Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a holder for connecting and fixing an elevating window glass provided on a door of a vehicle such as a truck to an elevating member of an elevating device. is there. 2. Description of the Related Art An example of a holder for connecting and fixing an elevating window glass provided on a door of a vehicle such as a truck to an elevating member of an elevating device known per se is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-290717. It is disclosed in the publication. As shown in the main part cross-sectional view of FIG. 5, the holder proposed above is generally integrally formed with an appropriate resin material and integrally formed with an appropriate resin material. Glass 0
It is formed as a U-shaped member having an opening 04 for inserting and accommodating a peripheral portion provided with the second bolt insertion hole 03. The holder 01 is entirely formed by a wall portion 05 having a sufficient thickness t except for the opening 04, and a reinforcing rib 06 is integrally formed outside the wall portion 05. In order to fix the holder 01 to the elevating member 07 of the elevating device by the mounting bolt 08, a nut 010 into which the screw shaft portion of the mounting bolt 08 is screwed is attached to the holder piece 09 of the holder 01 farther from the elevating member 07. On the other hand, a bolt hole 012 through which the mounting bolt 08 is inserted is provided in the holder piece 011 on the side that comes into contact with the elevating member 07 at the time of molding, and the mounting bolt 08 is tightened at the upper end thereof. Holder 0 carrying window glass 02 during work
A hook-shaped temporary fixing piece 013 for supporting the first member 1 on the elevating member 07 is provided. Further, the bolt hole 012
The end facing the window glass 02 is provided with a convex portion 014 for preventing the holder 01 from falling off the window glass 02 by being fitted into the bolt insertion hole 03 of the window glass 02. In the holder 01 already proposed, the window glass 0

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned disadvantages or drawbacks of the above-mentioned proposed window glass holder, thereby improving the workability of attaching the holder to the window glass.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a window glass holder which can be easily disassembled to remove the holder from the window glass when the elevating device breaks down or the like, and has excellent maintainability. [0007] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for connecting and fixing a window glass to an elevating member of an elevating device by mounting bolts on both sides of a bolt insertion hole of the window glass. A resin material holder is formed of a first holder piece and a second holder piece connected in a U-shape by a resin hinge so as to be bent, and the first holder piece is provided with the window glass. A cylindrical projection having a first bolt hole inserted into the bolt insertion hole and through which the mounting bolt is inserted, and a nut coaxially embedded in the bolt hole and screwed with the mounting bolt. A concave portion into which a tip portion of the cylindrical projection is inserted when the first and second holder pieces are bent into a U-shape;
A second bolt hole coaxially aligned with the first bolt hole is provided, and a manual operation force is applied to a fitting portion between the concave portion of the second holder piece and the cylindrical projection of the first holder piece. The present invention proposes a holder for a vehicle window glass, wherein a locking means capable of freely locking and unlocking is provided. A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. In the drawing, reference numeral 10 generally indicates a holder. The holder 10 includes a first holder piece 12 and a second holder piece 14, each of which has a rectangular planar shape, and includes first and second holder pieces 12 and 14. Are connected by a thin hinge portion 16 so as to be bent in a U-shape. The first holder piece 12, the second holder piece 14, and the hinge portion 16 are integrally formed of an appropriate resin material, for example, a polyacetal resin. A cylindrical projection 20 protrudes from a side surface (an upper surface in FIGS. 2 and 3) of the first holder piece 12 which is in contact with the window glass 18, and the cylindrical projection 20 is provided below the window glass 18. It has a height h that penetrates through the bolt insertion hole 22 provided at a predetermined position on the peripheral edge portion, and whose tip portion protrudes from the other side surface of the window glass 18. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the threaded shaft portion of the mounting bolt 26 for connecting and fixing the window glass 18 on which the holder 10 is mounted to the elevating member 24 of a known elevating device is inserted through the cylindrical projection 20 as shown in FIG. 4. A one-bolt hole 28 is provided. Further, a nut 30 is embedded in a side surface of the first holder piece 12 far from the window glass 18 at the time of integral molding. The nut 30 has a female screw with which the screw shaft of the mounting bolt 26 is screwed, and the first bolt hole 28
Are arranged coaxially with respect to. On the other hand, the window glass 1 of the second holder piece 14
8 (the upper side in FIGS. 2 and 3)
An elliptical concave portion 32 is provided in the central portion of the concave portion 32. As shown in FIG. On the other hand, when bent in a U-shape, there is provided a second bolt hole 34 which is aligned substantially with the first bolt hole 28 and the nut 30 of the first holder piece 12. When the first and second holder pieces 12 and 14 are bent in a U-shape as shown in the figure, the tip of the cylindrical projection 20 is inserted into the recess 32, and The engagement claw 36 protruding from the inner peripheral wall of the cylindrical projection 32 engages with the engagement groove 38 recessed from the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical projection 20.
