Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an incense igniter capable of igniting an incense without being affected by wind and rain, and more particularly to an incense igniter in which a heating wire is interposed by a pressing force of the incense. The present invention relates to an incense ignition device in which a circuit is closed to ignite incense. 2. Description of the Related Art In the past, the end of an incense stick was ignited by burning it with a flame of a match or lighter. However, in the outdoors, the ignition was hindered by wind and rain, and in indoors, explosive odor was indoors. It has a disadvantage that it remains or causes a fire. In order to solve the above drawbacks, it is composed of a solar panel, a storage battery and an insertion tube equipped with an insertion detection sensor, and is used for outdoor installation where the insertion detection sensor operates when an incense stick is inserted into the insertion tube and generates heat. A heater is provided at the bottom of the insertion hole of the incense ignition device (for example, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-261462) or an enclosure having incense insertion detection means, and when the incense is inserted into the insertion hole, the incense insertion detector is operated. A portable incense ignition device (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 6-22763) in which heat is generated, a battery for supplying power to the control unit, and a heater connected to the control unit are provided. When the incense stick is inserted into the incense, the peripheral surface of the incense stick is heated by a heater and ignited (for example, see Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 2-92463), or the diameter of the incense is smaller than the diameter of the incense stick. The lower cylinder is connected to the bottom of the incense stick container with the genus mesh as the bottom, and the end of the incense stick is ignited through the metal mesh with the flame of the match or lighter inside this lower cylinder ( For example, Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 7-19338 has been proposed. [0003] Of the above conventional examples, the one described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-261462 requires a large-scale device such as a solar panel or an incense stick detecting means for utilizing solar heat. However, there is a problem that the cost is increased due to an increase in the number of parts, and that the photovoltaic device must be installed in the precincts of a temple or the like so as to receive the sunlight, which is extremely unsuitable for general personal and home use. . 6-22
No. 763 and Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Application Publication No. 2-92463 have a large number of parts in a configuration in which a heater is heated by a detector arranged in an incense stick insertion hole in the same manner as that described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-261462. The one described in Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. Hei 6-22763 is dangerous because it has a configuration in which the heater and the enclosure come into contact with each other, and the ash that has accumulated may cause the sensor to malfunction. Had problems. Also, the one described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-19338 requires an ignition device such as a match or a lighter,
There was a problem that the work of igniting the incense was troublesome. The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and forms a closed circuit by pressing an incense against a heating wire without providing a sensor or a control device, thereby causing the heating wire to generate heat and ignite the incense. By doing so, it is an object of the present invention to provide a highly incense incense ignition device in which the number of parts is reduced and the cost is reduced. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention provides a heating wire by means of a battery fixing plate provided with a battery positive electrode insertion hole in the center of a hollow housing. The battery compartment is divided into a housing room and a battery housing room, and the heating wire housing room has a heating wire mounting plate provided with a first terminal and a second terminal for supplying power to the heating wire. And a battery positive electrode in which the first terminal protrudes from the battery positive electrode insertion hole toward the heating wire receiving chamber by a pressing force of an incense stick pressed against the heating wire, and the second terminal is The battery is configured to be electrically connected to the battery negative electrode side to generate heat in the heating wire. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a partially omitted longitudinal sectional view showing a main part of the incense ignition device, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a used state, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a transverse sectional view showing the relationship between the heating wire mounting plate and the ridge. 1 to 3, a housing denoted by reference numeral 1 in the drawings is made of a material having insulation and heat resistance, and has a battery housing chamber 4 surrounded by a partition plate 2 and a battery fixing plate 3 inside, and a battery fixing chamber. A heating wire accommodating chamber 7 surrounded by the plate 3, the peripheral wall 5, and the upper surface 6 is provided. The narrow strip-shaped lead 8 is creeped from the substantially center position of the bottom surface 9 to the side end, passes through a lead insertion hole formed at the lower end of the partition plate 2, and further crawls on the inner side surface of the peripheral wall 5. Is attached to the upper surface of the end portion of the battery fixing plate 3 through a lead insertion hole provided at the end portion. The battery fixing plate 3 is made of an insulating and heat-resistant flat plate whose thickness is smaller than the height of the positive electrode of the battery 10. A battery positive electrode insertion hole 11 is formed in the center, and a cylindrical body 12 is formed on the upper surface.
Is provided. The battery 10 is provided in the battery accommodating chamber 4 such that the positive electrode is inserted into the battery positive electrode insertion hole 11 and the negative electrode is pressed against the elastic piece 13 having conductivity. The heating wire mounting plate 14 is made of a material having insulation and heat resistance, is formed in a donut shape having an opening 15 in the center, provided with ridges 27 and 28 on the upper surface, and a spring 1 on the lower surface.
