Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a corner of a concrete structure, in particular, two adjacent sides such as a cubic structure, and these two sides. The present invention relates to an exit corner covering material of a concrete structure for covering a sharply pointed triangular exit corner formed by collecting line segments in three directions where an upper edge and a horizontal plane intersect with each other. 2. Description of the Related Art There are various types of concrete structures, one of which is a cubic structure. Such cubic structures exist everywhere, such as roads and buildings, where people normally pass, and where many people gather. For example, when the roof of a school building such as an elementary school is used as a playground, a fence such as a wire mesh is provided. In an old school building, such a fence is installed by retrofitting. Are arranged at predetermined intervals. [0005] As shown in FIG. 5, a pedestal D for supporting such a pillar S of a wire mesh hence H is generally constructed as a cubic structure, and has two adjacent side surfaces 1.
A line segment a where 0 and 20 intersect and these two side surfaces 10 and
Line segments a, b, and c of line segments b and c at which the upper edge of each of 20 and the horizontal plane 30 intersect are formed so as to have a sharp triangular protruding corner portion p formed by gathering three line segments a, b, and c. . [0004] In addition to the cubic structure, for example, a large-sized planner (not shown) made of a concrete square is provided.
The planner is arranged everywhere, and the corners of the planner are formed so as to have sharply triangular protruding corners. [0005] However, such a cubic structure and a large square planner are usually arranged in a place where children run around, and a sharply pointed protruding corner p is formed as follows. It is equipped as it is in a bare state,
Moreover, the sharply triangular protruding corner p is approximately 3
Since the child is positioned upward at a height of about 0 to 70 cm, the child is likely to be injured when falling or hitting somewhere on the body. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to form a sharp triangular shape formed by a set of three intersecting line segments of three surfaces of a cubic structure. An object of the present invention is to provide an outgoing corner covering material for a concrete structure made of a rubber elastic material and having an incoming corner corresponding to the outgoing corner to cover a sharp outgoing corner. [0007] In order to achieve the above object, a covering material for a corner of a concrete structure according to the present invention is composed of two side plates adjacent to each other to be a rubber elastic body and these two side plates. A horizontal plate portion integrally connected at an upper edge of each of the portions, a line segment where the two side plate portions intersect on the inner surface, and an upper edge of each of these two side plate portions and the horizontal plate portion are formed on the inner surface. It is formed by forming a triangular angle portion where line segments in three directions with intersecting line segments are gathered. In the side plate portion and the horizontal plate portion, a concave portion having a substantially conical cross section is formed, and a nail insertion hole is formed in the center of the concave portion, and a rubber or synthetic resin pad is formed in the concave portion. It is preferable to fix the nail to the structure with a rivet nail. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an inner surface of a corner covering material, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an outer surface of the corner covering material. Perspective view, FIG. 3
FIG. 4 is a front view of the corner covering material showing a nail hole in a partial cross section.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing a state of use, and the present invention is a solid structure such as a concrete structure, which is a parallelepiped or a regular hexahedron shown in FIG. 4, and a line segment where two adjacent side portions 10 and 20 intersect. a and these two side parts 1
Line segments b and c where the upper edges of 0 and 20 intersect the horizontal plane portion 30
The covering material G of the present invention is a rubber material for covering a sharply triangular protruding corner portion p formed by collecting three line segments a, b, and c of FIG. Each of the two side plates 1 and 2 which become an elastic body and abut on two adjacent side surfaces 10 and 20 of the structure, and the two side plates 1 and 2 which abut on the horizontal surface 30 of the structure It has a horizontal plate portion 3 integrally connected at an upper edge, a line segment z where the two side plate portions 1 and 2 intersect on an inner surface, an upper edge of each of these two side plate portions 1 and 2, and the horizontal plate portion. Lines x and y where 3 intersect on the inner
Are formed to form an incident angle portion q where line segments x, y, and z in three directions are gathered. The rubber material of the coating material G is preferably a natural rubber material having excellent weather resistance and elasticity, and preferably has a rubber hardness of 40 to 80 degrees. A line segment z 'where the two side plate portions 1 and 2 intersect on the outer surface, and a line segment x' and y where the upper edge of each of the two side plate portions 1 and 2 and the horizontal plate portion 3 intersect on the outer surface. '
It is preferable that the line segments x ′, y ′, and z ′ outside of the three directions are chamfered in an arc shape to soften the corners so that the body can be softly received. The coating material G is mainly applied to the projecting portion p of the structure D by an adhesive, and has a substantially conical cross section at predetermined positions of the side plate portions 1 and 2 and the horizontal plate portion 3. A nail insertion hole 5 is formed in the center of the recess 4. A pad 6 made of rubber or synthetic resin is fixed in the recess 4, and a nail D is attached to the structure D by a lip 7. It is preferable to fix by hitting. The coating material G having the above-described structure is applied to, for example, the exit angle p of a large number of pedestals D standing upright on the pillars S of the wire mesh hens H surrounding the roof of the concrete school building shown in FIG. Fixedly installed. Since the covering material G according to the present invention is formed from a rubber material, the sharply pointed corner p of the pedestal D is covered with the elastic rubber, so that the child may fall and hit somewhere on the body. However, it can be protected without injuries because it is softly received or played back lightly. Further, since the coating material G of the present invention is excellent in weather resistance, the durability is extended without deterioration due to rubber aging. When nailing the coating material G of the present invention, since the nail is used, the top surface of the nail head is coated with the coating material G.
Because it is located deep from the surface of the car, there is no risk of injury due to nails popping out. Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the sharply angled outgoing angle p, which becomes a hard cube like concrete, is covered with a rubber elastic material to eliminate the danger of a sports field where children jump. Even if a child falls and hits somewhere on the body, it is softly received or lightly flipped, so that it can be protected without injury. In addition, the coating material G is excellent in weather resistance, so rubber aging The durability life without deterioration due to Further, when nailing the covering material, since the nail is used, the top surface of the nail head is located deep from the surface of the covering material G, so that there is no fear of injury due to popping out of the nail. No effect is obtained, such as ensuring the safety of the equipment.
