However, in a system in which a threaded portion is provided at each of the joining portions of the front shaft and the barrel and they are screwed and fitted, it is usual to tighten and fix them by rotating the threaded portion. However, in actual assembling, since the screw portion is rotated and tightened, there is a problem that it takes time to accumulate. Further, even when the assembly device is used without manual labor, it is necessary to provide a rotation mechanism in the device configuration, which causes a problem that the structure of the device becomes complicated.

According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the press-fitting is performed as it is, regardless of the screwing position of the front shaft and the shaft cylinder, the front shaft and the shaft cylinder can be easily assembled. Further, when the assembling device is used, the rotation function can be eliminated, so that the structure can be simplified. Also, by setting the deformation range of the threaded portion to a dimension that does not easily cause plastic deformation, even if the threaded portions ride on each other, the front shaft and the threaded portion of the shaft will deform within the range of elastic deformation You can go back nearby. Therefore, even if the front shaft is removed and the front shaft is screwed again to the shaft for replacement of the batting or ink, the normal screw engagement can be achieved. Moreover, it can be used repeatedly.

Further, according to the invention of claim 3, since the screwing portion is provided on either the front shaft or the shaft cylinder and the member is press-fitted as it is, the assembling device may be a device having a simple structure, Further, since the threaded portion causes the mating surface to plastically deform to form the transfer threaded portion, the threaded fastening can be normally performed after the plastic deformation. Moreover, it can be used repeatedly.

As described above, the first aspect of the present invention is as described above.
According to the applicator described in any one of the items (1) to (4), it is possible to realize an applicator that has a simple structure and can assemble the barrel and the front shaft, and that can be easily screwed. Specifically, according to the first aspect of the invention, the front shaft and the shaft cylinder can be easily assembled by press-fitting as they are, regardless of the positions of the screwed portions of the front shaft and the shaft cylinder. Further, even when assembling is performed using the assembling apparatus, it is not necessary to provide the rotating function, so that a simple apparatus configuration can be realized. In addition, by deforming the shape of the threaded portion between the barrel and the front shaft within the range of elastic deformation to set the dimensions such that plastic deformation is unlikely to occur, the original shape or a state close to it can be restored. Therefore, even if the front shaft is removed and the front shaft is screwed again to the shaft for replacement of the batting or ink, the normal screw engagement can be achieved. Moreover, it can be used repeatedly. Further, according to the invention of claim 2, since the formation of the screw-engaged portion is in a partial range over the entire circumference, the pressure input can be small, and the screw-engaged portion between the front shaft and the barrel is small. Since it deforms within the range of elastic deformation, it can return to near the original shape. Therefore, even if the front shaft is screwed into the shaft cylinder again, normal screw-fitting is possible. Moreover, it can be used repeatedly. According to the invention of claim 3,
It is possible to easily assemble the front shaft and the shaft cylinder by providing a threaded portion on either the front shaft or the shaft cylinder and press-fitting as they are. Further, even when assembling is performed using the assembling apparatus, it is not necessary to provide the rotation function, so that a simple apparatus configuration can be realized. Further, since the screwing portion is configured to cause the other surface to undergo plastic deformation to form the transfer screwing portion, it is possible to normally screw and fasten after the plastic deformation. Moreover, it can be used repeatedly. Further, according to the invention of claim 4, in the threaded portion, the crest width of the threaded portion is formed to be narrower than the valley width, so that the threaded portion can be easily climbed over. As described above, the excellent effect is achieved.
