2. Description of the Related Art A horizontally rotatable wheel mounting device provided on a carriage or cart for carrying heavy loads, a movable bed or furniture, etc. ensures sufficient bearing strength. For this purpose, a ring-shaped groove is formed on the upper side of the bearing, which is the wheel side, in which a bearing is interposed, and a large number of ball bearings are housed in this groove, and a rotating plate is fixed to the mounting side so as to cover it. , The bearing is supported in the vertical direction so that it can be rotated horizontally. In this case, the bearing strength is large, but the friction noise and impact noise are large and the noise during movement is large.

However, in order to improve noise reduction, for example, a bearing device having an up-down direction as an axial direction is used as a bearing portion. For example, this bearing portion is provided on a wheel mounting base, and a rotating shaft serving as a mounting shaft is attached to this bearing portion. If the rotation shaft is made rotatable by the bearings arranged on the outer periphery of the rotation shaft so that the wheel can be horizontally rotated, the wheel mounting device becomes considerably quieter than the above-mentioned structure, Since a load is received from the axial direction and this is supported by the bearing device on the outer periphery, the bearing strength is not sufficiently secured, the limit load becomes small, and the application is limited, for example, a quiet bed with wheels. It is difficult to achieve such things.

In this bearing portion 4, a bearing bearing body 6 in which an inner ring portion 6A to which a rotating shaft 5 is attached is rotatably connected to an outer ring portion 6B via a bearing 6C, a mounting plate portion 3A,
Since it is formed by being fixed to 7A, it can be rotated in the vertical direction as compared with the structure in which a bearing is interposed between a supporting plate and a rotating plate which are sandwiched from the vertical direction as described in the conventional example. Inner ring portion 6A for mounting the rotating shaft 5 with the axis as the axial direction
Since the bearing 5C is arranged on the outer circumference of the outer ring portion 5B and the outer ring portion 5B is horizontally rotatable with respect to the inner ring portion 6A via the bearing 5C, the wheel mounting device is extremely silent.

Moreover, according to the present invention, in this bearing portion 4, the bearing bearing body 6 is arranged in at least two upper and lower stages, and the rotating shaft 5 is provided.
And further, the two-stage bearing bearing body 6 is fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of the mounting plate portions 3A and 7A, and the shaft mounting holes 6D by the inner ring portions 6A of the upper and lower bearing bearing bodies 6 are in communication with each other. This mounting plate part 3
Since the rotating shaft 5 is supported by the upper and lower bearing bearing bodies 6 on the boundaries of A and 7A, the rotating shaft 5 is arranged in the vertical direction which is the load direction in order to improve the quietness. A bearing 6C which is provided to dispose the rotary shaft 5 on the outer periphery thereof.
Even if the bearing is configured to rotate freely, the bearing strength is improved and sufficient bearing strength (for example, in the delivery and transportation industry or department stores
A bearing strength that can withstand enough to be used as a trolley or cart used for transportation in supermarkets, company warehouses, etc., or a bed for sick person transportation), that is, a durable strength against torsional force is sufficiently secured. It will be possible to realize a quiet caster.

When each bearing bearing body 6 is fixed to the mounting plate portions 3A and 7A, for example, it is press-fitted into a sleeve-shaped bearing body engaging portion 8 and the bearing body engaging portion 8 is attached to the mounting plate portion. The bearing strength (durability) is further improved by fixing to 3A and 7A, and further, the material of the bearing body engaging portion 8 is iron and the material of the bearing bearing body 6 and the mounting plate portions 3A and 7A. On the other hand, the use of aluminum, which is softer than iron, facilitates press-fitting engagement, and there is no risk of damage to the bearing bearing body 6 during press-fitting. Further, the bearing body engaging portion 8 is deformed during press-fitting work, and the bearing bearing body is deformed. By holding 6, the bearing strength is improved, and by holding by this soft (deformable) bearing body engaging portion 8,
The twisting force can be absorbed, and the durability strength is further improved.

Further, in the present embodiment, when fixing each bearing bearing body 6 to the upper and lower sides of the mounting plate portion 3A, the bearing bearing bodies 6 are press-fitted into the sleeve-shaped bearing body engaging portions 8, respectively. By fixing 8 to the mounting plate portion 3A by the mounting rod 10, the bearing strength (durability) is further improved. Further, the material of the bearing body engaging portion 8 is the material of the bearing bearing body 6 and the mounting plate portion 3A. In contrast to iron, which is softer than iron, press-fit engagement is facilitated, and the bearing bearing body 6 is not likely to be damaged during press-fitting, and the bearing body engaging portion 8 is deformed during press-fitting work. Bearing bearing body 6
By holding the bearing bearing strength, the bearing strength is increased, and by holding the soft (deformable) bearing body engaging portion 8, the twisting force can be absorbed, and the durability strength is further improved.

That is, since the rotary shaft is supported by the upper and lower two-stage bearing bearings with the upper part of the wheel mounting base or the mounting plate part of the mounting part as a boundary, the load is thus reduced in order to improve the quietness. Even if the rotary shaft is arranged in the vertical direction, which is the vertical direction, and the rotary shaft is rotatably supported by the bearing disposed on the outer periphery of the rotary shaft, the bearing strength is improved and the bearing strength is sufficient (for example, delivery transportation). (Bearing strength sufficient to be used for trolleys and carts used for transportation in business, department store / supermarket stores, company warehouses, etc.), that is, sufficient durability against torsional force is secured. , It will be possible to realize a revolutionary silent caster.

Further, in the invention according to the fourth aspect, the press-fitting engagement becomes easy, there is no possibility of damaging the bearing bearing body at the time of press-fitting, and the bearing body engaging portion is deformed at the time of press-fitting work, and the bearing bearing body is deformed. By holding the bearing, the bearing strength is improved, and by holding the soft (deformable) bearing body engaging portion, the torsional force can be absorbed and the durability strength is further improved. It will be a temporary wheel mounting device.
