Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a peripheral wall structure of an articulated passage of an articulated vehicle such as a railcar or a bus. 2. Description of the Related Art The side walls and the peripheral walls of a ceiling wall of an articulated vehicle passageway of an articulated vehicle are made of elastic rubber, cloth or the like so as not to hinder relative displacement between adjacent vehicles during operation. Since many are composed of hoods, it is not desirable for passengers to stand in the aisle from the viewpoint of safety, and has not been used as a passenger space. For this reason, as shown in Japanese Patent No. 2798389, square outer corridors made of a hard decorative board surrounding the passage opening of the vehicle body are respectively protruded from both articulated vehicle wives, and both outer corridors are provided. , Each articulates a rectangular inner corridor consisting of a hard decorative board fitted partially, articulates a gate-shaped inner frame at the other end of both inner corridors, and connects both inner frames,
In some cases, the lower end is used as a fulcrum to engage with each other so as to be swingable in the direction of the articulated portion passage, thereby forming a peripheral wall of the articulated portion passage. [0003] However, in the above-described structure, the length of the passage occupied by the vehicle body in the traveling direction is long. Therefore, when this structure is applied to a train having a large number of articulated portions, the length of a general cabin is reduced. And the merits of an articulated car cannot be exploited. In addition, there is a problem that the structure is complicated and the cost is high. Accordingly, the present invention provides an articulated vehicle which can follow various movements of the articulated vehicle body even when the passage peripheral wall is formed of a hard decorative board, has a short length in the vehicle body traveling direction, has a simple structure and is inexpensive. It is an object of the present invention to provide an articulated passage peripheral wall structure. [0005] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the articulated vehicle peripheral wall structure of the articulated vehicle according to the present invention is provided with an articulated bogie connected between two end surfaces of an articulated vehicle. A bracket is provided with a portal frame, and the portal frame pivotally supports an intermediate portion of an arm rotatable in the vehicle longitudinal direction. One end of the arm is connected to one end of the vehicle and the other end of the arm. The horizontal link rods are connected to the vehicle, and the wall link guide rails are respectively provided on both link rods, and a strip-shaped wall plate having a gap between the outer plate and the inner plate is formed in the gap between the wall plates. An outer panel or an inner panel of an adjacent wall panel is inserted to form a wall panel in which each wall panel is slidable in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and a piece member for sliding the wall panel guide rail on the outer panel of the wall panel. It is characterized by having provided. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. The articulated front and rear vehicles 1 and 2 are supported by an articulation bogie 3 disposed between the two vehicles via air springs 4 and 4, respectively, and are connected by a connection bracket 5. The articulation part of both vehicles 1 and 2 is
The bellows-shaped outer hoods 6, 6 attached around the wife's face 2 are connected to and covered by a gate-shaped frame 7 provided on a connection bracket 5. [0007] The gate-shaped frame 7 is pin-connected to the left and right of the connecting bracket 5 via rubber bushes, and two Z-shaped links 8 are provided on both sides and the ceiling side of the vehicle. Supported between the two. The Z-shaped link 8 includes an arm 9 having an intermediate portion pivotally supported by a portal frame 7 and rotatably provided in a vehicle front-rear direction.
And a horizontal link rod 10 connecting the other end of the arm 9 to the wive surface of the other vehicle 2 and a horizontal link rod 10 connecting the other end of the arm 9 and the wive surface of the other vehicle 2. It is composed of By supporting each of these Z-shaped links 8,
The gate-shaped frame 7 is always held between the two vehicles 1 and 2 even if a displacement occurs between the two vehicles 1 and 2. A passage connecting the two vehicles 1 and 2 is provided inside the portal frame 7. The peripheral wall composed of both side wall panels 12 and ceiling wall panels 13 of this passage is formed of a hard decorative panel, and is supported by wall plate guide rails 14 provided inside the link rods 10 and 11 on the vehicle interior. [0009] Both side wall panel 12 and ceiling wall panel 1
Reference numeral 3 denotes an identical configuration in which a plurality of strip-shaped wall plates 15 are combined. The wall plate 15 is curved so that the ends of the outer plate 15a and the inner plate 15b in the vehicle front-rear direction are close to each other.
A gap is formed between the end of the inner plate 15a and the inner plate 15b in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and has a substantially H-shaped cross-section connected by ribs 15c in the vertical direction. Each of the wall plates 15 is inserted with an outer plate 15a or an inner plate 15b of the wall plate 15 adjacent to a gap in the vehicle body longitudinal direction, and connects the wall plates 15 so as to be slidable in the vehicle longitudinal direction. A fitting projection 15d of the piece member 16 is formed on the outer plate 15a of each wall plate 15 on the outside of the vehicle. The piece member 16 has a fitting groove for the fitting projection 15d and a slide groove for sliding the wall plate guide rail 14 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and the fitting groove is firmly fitted to the fitting projection 15d. Or fixed by bonding, riveting or the like. On the other hand, the slide grooves are
However, when a slight inclination occurs due to relative angular displacement between the two vehicles 1 and 2 such as rolling, pitching and yawing, the shape is provided with a slight play so as not to compete with the wall plate guide rail 14. ing. Both side wall panels 12 and ceiling wall panels 1
3 is to fix the piece members 16 to every other outer plate 15a of the connected wall plates 15, and connect each piece member 16 to the wall plate guide rail 1.
4 is loosely fitted. Thus, when the two vehicles 1 and 2 run on a horizontal curved track or pass on a convex or concave vertical curve, the side wall panels 12 and the ceiling wall panel 13 are arranged as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, each wall plate 15 slides to slide both side wall panels 12 and ceiling wall panels 13.
Expands and contracts. Further, even if the wall plate guide rail 14 slightly tilts due to the relative angular displacement between the two vehicles 1 and 2 such as rolling, pitching and yawing, the wall plate guide rail 14 and the piece member 16 do not compete with each other. It can follow various movements of the articulated body. Further, since both side wall panels 12 and the ceiling wall panel 13 are configured to expand and contract, the length in the vehicle body traveling direction is shorter, the structure is simple, and the cost is lower than in the related art. [0013] As described above, the articulated vehicle passage peripheral wall structure of the articulated vehicle according to the present invention is a portal type provided on the connecting bracket of the articulated bogie between the two vehicle end faces to be articulated. The frame includes an arm rotatable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and a horizontal link rod connecting one end of the arm to one vehicle and the other end of the arm to the other vehicle. While supporting with the link, wall plate guide rails are provided on both link rods, and a strip-shaped wall plate having a gap formed between the outer plate and the inner plate, the outer plate of the wall plate adjacent to the gap between each wall plate or The inner panel is inserted to form a wall panel that allows each wall panel to slide in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and a piece member that slides the wall panel guide rail is provided on the outer panel of the wall panel, so that a horizontal curve track or the like is provided. When passing on a convex or concave vertical curve, each wall plate slides As the wall panel expands and contracts, it can follow various movements of the articulated body. In addition, the length in the vehicle body traveling direction is short, and the cost is low with a simple structure.
