ものが多いので、安全面から乗客が通路に立つことは好
ましくなく、乗客スペースとしては利用されていなかっ
た。このため、特許第2798389号公報に示される
ように、連節される両車両妻面に、車体の通路口を囲む
ような硬質化粧板からなる方形アウターコリドールをそ
れぞれ突設し、両アウターコリドールに、一部が嵌合す
る硬質化粧板からなる方形インナーコリドールをそれぞ
れ連節し、両インナーコリドールの他端に門型のインナ
ーフレームをそれぞれ連節し、両インナーフレームを、
その下端を支点として連節部通路方向に揺動可能に相互
に嵌合して、これらにより連節部通路の周壁を構成した
ものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところが、上述の構造
では、通路として占有する車体進行方向長さが長いの
で、連節部分を多数有する列車にこの構造を適用する
と、一般客室の長さが短くなり、連節車としてのメリッ

いう問題がある。

構成しても、連節車体の種々の動きに追随でき、車体進
行方向の長さが短く、簡素な構造でコストが安い連節車
の連節部通路周壁構造を提供することを目的としてい
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
め、本発明の連節車の連節部通路周壁構造は、連節され
る両車両妻面間の連節台車の連結ブラケットに門型フレ
ームを設け、該門型フレームに車体前後方向に回動可能
なアームの中間部を枢支し、該アームの一方の端部と一
方の車両及びアームの他方の端部と他方の車両とをそれ
ぞれ水平方向のリンク棒を連結し、両リンク棒に壁板ガ
イドレールをそれぞれ設け、外板と内板間に隙間を形成
した短冊状の壁板を、各壁板の隙間に隣接する壁板の外
板又は内板を挿入して、各壁板を車体前後方向にスライ
ド可能とした壁面パネルを形成し、前記壁板の外板に前
記壁板ガイドレールをスライドする駒部材を設けたこと
を特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明を図面に示される実
施形態例に基づいて説明する。連節された前後の車両
1,2は、両車両間に配置される連節台車3に空気バネ
4,4を介してそれぞれ支持され、連結ブラケット5で
連結されている。両車両1,2の連節部は、両車両1,
2の妻面周囲に取り付けた蛇腹状の外幌6,6を、連結
ブラケット5に設けた門型フレーム7部分に連結して覆
われている。

井側面の車内側にそれぞれ2個ずつ設けたZ字状リンク

後方向に回動可能に設けられたアーム9と、該アーム9
の一方の端部と一方の車両1の妻面とを連結する水平方
向のリンク棒10と、アーム9の他方の端部と他方の車
両2の妻面とを連結する水平方向のリンク棒11とで構
成されている。これら各Z字状リンク8の支持により、
門型フレーム7は、両車両1,2間に変位が生じても常
に両車両1,2間に保持される。
【0008】この門型フレーム7の内側には、両車両
1,2を連続する通路が設けられている。この通路の両
側壁面パネル12及び天井壁面パネル13からなる周壁
は硬質の化粧板で構成され、前記リンク棒10,11の
車内側にそれぞれ設けた壁板ガイドレール14に支持さ
れている。

3は、短冊状の壁板15を複数枚組み合わせた同一の構
成で、壁板15は、外板15aと内板15bの車体前後
方向の端部が互いに近づくように湾曲させて、外板15
aと内板15bとの車体前後方向の端部の間に隙間を形
成して上下方向のリブ15cで連結した断面略H字状を
している。各壁板15は、車体前後方向の隙間に隣接す
る壁板15の外板15a又は内板15bを挿入して、各

材16の嵌合突起15dが形成されている。
