2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional public bath, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of bathtubs 11 are connected by communication pipes 12 so that the water levels can be maintained evenly and water is supplied to each bathtub 11 by a water supply device 13. This is the structure that is designed to 14 is a drain pipe. By the way, in order to keep the bath water W in the plurality of bathtubs 11 at a constant water level, each bathtub 11 is provided with a water level gauge (not shown) to detect the amount of water overflowed by the bather and replenish the water. The bath water W was all drained and wasted. In addition, since the bath water W that was not overflowed was always in the bath 11, sediment was gradually accumulated and it was unsanitary. Further, the bathtubs 11 are connected to each other by a communication pipe 12.
Since it is a structure to connect with each other to maintain the water level of each other evenly, it was necessary to make each bathtub at the same height, and there were many construction errors.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION In the present invention, when a lead-out pipe for leading out from the bottom of each bath through a flow control valve to a recovery tank is provided,
It is preferable that the supplied bathtub water is prevented from immediately flowing into the surface flow and is circulated throughout the bathtub, whereby the bathtub is more sanitarily maintained and the water temperature difference in the bathtub can be reduced. If an on-off valve that closes when the pump is stopped is provided in the middle of the recovery path, it is possible to prevent the water level in the bathtub from falling below the required water level, and to prevent excessive recovery and overflow of the recovery tank. If each outlet pipe is connected via a check valve to form one common outlet pipe, the amount of water discharged from each bathtub can be adjusted arbitrarily at one place, reducing the cost of equipment and reducing the cost of each bathtub. This is preferable because the degree of freedom in design can be increased by changing the installation height. It is preferable to provide a flow rate adjusting valve in the middle of each delivery pipe because the level difference of the water level for each bath can be set arbitrarily. It is preferable to provide a spout that can spout water from the inside of the bathtub through a check valve in the middle of each delivery pipe, because the bathwater is constantly exchanged throughout the bathtub, so that the bathtub is more hygienically maintained, which is preferable. . By providing a replenishment channel in the collection tank to replenish water when the inside of the collection tank is below a prescribed level, the bather's water is complemented by the amount drained by the bather or entering / leaving the bathtub, etc. It is preferable because it can be stably supplied to each bath. If a warming device is provided in the middle of the delivery pipe, the bath water in the bath can be kept at a constant temperature and used comfortably. The bathtub water circulation device of the present invention is intended to manage a plurality of bathtubs such as public baths in one system, but can be operated without problems in a single bathtub.

In the present embodiment, first, when the bath water W in the recovery tank 3 is not at the required water level, the water is replenished by the water replenisher 7 to satisfy the predetermined water level. Next, the bath water W in the recovery tank 3 is pumped by the pump 4
Then, a predetermined amount of water is pumped up, purified by a built-in filter, and sent out. Next, the purified bath water W delivered by the pump 4 is passed through the warmer 8 to warm it to a bath temperature of about 40 to 43 ° C. Next, the heated bath water W is sent to each bath 1 through the delivery pipe 5.
Send to. At this time, normally, the flow rate adjusting valve 5a is opened so that water can be supplied. However, for example, when it is desired to empty only one bathtub 1 for cleaning, the corresponding flow rate adjusting valve 5a is closed to stop the water supply. It becomes possible by draining the inside of the bathtub 1. Next, the bath water W that has been sent is used for each bath 1.
The water is spouted inside and gradually filled up, and even if the bathtub 1 is full, the water spout is not stopped and overflowed. Next, the overflowing bathtub water W is collected in the collection tank 3 through the collection path 2 and the bathtub 1 is collected.
It is led out to the recovery tank 3 by the lead-out pipe 6 also from the bottom part of. Outlet pipe 6
By adjusting the flow rate adjusting valve 6b on the way to open and close the amount of water to be discharged, the designed amount of circulating water is maintained without changing the total amount of circulating water. Then, the bath water W recovered in the recovery tank 3 is again sent to each bath 1 through the pump 4 and the warmer 8.
By repeating the above steps, the bath water W is constantly circulated.

FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing circulation of bath water.
Q 1 is the overflow amount, Q 2 is the derived water amount, Q 3 is the circulating water amount, ΔQ is the drainage amount, and the formula of Q 3 = Q 1 + Q 2 + ΔQ is established. In this embodiment, if Q 3 is 100, then approximately Q 1
Is 65%, Q 2 is 30%, and ΔQ is 5%.
Is always circulating. Even if an unspecified number of bathers enter each bathtub 1 and overflow too much, the return of Q 1 and Q 2 is 1.
The water level in the bathtub 1 returns to the original level in a few minutes. Also,
Q is the amount of water lost by use and entry / exit by the bather, and the drained water is replenished in the recovery tank 3 to maintain a predetermined operating water level.

Since this embodiment is constructed as described above, the following operational effects can be obtained. 1) It is hygienic because the bathtub is actively flooded to constantly replace the bathtub water in the bathtub. 2) Overflowing bath water can be saved because it is collected, filtered and re-supplied without draining. 3) Since the water level management for each bathtub is independent, any one of the bathtubs can be emptied for individual cleaning and the water level can be arbitrarily set for each bathtub. 4) Since the water level management for each bathtub is independent, the installation height of each bathtub can be made arbitrarily different, the degree of freedom in designing the bathhouse can be increased, and construction errors due to height differences can be reduced. 5) By recovering and circulating the once-heated bath water, the overflowed water is replenished and not heated, so that heat energy loss can be suppressed.
