The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive roller cleaner of a pressure-sensitive adhesive paper flip-off type, in which after the dust collection is over, the pressure-sensitive adhesive paper is turned off. 2. Description of the Related Art Adhesive rollers incorporated in conventional vacuum cleaners are provided with a method of flipping off unnecessary adhesive paper at one end in the width direction at one end of the adhesive roller. A notch is provided, and then a perforation-like cut is made linearly over the extension on the other end. [0003] When the dust is collected while rolling on a jute or a blanket or the like, one notch provided in advance in the adhesive roller is pinched, and the first sheet of adhesive paper is turned over. However, if the hair as garbage (hereinafter simply referred to as hair) is diffusely adhered over a wide area including the adhesive paper, it becomes an obstacle, and it is extremely difficult to turn the adhesive paper along the cut. is there. [0004] Conventionally, this problem is caused by using a cutter knife or a razor or the like to cut open the hair sticking along the cut of the adhesive paper and open the hair from the hair on the cut of the dirty adhesive paper quickly. It is opened at a stretch like
It is the present situation that we are turning over at last. [0005] Nevertheless, efforts to solve this problem have been postponed for many years, including its technical development. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An adhesive roller cleaner capable of lightly cutting hair stuck to the adhesive roller and performing a hygienic and comfortable dust collection operation. [0007] As in the past, do not waste time just turning over. [0008] There were many opportunities to touch dirty adhesive paper, and to change the unsanitary aspect so that it would not happen in the future. [0009] Eliminating waste of adhesive paper. [0010] To change the turning operation of the adhesive paper into a comfortable and refreshing bright operation. An object of the present invention is to solve such problems of the prior art and to provide an adhesive roller cleaner capable of performing a comfortable dust collection operation. Means for Solving the Problems One end of a string-shaped cutter made by using a general-purpose sheet such as plastic or metal,
It is previously attached to one end of the adhesive roller via an existing cap for supporting the roller. Most of the string-shaped cutter attached to the cap is pre-applied to the adhesive paper before collecting dust. [0014] To remove a lot of hair stuck across the cuts of the dirty adhesive paper after dust collection is completed, pinch the tip of the cord-shaped cutter previously attached to the cut of the adhesive paper, Attach the cutter on the installation side at once. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an adhesive roller cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention; The present invention comprises a cord-like cutter and a supporting portion for supporting the cord-like cutter. These are attached to a conventional adhesive roller and further attached to a cleaner body. Embodiment 1, (FIG. 1) In this embodiment using a cap 7 for the support portion of the cord-shaped cutter 1, both of them are finished in a bright color tone full of cleanness of the adhesive roller. For this purpose, a plastic material seems to be the best among many suitable materials. Next, from the shape of both members using a plastic material, the relationship between the adhesive rollers of both members will be described. First, the string cutter 1 will be described. The length, width and thickness of the cutter 1 made of plastic are attached to the adhesive roller 9, and when the cutter 1 is further moved, the cutter 1 is formed into a shape with very little discomfort. In addition, the shape of the adhesive paper with respect to the glue surface is finished in a shape that avoids sticking and that can further prevent the adhesion of glue residue. Considering that the thickness of the commercially available adhesive roller 9 is about 55 mm at the maximum diameter and about 40 mm at the minimum diameter, the effective width of the cord-shaped cutter 1 of this embodiment is considered to be about 10 mm. It is preferable that the length is made sufficiently close to the width of the adhesive roller 9 or finished slightly out of the way. This is because when there is hair sticking out of the width of the roller 9 and the length of the string-shaped cutter 1 is within the width of the roller 9, the hair cannot be cut. As a countermeasure for preventing stickiness of the cord-shaped cutter 1, the surface is finished in a rough or wavy shape using a lot of unevenness, a porous shape or the like. The design and shape that can be used for the cord cutter 1 must not impair the function of the cutter 1. As an example, when the side face of the cord-shaped cutter 1 has a saw-tooth shape, when the cutter 1 is started up, the hair is hardly cut, and the hair is scraped just like when the rake is pulled. Is easy to happen. Therefore, it is better that the side surface of the string-shaped cutter 1 is sharpened so as to enhance the cutting effect. The string-shaped cutter 1 of this embodiment is provided with a stopper 3 at least at one end on the side where the cap 7 is attached. This is because the cutter 1 attached to the insertion opening 4 of the cap 7 so as to be freely inserted up and down does not fall off during operation. The cord-shaped cutter 1 is provided with a fold 8 slightly inward from one end thereof. The first reason is to have a joint function to connect the cutter 1 and the cap 7. Second, in order not to impair the removability of the cutter 1. Third, the cutter 1 is stably stuck on the adhesive paper 12. The fourth is adhesive paper 12 during dust collection.
