2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a roof plate material used for a building in which a mountain portion and a valley portion are alternately formed in a construction state, there is a roof plate material called a folded plate or a roof tile. in recent years,
From the viewpoint of a shortage of construction workers and improvement of the working environment, the connection method of the roof plate material is changing from a bolt tightening type or a goby tightening type, which is a troublesome work, to a fitting type that is easy to work. In the fitting type, there is one in which a cap member is fitted from above so as to cover the bilaterally symmetrical goby portion, but at least the roof plate materials are connected by elastic fitting without using a separate member. As the above, a proposal shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-210177 has been made. The roof plate material described in this proposal is a left-right asymmetrical roof plate member in which one fitting male part of the adjacent roof plate members is fitted into the other fitting female part to form a roof.

However, in the proposed roof plate material disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-210177, the roof plate material of the fitting female portion located on the upper side in the fitting portion is asymmetrical. Is located on the water side and the mating male roof plate located on the lower side is located under the water, it is highly safe against water flow, but if it is the other way, it is extremely safe. It was a poor one. Therefore, it is necessary to convey (lift up) and lay the roof plate material in a direction corresponding to each part, which requires time and effort for the construction work, resulting in an increase in cost.
In addition, since the roof plate material does not have any holding structure for the base material in the temporarily placed state, there is a risk of falling when a gust of wind or the like occurs. Further, since a gap is formed between the end edge of the fitting female portion of the roof plate members and the fitting male portion, dust and dirt may be accumulated due to wind and rain, and as a result, rainwater may be sucked up. . Furthermore, since the roof plate is fixed directly to the ground with nails or the like without using a holding member such as a hanging member, it is effective in reducing the number of members and facilitating the construction, but it is fundamental. As a problem, the strength of the goby becomes low, and when force is applied, it may bend from the root of the goby. Thus, there has been no proposal up to now to facilitate construction work while ensuring sufficient performance as a roof. Therefore, the present invention can easily perform the construction work without impairing the strength, can shorten the construction period and reduce the cost, and provide a vertical thatched roof structure which is highly reliable against wind and rain. To aim.

The holding member 2 for holding the roof plate 1 on the base 3 has fitted parts 21, 21 elastically fitted to the fitting part 121 of the roof plate 1 and a fixing part 22 on the base 3. The other configurations are not limited to the above configurations, and any shape and configuration may be adopted. For example, conventionally known members such as a hanging member and a tight frame may be used as long as they have the fitted part 21 and the fixing part 22, and a combination product of a plurality of members is also included. But good. The attachment to the base 3 may be performed by using known attachment means such as screws, bolts and nuts. Further, as the material (material) configuration of the holding member 2, an extruded material of aluminum is mainly used, but other known materials such as the size of the roof plate 1 and the required strength can be used as long as the holding strength is maintained. Therefore, a stainless steel plate, a plated steel plate or the like having a thickness of about 0.6 to 3.2 mm may be formed by pressing.

To construct a roof structure using the above-mentioned members, it is constructed in the same manner as a general fitting type roof plate, and is generally performed in the following procedure. That is, the holding member 2 is attached on the base 3 such as a beam, a purlin, or a furring strip, and the roof plate 1 is elastically fitted to the holding member 2. However, when the roof plate 1 is laid, the overlapping portion 122 (upper overlapping portion 122A) of the roof plate 1 which is laid on the water side depending on various conditions such as the inclination of the roof surface and the wind direction is laid on the water side. Polymerization is performed on the first superposed section 122 (lower superposed section 122B). In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the left side is the water side and the right side is the water side. The overlapping portion 122 of the roof plate 1 disposed on the left side is the upper overlapping portion 122A, and the overlapping portion 12 of the roof plate 1 is disposed on the right side.
2 serves as the lower overlapping portion 122B.

