance from the injection hole to the injection target differs depending on the user, there is a problem that the predetermined injection state and the adhered state on the injection target as designed for the product cannot be obtained. Further, too much spraying occurs from a very short distance, which causes problems such as frostbite on the sprayed object and scattering of the aerosol composition that has rebounded on the sprayed object.

In addition, for spraying pesticides, etc.,
Conventionally, aerosol products used for floor surfaces such as tatami mats, carpets, tiles, and flooring have also been used, but in the case of these aerosol products, spray holes are sprayed toward the floor surface. Since the conventional aerosol product is used while being held by hand, the finger to be operated and the injection hole are very close to each other. Therefore, when the user sprays toward the floor surface while walking or standing, the distance from the spray hole to the floor surface becomes long, so that conventional aerosol products are designed to have a certain level of spraying power. There is.

However, since the spraying position differs depending on the height of the user and the method of use, the sprayed aerosol composition bounces on the floor surface and scatters near the floor surface when the distance to the floor surface becomes short, or conversely. When the distance to the floor surface becomes long, there is a problem that the aerosol composition cannot be effectively applied, such that the aerosol composition does not reach the floor surface.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the ejection member 3 has a lower surface on which the ejection member 3 is placed on the ejection object A.
A mounting surface 6 for mounting the nozzle is formed, and at least one injection hole 7 is formed. The injection member 3 is
The aerosol composition floats due to the reaction force generated when the aerosol composition is ejected from the ejection hole 7 and can be ejected onto the ejection target from a predetermined distance.

The injection member 3 stands still and floats at a position where the reaction force of the injection and the weight of the injection member 3 are substantially equal. In addition, when the liquefied gas is mixed in the aerosol composition, the jetting pressure is almost constant even if jetting is continued, and therefore the flying distance is almost constant.

It is preferable that the weight of the peripheral edge portion of the injection member 3 is heavier than the other portions, because the stability at the time of floating is improved.

The distance H that the jetting member 3 should float depends on the relationship between the jetting object A and the jetted aerosol composition. For example, in the case where the sprayed object A is a floor surface such as a flooring, a fold, or a carpet, and the aerosol composition is an insecticide, a water repellent, or a cleaning agent, 0.
It is preferable that the surface is floated by about 5 to 30 cm, because there is no unevenness of injection and no rebound of the injection. When the spray target A is skin or hair and the aerosol composition is an anti-inflammatory analgesic, antiperspirant or treatment, etc., 0.5 to 15c
It is preferable for the surface to rise by about m, because there is no unevenness of injection and no rebound of the injection.

The distance H at which the ejection member floats (the distance from the ejection member to the object to be ejected) is the weight and shape of the ejection member, the size, number and arrangement of the ejection holes, and the aerosol composition to be ejected. The injection member 3 is made of a material such as a light metal such as aluminum or a synthetic resin such as nylon, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polypropylene or Duracon, and a usual aerosol composition, for example, a spraying pressure of an insecticide is sufficient. It is preferable that the weight is about 1 to 50 g so that it can be levitated. Various shapes can be adopted as the shape of the injection member 3 as long as the mounting surface 6 that can come into contact with the injection target before the injection is formed on the lower surface side, and the flat-shaped injection member shown in FIG. However, other shapes may be used. For example, in FIG.
In the case of a dome shape, a cylindrical shape, a conical shape, a pyramid shape, a disk shape, or the like that largely surrounds the lateral periphery of the injection hole 7 as shown in FIG. By making it short, it is possible to reduce the scattering of the aerosol composition. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the ejection member 2
1 may be formed in a spherical shape. A tube 22 is connected to the upper end of the spherical injection member 21, and a large number of injection holes 24 are formed in the lower half 23. With such a configuration, the aerosol composition can be sprayed over a wide range,
It is easy to move the ejection member 21 left and right.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, an ejection member having a shape such as the spherical shape or dome shape in which buoyancy is hard to be obtained, for example, a disc-shaped ejection member 2 used in an embodiment described later.

The number of the injection holes 7 is not particularly limited in the present invention, but it is preferably about 1 to 20 in consideration of the injection area and the stability of the injection member 3 during the floating. For example, in the injection member 3 shown in FIG. 3, a perforated plate 9 having a plurality of injection holes 7 formed on the lower surface side of the injection member main body 8 is fitted, but as shown in FIG. The perforated plate 9 may be removed and the inlet 10 may be used as substantially one injection hole. Also, as shown in FIG.
One injection hole 7 may be used also for the dome-shaped injection member 3, or a plurality of injection holes may be formed by attaching a perforated plate (not shown).

The arrangement of the plurality of injection holes 7 is not particularly limited in the present invention, but in consideration of the uniform injection state and the stability of the injection member 3 when it is floated, for example, a linear shape ( A straight line, a curved line, a parabola, or a line in which a plurality of these lines are arranged side by side), a circle (circle, ellipse), a polygon (triangle, square, etc.), a spiral, and an arrangement combining these may be adopted. it can.

The size of the injection hole 7 is not particularly limited in the present invention, but the size of the injection hole 7 is not limited.
Considering the number and arrangement of the particles, the injection amount of the aerosol composition, etc., the diameter is usually about 0.2 to 2.0 mm.
The shape of the injection hole 7 itself may be a round hole as shown in FIG. 3 or another shape, for example, a slit shape.

Then, the arrangement and number of the injection holes are appropriately selected. For example, by arranging the injection holes so as to be substantially line-symmetric with respect to any line passing through the center of the injection member, the flying distance of the injection member (while the injection of the aerosol composition, The distance from the object to be ejected) can be made substantially uniform over the entire surface of the ejection member.

As shown in FIG. 2, the tube 5 has one end fitted to an injection pipe 11 projecting from the upper surface of the injection member main body 8 and the other end to the injection port 12 of the operating member 4 (see FIG. 1). ), A flexible tube fitted to The tube 5 has, for example, an outer diameter of about 1 to 10 mm, and is preferably made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, or silicone rubber or synthetic rubber. The present invention is not particularly limited to the position where the injection pipe of the injection member is provided, but the injection is performed so that the distance between the injection target and the injection member is substantially equal during the injection. A plurality of (four in the case of FIG. 8) injection pipes 36 may be provided in the center of the member, or as shown in FIG.
In the example shown in FIG. 7, in order to distribute the aerosol composition to the four injection tubes 36, one main tube 33 is connected to four branch tubes 35 via a connector 34 that branches into four systems. The tube assembly 32 thus configured may be adopted.
