設される電源箱に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来の空気調和機に搭載する電源箱で
は、図3に示す様に、電子制御装置1と、電子制御装置
1の部品取り付け面を下側にして電子制御装置1を収納
する電源箱6と、電子制御装置1に取りつけられるリー
ド線3と、電子制御装置1に取り付けられリード線3に
傷をつける可能性のあるエッジ部品4と、電源箱6に取
りつけられ電子制御装置を下から支える電子制御装置支
え7と、リード線3を固定するリード線固定用リブ8と
リード線を固定するテープ9から構成されていた。
【0003】電子制御装置支え7はエッジ部品4の位置
に関係なく任意の場所に設けられており、リード線3が
エッジ部品4に接触することにより傷つき、断線やショ
ートする可能性があるため、リード線3をリード線固定
用リブ8に固定したり、テープ9で固定し、リード線3
とエッジ部品4が物理的に触れない処置を施していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】例えば空気調和機では
圧縮機の駆動、ファンモータの駆動、各配管に取りつけ
る温度センサー等、多くのリード線3が電子制御装置1
に取りつけられており、これらリード線3すべてにエッ
ジ部品4に物理的に触れない処置を施すとことで組立て
が非常に複雑になっていた。
【0005】また、エッジ部品4から離れた場所にリー
ド線3を固定するために最短距離よりも遠回りしてリー
ド線3を引き廻す必要があり、リード線3の長さが必要
以上に長くなり、空気調和機など搭載する製品全体のコ
ストを引き上げていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、電子制御装置
の部品取り付け面を下側にして前記電子制御装置を収納
する電源箱において、前記電子制御装置に取りつけられ
るリード線と、前記電子制御装置に取り付けられ前記リ
ード線に傷をつける可能性のあるエッジを持つ部品であ
るエッジ部品と、前記電源箱に取りつけられ前記電子制
御装置を下から支える電子制御装置支えとを具備し、前
記電子制御装置支えを、前記リード線と前記エッジ部品
の間に、前記エッジ部品のエッジを囲むように設けるこ
とによりエッジ部品とリード線の接触を防ぎ、上記課題
を解決するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明は、電子制御装置支えの形
状をエッジ部品のエッジ部を囲むようにすることにより
エッジ部品とリード線の接触を防ぐものである。

と、電子制御装置1に取り付けられリード線3に傷をつ
ける可能性のあるエッジ部品4と、電源箱2に取りつけ
られ電子制御装置を下から支える電子制御装置支え5に
より構成されている。

ジ部を囲むような形状となっている。

なっており、エッジ部品4のエッジ部が左右両端にある

4の左右両端のみを囲えば良い。

方体形状の場合は、図2に示すように電子制御装置支え
5はエッジ部品4をすべて囲むような形状となる。

品4が接触することは電子制御装置支え5により防がれ
ているので、リード線3をエッジ部品4から離れる様に
固定する必要がない。

よれば、電子制御装置支えをエッジ部品のエッジ部を囲
むような形状とすることで、エッジ部品とリード線の接
触を防ぎ、組み立て易くかつ安価な電源箱を提供するこ