The polymerized portion will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 1 (c) and 1 (d). First, when arranging the right roof panel 1 with respect to the holding member 2, the lower overlapping portion 122B of the side edge forming portion 12 is supported (engaged) by the receiving and supporting portion 23 of the holding member 2 and fitted. The part 121 is elastically fitted to the fitted part 21, but since the inclination angle α of the rising piece of the side edge forming part 12 before installation is smaller than the inclination angle β in the installed state, the side edge forming part 12 is inclined. The holding member 2 is pressure-bonded by the elasticity that tends to return from the angle β to the inclination angle α. Then, by this pressure bonding, the lower overlapping portion 122B and the receiving and supporting portion 23
And the fitting between the fitting portion 121 and the fitted portion 21 become deeper and stronger. Incidentally, the bearing as in the illustrated embodiment is not limited to the close contact state, but includes a state in which the overlapping portion 122 is supported by the bearing portion 23 by being pressed from above when a positive load is applied, The angle of the folded piece and the folded piece of the lower overlapping portion 122B with respect to the vertical direction is X1, which is the same as before laying.

Next, the upper overlapping portion 122A of the left roof panel 1
When the upper overlapping portion 122A is overlapped with the lower overlapping portion 122B of the right roof plate 1, the folded piece of the upper overlapping portion 122A is closely attached to the folded piece of the lower overlapping portion 122B because the folding piece is formed inside the lower end. Can not. However, the lower overlapping portion 122
Similar to B, the upper overlapping portion 122A also has an elastic action to return from the inclination angle β to the inclination angle α, so that the upper overlapping portion 122A and the lower overlapping portion 122B engage with each other and the fitting portion 121. The fitting between the fitted portion 21 and the fitted portion 21 becomes deeper and stronger, and the folded piece of the upper overlapping portion 122A is expanded by the amount of the bruise and attached at an angle X2 larger than the angle X1. Then, since the folding piece of the upper overlapping portion 122A has an elastic action of returning from the angle X2 to the angle X1, the end of the folding piece of the upper overlapping portion 122A elastically abuts the lower overlapping portion 122B.

In the roof structure of the present invention, as described above, since the end of the upper overlapping portion 122A elastically abuts the lower overlapping portion 122B and does not create a gap, wind-up and wind-up, dust, dust, etc. Can be prevented from accumulating. Therefore, it is highly reliable against wind and rain.

In the roof plate 1, the upper overlapping portion 122A and the lower overlapping portion 122B are set in accordance with various conditions such as the inclination of the roof surface and the wind direction.
Since the fitting portion 121 is provided only on the side of the face plate portion 11 of 12, the construction can be performed from either the left or right side, and the construction work can be easily performed, and the construction period and cost can be reduced. Further, the article is also excellent in terms of manufacturing moldability. For example, when transporting (lifting up) the roof sheet 1 formed on-site to the roof surface, if it is sequentially laid (temporarily placed) from the underwater side, the laying direction and the construction direction are the same, so Lower overlap part 1 of roof plate under water
After attaching 22B to the holding member 2 (fitted portion 21),
The upper overlapping portion 122A of the roof plate 1 on the water side may be attached and this may be repeated. On the other hand, even if the laying direction and the construction direction are opposite, the temporarily placed roof plate 1
Is the side edge forming part 12 with respect to the holding member 2 (fitted part 21).
Since the (fitting portion 121) can be elastically fitted, the safety is high even if a gust of wind or the like is generated, and the left and right overlapping portions 122A and 122B are not elastically changed in order to change to a normal overlapping state. Then, it can be easily carried out by lifting (turning up) and assembling in a regular polymerization state. That is, it is possible to prevent an installation error when the sheet is conveyed from the on-site molding place to the roof surface, and the workability is improved including the laying work of the roof plate. As described above, the roof structure of the present invention enables the construction work to be easily performed, and holds the holding member 2 even in the temporarily placed state.
Since it can be elastically fitted to, it can be highly safe against wind and rain. Although not shown, in a roof structure having a three-dimensional curved surface, in consideration of various conditions such as the inclination of the roof surface and the wind direction, the left and right overlapping portions 122, 122 of the single roof panel 1 are provided in the upper overlapping portion 122A. In some cases, both may become the lower overlapped portion 122B. That is, since the roof plate 1 used in the present invention can easily cope with such a case, it can be easily applied to a roof having a three-dimensional curved surface. For example, the above-mentioned JP-A-11-2101
In the roof plate material described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 77, since the fitting female portion located on the upper side and the fitting male portion located on the lower side are formed asymmetrically, the roof structure having the above-described three-dimensional curved surface is formed. In order to correspond to the above, a total of three types of roof plate materials including a roof plate material having mating female parts formed at both ends and a roof plate material having mating male parts formed at both ends are required. One kind of roofing board 1 is enough.