This is for the purpose of preventing falling off from the vehicle. The string-shaped cutter 1 may be marked. This is because if the marking 14 side is adhered to the cut 8 of the adhesive paper 12 and pasted, it is no longer necessary to find the cut 8 as before. Until now, when the cut 8 of the adhesive paper 12 is attached to the vacuum cleaner with the cut 8 of the adhesive paper 12 facing forward,
During dust collection, it could often stick to a blanket or the like and be loosened rapidly. By just sticking the cord-shaped cutter 1 of the present invention along the cut 8 of the adhesive paper 12 as much as possible, almost no such troubles occur during dust collection. Next, the cap 7 is provided. In this embodiment, the entire cap 7 is formed in a dish shape, and a collar 5 for preventing excessive insertion is provided on the upper outer periphery thereof. The cap 7 is provided with an insertion hole 4 for attaching the string-shaped cutter 1 near the collar 5 on the outer periphery thereof.
The relationship between the insertion port 4 and the cutter 1 is always inserted so that a good loose insertion state can be maintained. After the cord-shaped cutter 1 is inserted through the cap 7, it is attached to the adhesive roller 9. Fortunately, since the center of the adhesive roller 9 has a cavity, it can be said to be a convenient place to insert the cap 7 with the cutter 1 at one end of the side. Second Embodiment (FIG. 2): A long hole 16 provided at one end of the cord-shaped cutter 1 is rotatably inserted into the shaft 10 of the cleaner body. In a third embodiment (FIG. 3), a long hole 16 provided at one end of the string-shaped cutter 1 is fitted into a groove 24 provided at the center of one end of a roller holder 19, and is rotatably loosely inserted. . Example 4 (FIG. 4), Roller Holder 1
9 is loosely inserted into the insertion port 4 provided in the vicinity of the periphery of one end. In each of the second, third, and fourth embodiments, the roller 18 is removed only when the roller 18 is replaced, and the cord-shaped cutter 1 remains together with the attached body. In Example 5 (FIG. 5), a roller 18 having a length slightly longer than the width of the adhesive paper 12 was used.
To play. In this case, when the roller 18 is replaced, the cutter 1 is also replaced at the same time. Embodiment 6 (FIG. 6). In this embodiment, the yarn itself will be described as the main body of the string-shaped cutter 1. (Thus, the string-shaped cutter 1 is assumed to be the octopus thread 1) The thread used in this example is a slightly strong thread of the octopus style in which a supporting cap 7 having a small hole 20 in the center and stoppers 23 at both ends is provided (hereinafter referred to as a thread). Just octopus thread). One of the stoppers 23 formed at both ends of the octopus thread 1 is made after passing through the small hole 20 of the cap 7. As a result, the octopus thread 1 and the cap 7 are inserted into one end of the adhesive roller 9 as a pair. Next, the octopus thread 1 coming out of the cap 7 is straightened at the point where the notch 13 of the adhesive paper 12 is turned by one turn while being turned, and is placed parallel under the adhesive sheet 12 just turned over. Cover the adhesive paper 12 just turned over. Then, trace along with the octopus thread 1 with a nail. When the octopus thread 1 has been set, the adhesive paper 12 that has just been turned is slowly rewound. Now the dust collection work can be started. According to the present invention, the stringy cutter 1 previously attached to the adhesive paper 12 is raised from the bottom against the attached hair, whereby the stubborn hair is quickly cut and becomes dirty. The cutting work of the paper 12 is comfortable and in a short time,
Moreover, it can be performed extremely hygienically.
