By the way, if a large earthquake such as the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake occurs, even a building made of reinforced concrete will be greatly affected and the building will be damaged or tilted. In such a case, the door is also affected and an inclination as shown in FIG. 4B occurs, and the frame body 10 is deformed to form a gap 21 with the door 1, while the two contact each other. The hit portion 22 occurs. Therefore, there is a problem that the resident cannot open the door 1 at the time of the earthquake and cannot evacuate outside. In particular, since the doors are mostly made of steel, there are cases where the doors cannot be opened manually.

Therefore, various door mounting methods, seismic isolation doors, seismic resistant doors, etc. have been conventionally proposed. For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-266707 discloses a door mounting method and structure for mounting so that an open door (door of the present application) in a closed position is located outside an opening of a doorway.

[0006] In addition, in the registered utility model publication No. 3051072, there is a seismic replacement door for replacing the old steel entrance door with a new door by attaching the door part of the newly installed door to the outside of the existing frame. It is disclosed.
Further, Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 9-13827 discloses a seismic isolation door having a structure in which a door panel is attached to the door frame outside the surface of the frame.

However, in any of the cases disclosed above, although the deformation of the wall is not directly received by the door, there are the following problems, respectively. That is, in JP-A-10-266707, the door mounting frame located outside the opening is deformed according to the deformation of the building. Therefore, although the degree of contact between the frame and the door is improved as compared with the case where the door is located inside the opening, the door may still be difficult to open or may not open.

The same is true for registered utility model publication No. 3051072, and the deformation of the frame of the door part which is attached to the outer side of the existing frame is inevitable, and it is difficult or impossible to open the door. Things can happen. On the other hand, in the seismic isolation door disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-13827, the above problem does not occur because the frame is not provided around the door, but since the frame is not provided, the packing performance is deteriorated. It has a great influence on various performances. For example, the packing may be directly exposed to flames, and fire resistance is likely to be inferior to conventional doors.

Further, in any of the above cases, the door itself is a new one, and it is not considered to reuse the existing door as it is. Therefore, even if the existing door is modified, the cost is high and the modification cannot be realized at low cost. The present invention solves the above problems and provides a door that can be reliably opened even when an earthquake disaster occurs. Moreover, the present invention is suitable for the modification of an existing door, and it is possible to modify the door corresponding to an earthquake at a minimum cost.

By the way, when the existing frame body 10 cannot be used, a new frame body may be provided in the opening portion of the wall 5, but the cost increases accordingly. Next, the door 1 is attached to either side of the vertical frame member 11 via the hinge 3. Here, the door 1 is a door that is reused by removing the existing door, but may be a new door on the assumption that the cost increase is allowed.

A movable upper frame member 12 is attached to an upper end portion of a portion protruding from the wall surface of the vertical frame member 11 via a flexible joint metal piece 13 described later. Normally, the movable upper frame member 12 is fixed to the vertical frame member 11, but if it is deformed in the event of an earthquake, it will be pushed up by the door 1 and can move up and down freely. Therefore, unlike the conventional case, the door does not hit the frame to be restrained, and the door can be freely opened even immediately after the earthquake disaster. Therefore, it does not hinder the evacuation of residents.

The portion protruding from the wall surface of the vertical frame member 11 (see FIG. 2,
In FIG. 3, the attached frame portion 11b) and the movable upper frame member 12 are
Although they are connected by the flexible joint metal 13, they are pressed and integrated by the action of the spring 13a in the normal state shown in (a). On the other hand, when the earthquake causes deformation, the movable upper frame member 12 is pushed up by the door 1, the spring 13a attached to the flexible joint hardware 13 is also compressed, and a gap is created between the vertical frame member 11 and the movable upper frame member 12. Occurs. Therefore, even if there is a hit between the door and the frame, it is possible to eliminate the situation where the door pushes up the movable upper frame and the door cannot be opened. Here, 18 is a small frame attached to the existing frame 10, and a gasket 18a for sealing prevents drafts and the like, enhances sound insulation performance, and has a fireproof structure.

This flexible joint hardware 13 is composed of a vertical frame member 11
It is not particularly limited as long as it and the movable upper frame member 12 are in loose contact with each other. Alternatively, the spring 13a may be loosely contacted and the movable upper frame member 12 may be placed on the vertical frame member 11 by its own weight. Further, the vertical frame member 11 and the movable upper frame member 12 are joined by the vertical frame member 11 as shown in FIG. 7 in addition to the type in which the movable frame member is placed on the vertical frame member as shown in FIGS. The shape in which the movable upper frame member 12 is sandwiched at the upper end of the vertical frame member 11 as shown in FIGS.
The movable upper frame member 12 and the movable upper frame member 12 may be in contact with each other at an inclined portion. In either case, in normal use, the frame shape is held by the flexible joint hardware, and when the frame is deformed in the horizontal direction, the vertical frame member 11 and the movable upper frame member 12 are loosely positioned to compensate. The door can be opened and closed even when the door and the movable upper frame material come into contact with each other when the door is opened and closed.

Although the present invention has been described as being applied to a door that opens and closes by a hinge, even in the case of a hinge type door, if the hinge part connected to the movable upper frame member 12 can be moved up and down, The invention can be applied. It should be noted that in the door of the present invention, when the deformation occurs, the locking ratchet may interfere with the receiving hole of the ratchet provided in the vertical frame member so that it cannot be unlocked. . Therefore, in the door of the present invention, it is preferable that the receiving hole portion is expanded in the vertical direction to allow a margin.