Further, a holding member 2 is arranged inside the roof plate 1, and the roof member 1 is attached to the holding member 2 attached to the base 3.
Since the goby portion is formed by holding the roof portion, the strength of the goby portion is high, and compared with the roof structure of the above-mentioned JP-A-11-210177, which fixes the roof plate material itself to the base, it bends from the root portion of the goby. The risk of spilling is extremely small. Particularly, in the illustrated embodiment, since the receiving / supporting portion 23 of the holding member 2 receives and supports the overlapping portions 122A and 122B, high strength is exhibited against a positive load. In addition, since the overlapped portions 122A and 122B having an inverted V-shaped cross section are supported by the mountain-shaped protruding support portion 23 in the installed (connected) state, an engaged state is formed. The positive pressure performance is improved, and even if a positive load acts on the face plate portion 11 and the like and downward downward shift stress is exerted, the downward shift due to the engagement does not occur.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the upper overlapping portion 122
As a method for elastically contacting the end portion of A with the lower overlapping portion 122B, the angle of the folding piece and the folding piece forming the overlapping portions 122A and 122B with respect to the vertical direction is the same (X1), and The lower end of the folding-down piece was folded back inward to form a crease, but instead of forming the crease, the lower part (lower half) of the folding-down piece was folded into a generally V-shaped cross section as in the embodiment shown in FIG. You may form the hanging part which dropped. In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the sagging portion performs exactly the same function as the cross-cutting of the embodiment of FIG. 1, and the folding piece of the upper overlapping portion 122A of the roof panel 1 arranged on the right side of the drawing sags. It is expanded by the amount of the portion and attached at an angle Y2 larger than the angle Y1. And the upper overlapping portion 1
Since the folding piece of 22A has an elastic action to return from the angle Y2 to the angle Y1, the end of the folding piece of the upper overlapping portion 122A elastically abuts the lower overlapping portion 122B.

As a method for elastically abutting the end portion of the upper overlapping portion 122A to the lower overlapping portion 122B,
As in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, it may be formed such that the angle Z2 of the folded piece with respect to the vertical direction is smaller than the angle Z1 of the folded piece constituting the overlapping portions 122A and 122B with respect to the vertical direction. In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the folded piece of the lower overlapping portion 122B of the roof plate 1 arranged on the left side of the drawing is attached at the same angle Z2 as before the laying, but of the roof plate 1 arranged on the right side. The folded piece of the upper overlapping portion 122A is spread and attached (against elasticity) so as to be in close contact with the folded piece of the lower overlapping portion 122B, and is attached at the same angle Z1 as the folded piece. Then, from the angle Z1 to the angle Z2 on the folded piece of the upper overlapping portion 122A.
Since the elastic action to return to the upper side works, the upper overlapping portion 12
The folded-down one end of 2A elastically abuts the lower overlapping portion 122B. In the illustrated embodiment, the folded-down piece is left cut, but the folded-down tip may be folded back for the purpose of preventing deformation, increasing strength and preventing danger. Further, in the embodiment of FIG. 3, the upper end of the side edge molding portion 12 is flattened so that a top-shaped trapezoidal bar is formed. That is, the overlapping portions 122A and 122B are formed by a folded piece, a horizontal piece, and a folded piece, and a substantially horizontal receiving and supporting portion 23 that supports the horizontal piece is provided at the upper end of the holding member 2. In addition, 13 in the figure
Is a backing material attached to the back surface of the face plate portion 11 of the roof plate 1.

