【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、六角穴付き止め
ねじの、ねじ先端部にボールキャスターを設けたキャス
ターに関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来のボールキャスターはプレート上面
から取付け、固定するものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】これはつぎのような欠
点があった。
（イ）従来のボールキャスターはプレート上面からの取
付け方法しか無かった。
１）、圧入タイプは、一度取付けたものを取り外した
り、高さ合わせが困難であった。また、プレートやボー
ルキャスター本体に傷を付けたり破損する可能性があっ
た。
２）、ビス止めタイプは、取付けに際して穴加工等、手
間が多いにも関わらず取付け強度が弱い。
３）、ボルトタイプは、上部より挿入するにも関わら
ず、下部（プレート裏面）よりドライバー等で取付ける
必要があった。
（ロ）従来のボールキャスターは、上部より取り付けす
る為、プレートより突出するボールの高さは、キャスタ
ーの頭部形状で決定され、接地高さの調整は不可能であ
った。
（ハ）プレス部品を多数使用した組立製品の為、耐荷重
性に劣る。
本発明は、以上のような欠点を解決するためになされた
ものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】キャスター本体を雄ねじ
式とし、セットスクリュータイプとする為に、六角穴付
き止めねじ（１）のねじ先端部にボールキャスター機能
を（２）を設ける。本発明は、以上の構成よりなるセッ
トスクリューボールキャスターである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態につい
て説明する。六角穴付き止めねじ（１）のねじ先端部に
ベアリング球挿入用穴加工を施し、小径及び大径ベアリ
ング球を組み込むことにより、ボールキャスター機能
（２）を設ける。本発明は、以上のような構造でプレー
ト平面よりボール突出高さ（５）を簡単に調整・管理で
きるとともに、取り付け取り外しが容易に出来る。

【発明の効果】（イ）搬送テーブル、金型、治具等のプ
レート平面からのボール突出高さの調整・管理が簡単で
ある。
（ロ）搬送テーブル、金型、治具等への取り付け取り外
しが容易である。
（ハ）ボールキャスター脱着時にプレート等を傷つけな
い。
（ニ）ベアリング球受け部がねじ部本体（組み合わせ部
