の回転不能ロック係止部と巻きバネの起立他端との係合
位置で巻きバネを締め付け、回転軸を回転不能ロック状
態にするようにしてあるから、回転軸の正回転、逆回転
及び任意の位置での停止を自由に行い得る。従って共通
した構造によって、即ち、共通した部品等によって回転
駆動装置を製造でき、しかも種々の用途に共通して使用