As described above, as a method for elastically abutting the end portion of the upper overlapping portion 122A to the lower overlapping portion 122B, the overlapping portions 122A and 122B as in the embodiment of FIG.
Of the folding pieces and the angles of the folding pieces with respect to the vertical direction are made the same, and the lower end of the folding pieces is folded back inward to form a bruise, or as in the embodiment of FIG. Fold the lower part further inward, or
There is a method of forming the overlapping pieces 122A and 122B so that the angle with respect to the vertical direction of the folded piece is smaller than the angle with respect to the vertical direction of the folded piece as in the embodiment of FIG. You can
For example, the folding pieces constituting the overlapping portions 122A and 122B and the folding pieces have the same angle with respect to the vertical direction, the lower side of the folding pieces is further folded inward, and a bruise is formed at the lower end. Is also good.

Further, as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the elastic seal material 4 may be provided between the upper overlapping portion 122A and the lower overlapping portion 122B in the laid state. The elastic seal material 4 is not particularly limited in its material and the like as long as it has elasticity and a water-tight sealing property so as to surely fill the gap. In addition, this elastic seal material 4
May be attached at the time of construction, but it is advantageous in construction to attach it to the inner surface (lower surface) of the upper overlapping portion 122A or the outer surface (upper surface) of the lower overlapping portion in advance. A gap for providing the elastic sealing material 4 is secured by elastic deformation of the roof plate 1. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the elastic seal member 4 can reliably prevent the intrusion of dust, dust, rainwater, etc., which has entered beyond the contact portion. The embodiment of FIG. 4 is substantially the same as the embodiment of FIG. 2 except for the elastic sealing material 4, except that the side edge forming portion 12 of the roof plate 1 arranged on the left side of the drawing is formed. Is the upper overlapping portion 122A, and the side edge forming portion 12 of the roof plate 1 arranged on the right side of the drawing is the lower overlapping portion 122B. Also, in the embodiment of FIG. 4, the end of the upper overlapping portion 122A elastically abuts the lower overlapping portion 122B as in the other embodiments, but in this embodiment, the lower overlapping portion 1
Also in 22B, the folded-down one end elastically contacts the holding member 2. That is, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the receiving and supporting portion 2 of the holding member 2 is
Since the lower part of 2 has a shape to allow the hanging part of the folded piece of the lower overlapping part 122B to escape, the lower overlapping part 1 at the time of laying
The angle of the folding piece 22B with respect to the vertical direction was substantially the same as that before the installation, but in the embodiment of FIG.
Since the receiving and supporting portion 22 has a linear shape that is equal to the angle of the lower overlapping portion 122B of the lower overlapping portion 122B with respect to the vertical direction before installation, the end of the lower overlapping portion 122B of the lower folded portion of the holding member 2 is It is elastically abutted on the support portion 22.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 6 is an example in which the elastic seal material 4 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4 is provided at the top between the overlapping portions 122A and 122B. Between the overlapping portions 122A and 122B, at least the end of the upper overlapping portion 122A is at the lower overlapping portion 122B.
The position is not particularly limited as long as it does not prevent the elastic contact with. If an elastic sealing material 4 having a high adhesion (adhesion) strength with the roof plate 1 is used, such as a double-sided tape having a water-blocking foam material as a support, the upper polymerized portion 122A and the lower polymerized portion 122B are separated from each other. The unity also becomes higher, and a stronger crosspiece structure can be obtained.

The present invention has been described above based on the embodiments of the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may be modified in any manner as long as the configuration described in the claims is not changed. It can be carried out. For example, the drawings of the respective embodiments do not show known waterproofing materials such as asphalt roofing and asphalt felt, but they do not hinder their use. When a fiber-based heat insulating material or the like is laid on the roof substrate, it is preferably stretched from the viewpoint of curing them. Further, the face plate portion of the roof plate of the present case may be subjected to a rippling process if necessary.