6 are provided. The springs 16 are disposed in the corresponding cylinders 12, respectively, and use the restoring force of the springs 16 to mount the heating wire mounting plate 1.
4 is located at a predetermined position above the battery fixing plate 3. The heating wire mounting plate 1 is located between the facing edges of the opening 15.
A heating wire 17 is provided so as to pass through the center of No. 4. As the heating wire 17, for example, a coil made of a nichrome wire is used, and a metal wire 18 for preventing bending is attached in tension. A conductive rod 20 having a first terminal 19 made of a conductive piece at the lower end of the metal wire 18 is provided with a battery positive electrode insertion hole 1.
1, that is, vertically disposed above the positive electrode of the battery 10. One end of the heating wire 17 is embedded in the ridge 27 of the heating wire mounting plate 14, and the other end is electrically connected to the lead wire 21, passes through the ridge 28 of the heating wire mounting plate 14, and is near the peripheral edge. And a second terminal 22 made of a conductive piece is provided at the lower end of the lead wire 21. The second terminal 22 is located at a predetermined distance upward so as to face the upper end of the strip-shaped lead 8. The distance between the second terminal 22 and the upper end of the strip-shaped lead 8 is set to be the same as the distance between the first terminal 19 and the positive electrode of the battery 10. An opening 24 for inserting the incense stick 23 is provided in a central portion of the upper surface 6.
Further, a lid 25 is mounted on the peripheral wall 5 so as to be openable and closable by a hinge device 26, and a door 29 for replacing the battery 10 is provided on the peripheral wall 5 so as to be openable and closable. Next, the operation will be described. When the lid 25 is opened and the end of the incense stick 23 is brought into contact with the heating wire 17 and pressure is applied, the heating wire 17 is attached without tension since the metal wire 18 is attached as a bending preventing means. It descends with the hot wire mounting plate 14. The first terminal 19 is in contact with the positive electrode of the battery 10, and the second terminal 22 is in contact with the portion of the strip-shaped lead 8 attached to the upper surface of the end of the battery fixing plate 3. , A closed circuit composed of the lead wire 21, the heating wire 17 and the conductive rod 20 is formed, and the heating wire 17 is
Generates heat and ignites the incense stick 23. After the ignition, when the incense stick 23 is taken out from the opening 24, the heating wire mounting plate 14 rises due to the restoring force of the elastic piece 13, and the first terminal 19 and the second terminal 2
Is separated from the positive electrode of the battery 10 and the strip-shaped lead 8, respectively, and no current is supplied to the heating wire 17 to extinguish the fire. As described above, the first and second terminals 19 and 22 function as switches, and the incense 23 can be safely supplied with a simple structure in which the incense 23 acts on the heating wire 17 to supply or stop power to the heating wire 17. There is an effect that can be ignited. The embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 will be described. Parts having the same functions as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 will be described with the same reference numerals. Heating wire mounting plate 14
A magnet 30 is attached to a lower surface of the battery fixing plate 3, and a magnet 31 of the same polarity is attached to a position facing the magnet 30 on the upper surface of the battery fixing plate 3. Due to the repulsive force of the magnets 30 and 31, the heating wire mounting plate 14 is positioned above the battery fixing plate 3 at a predetermined distance, and when the end of the incense stick 23 contacts the heating wire 17 and pressure is applied, the protrusions 32 Along the heating wire 17, the heating wire mounting plate 1
Along with the ridges 4, it is guided by the notches 33 formed in the heating wire mounting plate 14 along the ridges 32 and descends stably. Other configurations are the same as those of the embodiment described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, the case where the heating wire is installed between the openings facing the opening of the heating wire mounting plate has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the heating wire is not bent. In this case, those arranged in a spiral shape at the opening of the heating wire mounting plate are also included in the present invention. Further, in the present embodiment, the use of a helical spring or a magnet having the same polarity has been described in order to make the heating wire mounting plate vertically movable, but the present invention employs a lower surface of the heating wire mounting plate and a battery fixing plate. It is of course encompassed to attach a <-shaped leaf spring over the upper surface of. The present invention has a simple structure and a small number of parts, so that the cost can be reduced, and since the ignition is performed by the pressing action of the incense stick, there is no malfunction and the safety is high. This has the effect. Further, there is an effect that maintenance work such as removal of ash from the incense can be simplified by opening the lid or the door. Further, by forming the appearance into a desired shape such as a shape corresponding to a Buddhist implement, there is an effect that applications can be expanded.
