端縁に、他方端部を前記第2切欠段部の外周端縁にそれ
ぞれ一体に接続し、 前記第1切欠段部及び第2切欠段部は、少なくともヒン
ジの厚み方向の幅より広い幅長の凹み面を有し、 前記キャップ本体の外周筒壁の上面と前記蓋体の筒状壁