In summary, the vertical roof structure of the present invention is as follows.
The side edge forming part was formed substantially symmetrically, and the end of the upper overlapping part (upper overlapping part) was elastically brought into contact with the lower overlapping part (lower overlapping part). Therefore, the construction work can be done easily, the construction period can be shortened and the cost can be reduced, and it is possible to prevent the wind-up from rolling up and the accumulation of dust and dirt, which is highly reliable against wind and rain. Become.
In addition, the roof plate sets the upper overlapping portion and the lower overlapping portion according to various conditions such as the inclination of the roof surface and the wind direction, but the fitting portion is provided only on the face plate portion side of the substantially symmetrical side edge forming portion. Since it is provided, it is possible to perform construction from either the left or right side, the construction work can be easily performed, and the construction period and cost can be reduced. Further, in terms of manufacturing moldability as an article, it is superior to the bilaterally asymmetrical article. In consideration of various conditions such as the inclination of the roof surface and the wind direction, the overlapping part of the roof plate laid on the water side is polymerized on the overlapping part of the roof plate laid below the water to ensure safety against wind and rain. Can have a high roof structure. Also, since the roof plate is held by the holding member attached to the base to form the goby portion, the strength of the goby portion is high, and the roof plate material itself is fixed to the base roof of the above-mentioned JP-A-11-210177. The risk of bending from the root of the goby is extremely small compared to the structure. Furthermore, since the overlap of the side edges of the roof plate can be appropriately selected, a roof having an inclination in a direction different from the laying direction of the roof plate is highly safe against wind and rain. Since the polymerization of the side edges of the exterior material can be appropriately selected, the construction method is not limited by the site conditions of the building during on-site molding.
Further, since the upper overlapping portion also serves as the cover material, the number of members is small, the construction work is easy, and the cost can be kept low.

1, the left side is the water side and the right side is the water side, and the right overlapping portion 122 of the roof plate 1 arranged on the left side.
Is an upper overlapping portion 122A, the left roof plate 1 arranged on the right side
The overlapping portion 122 of becomes the lower overlapping portion 122B.

May be attached to during construction, but in advance of the upper overlapping portion 122A inner surface (lower surface) or the lower overlapping portion 12
It is advantageous in construction to attach it to the outer surface (upper surface) of 2B . A gap for providing the elastic sealing material 4 is secured by elastic deformation of the roof plate 1. In the embodiment of FIG. 4,
The elastic seal member 4 can reliably prevent dust, dust, rainwater, and the like that have entered beyond the contact portion from entering the inside.
The embodiment of FIG. 4 is substantially the same as the embodiment of FIG. 2 except for the elastic seal member 4, except that
The side edge forming part 12 of the roof plate 1 arranged on the left side of the drawing is the upper overlapping part 122A, and the side edge forming part 12 of the roof plate 1 arranged on the right side of the drawing is the lower overlapping part 122B. Has become. Also, in the embodiment of FIG. 4, the end of the upper overlapping portion 122A elastically abuts the lower overlapping portion 122B as in the other embodiments, but in this embodiment, the lower overlapping portion 122B is also folded. One end of the lowering piece elastically abuts the holding member 2. That is, in the embodiment of FIG. 2, since the lower part of the receiving and supporting part 23 of the holding member 2 has a shape to allow the hanging part of the folded piece of the lower overlapping part 122B to escape, the lower overlapping part 122B is folded down during installation. The angle of the piece with respect to the vertical direction was substantially the same as that before laying, but in the embodiment of FIG. 4, the receiving portion 22 of the holding member 2 is different from the angle with respect to the vertical direction of the folded piece of the lower overlapping portion 122B before laying. Since the linear shapes are the same as each other, the folded-down piece end portion of the lower overlapping portion 122B elastically abuts the receiving portion 22 of the holding member 2.