The holder 10 is configured so that the holder 10 does not fall off the window glass 18 when the mounting bolt 26 is tightened. The locking means composed of the engagement claw 36 and the engagement groove 38
Is formed as a small projection, and the engaging groove 38 is formed as a shallow groove, so that the worker can easily lock and unlock easily by applying a sufficiently small operation force. The window glass holder 10 is mounted on the window glass 18.
First, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, with the first holder piece 12 and the second holder piece 14 being extended, the cylindrical projection 20 of the first holder piece 12 is placed in a window. The glass 18 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 22 from one side. At this time, the tip portion of the cylindrical projection 20 penetrates the bolt insertion hole 22 and projects to the other side of the window glass 18.
Next, when the second holder piece 14 is rotated counterclockwise in FIGS. 2 and 3, the first and second holder pieces 12 and 1 are rotated.
4 is bent in a U-shape as shown in FIG. 4 by the bending of the hinge portion 16, and the distal end portion of the cylindrical projection 20 is inserted into the concave portion 32. At this time, when the worker applies a slight pressing force to the second holder piece 12, the engaging claw 36 in the concave portion 32 is engaged with the engaging groove formed in the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical projection 20. 38, the window glass 18 with the holder 10 mounted thereon is being conveyed in the work place, or
When mounting the window glass and the holder assembly by tightening the mounting bolts 26 with respect to 4, the inconvenience that the holder 10 falls off the window glass 18 is eliminated, and the assembling operation can be performed reliably and easily. There is. In the case where the lifting / lowering device breaks down, the window glass 18 is damaged, or the window glass 18 is subjected to film processing while the vehicle is in operation, the mounting bolts 26 are first used.
The glazing and holder assembly must be removed from the lifting member 24 and the holder 10 must then be removed from the glazing 18. At this time, when the operator applies a force in the direction of peeling the second holder piece 14 from the window glass 18, the engagement between the engaging claw 36 and the engaging groove 38 constituting the locking means is easily released. Therefore, by pulling out the cylindrical projection 20 of the first holder piece 12 from the bolt insertion hole 22 of the window glass 18,
The entire holder 10 can be easily removed. Therefore,
There is an advantage that the disassembly workability is extremely excellent for maintenance. Incidentally, there is an additional advantage that the first and second holder pieces 12 and 14 and the hinge portion 16 of the holder 10 can be manufactured at a low cost by integral molding, and the first and second holder pieces 12 and 14 can be manufactured inexpensively. There is an advantage that the thickness can be made sufficiently thinner than the proposed holder shown in FIG. 5 to reduce the weight. Further, the window glass 18 is a door window glass of a truck or the like, and as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG.
Even when the gap between the door outer panel 40 and the window glass 18 is small, there is an advantage that the window glass and the holder assembly can be easily attached to and removed from the elevating member 24. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various changes and modifications can be made to the above embodiment within the scope of the claims. As described above, the vehicle window glass holder according to the present invention connects and fixes the window glass to the elevating member of the elevating device by mounting bolts. The holder made of a resin material is composed of a first holder piece and a second holder piece that are connected to each other in a U-shape by a resin hinge, and the first holder piece has the window. A cylindrical projection having a first bolt hole inserted into the glass bolt insertion hole and allowing the mounting bolt to pass therethrough; a nut coaxially embedded in the bolt hole and screwed with the mounting bolt; A concave portion into which the tip portion of the cylindrical projection is inserted when the first and second holder pieces are bent into a U-shape;
A second bolt hole coaxially aligned with the first bolt hole is provided, and a manual operation force is applied to a fitting portion between the concave portion of the second holder piece and the cylindrical projection of the first holder piece. The present invention is characterized in that a locking means capable of freely locking and unlocking is provided, thereby providing a holder with good workability for assembling to a window glass and excellent disassembly workability during repair, maintenance and the like. Can be industrially beneficial.
