【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、パチンコ機に関す
る。

【従来の技術】遊技板表面の入賞球受口器に入賞したパ
チンコ球（以下入賞球という。）は、遊技板裏面の入賞
球集合カバーに集められ入賞球処理装置を通ってパチン
コ機設置島に戻る。遊技板の裏面には、入賞球受口器に
連通する球孔が開口していたり表示装置の後部が突き出
ていたりするため、それらを避けて入賞球を流すべく遊
技板の裏面に樋形態の入賞球通路が設けられている。し
かして従来の入賞球通路は、合成樹脂の型成形品であっ
て、入賞球受口器などの配置に合わせて機種毎に製造す
るようにしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】現在、パチンコ機は、
表示装置が大型化する傾向にある。その影響で入賞球通
路を設置する領域が圧迫され、従来の型成形による入賞
球通路では形態上の制約があって対応が困難になりつつ
ある。また、従来の入賞球通路は、入賞球受口器などの
配置に合わせて機種毎に製造する必要があるため、金型
代と在庫管理が大きなコストアップ要因になっていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記に鑑みなさ
れたもので、遊技板の裏面に設ける入賞球通路を、蛇腹
構造でフレキシブルなパイプ部材で構成したパチンコ機
を提供する。
【０００５】本発明の入賞球通路は、蛇腹構造でフレキ
シブルなパイプ部材で出来ているため、入賞球受口器な
どの配置に合わせて曲げ伸ばしして如何様にも対応する
ことができるから、汎用性が非常に高い。また、蛇腹構
造にしたことで径方向の剛性が増して潰れ難くなるた
め、パイプ部材の肉厚を薄くすることができる。そのた
め従来の型成形品に較べて外形をスリム化することがで
き、狭いスペースにも十分対応できる。

【発明の実施の形態】以下に本発明の実施の形態を図面
を参照しつつ説明する。なお、図１は要部の斜視図、図
２は要部の縦断面図、図３は要部の横断平面図、図４は
遊技板の裏面図、図５は他の留め具を示す要部の斜視
図、図６はパチンコ機の裏面図、図７は他のパイプ部材
を示す要部の横断平面図である。
【０００７】図６に示したようにパチンコ機Ｐは、骨格
となる四角い外枠１に、球皿（図示せず）や機構板２を
設けた前枠３を開閉自在に取り付けてなる。前枠３には
遊技板４が着脱自在に嵌め込まれていて、その遊技板４
の裏面に入賞球集合カバー５が装着されている。なお、
入賞球集合カバー５は、遊技板４の入賞球受口器６など
に入った入賞球を集めて機構板２にある入賞球処理装置
７に送り出すためのものである。
【０００８】しかして、入賞球集合カバー５の内側に
は、入賞球の流路となる入賞球通路８が設けられてい
る。入賞球通路８は、図１〜図３に示したように蛇腹構
造でフレキシブルなパイプ部材８ａにより構成し、少な
くとも始端と終端に留め具８ｂを嵌め、その留め具８ｂ
を介して遊技板４に取り付けられる。前記パイプ部材８
ａの蛇腹構造は、大径部と小径部が交互に繰り返すひだ
形態の他、一本の合成樹脂製又は金属製の線材をコイル
状に巻いた螺旋形態のものでもよい。なお、パイプ部材
８ａは、透明、不透明のどちらでもよいが、好ましくは
透明にするのがよい。そうすることにより、球詰まりの
ようなトラブルが発生した場合に詰まったポイントが外
部から迅速に発見できる。
【０００９】また、留め具８ｂは、図３に示したように
アーチ形の保持部８１ｂの先端に止め片８２ｂを形成し
てなり、その止め片８２ｂに設けた貫通孔８３ｂにネジ
９を通して遊技板４に固着する。保持部８１ｂのサイズ
は、遊技板４に固着した状態でパイプ部材８ａが適度に
締まる程度の大きさにするのがよい。また、図示しない
が保持部８１ｂの内周にパイプ部材８ａの蛇腹の凸凹に
係合する凹凸を形成しておけば、パイプ部材８ａとの嵌
め合いを緩やかにしても抜けるおそれがない。
【００１０】留め具８ｂの止め片８２ｂには、遊技板４
に接する面に位置決め手段８４ｂが設けてある。実施形
態の位置決め手段８４ｂは、前記ネジ止め用の貫通孔８
３ｂと同心的な円形の凸部であり、この凸部を遊技板４
に穿った凹状の位置決め部１０に嵌めて位置決めする。
なお、位置決め手段８４ｂは、ネジ止め用の貫通孔８３
ｂと同心的に形成するのが止め片８２ｂの強度アップ
（位置決め手段８４ｂ分の厚みが増してネジ締め時に割
れにくい。）やコンパクト化（貫通孔８３ｂと位置決め
手段８４ｂを別々に設けると止め片８２ｂが大型化す
る。）などの観点から好ましいが、貫通孔８３ｂと別の
離れた場所に設けるようにしても構わない。
【００１１】また、留め具８ｂは最低限、遊技板４にパ
イプ部材８ａを固定する機能があればよいのであるが、
図５に示したように遊技板４の球孔１１を覆うカバー部
材８５ｂを一体に設けるようにするとよい。そうするこ
とにより、球孔１１に対して斜めに入賞球通路８を配置
する場合でも、球孔１１から出る入賞球を確実にパイプ
部材８ａ内に導き入れることができる。
【００１２】図４は本発明のパチンコ機Ｐの入賞球通路
８の一例を示したものである。遊技板４には球孔１１等
を穿設する工程で予め位置決め部１０を所定の場所に形
成し、その位置決め部１０に留め具８ｂの位置決め手段
８４ｂを嵌めてネジ９で止める。従って、留め具８ｂの
取付位置は正確で作業性もよい。留め具８ｂとパイプ部
材８ａを一体にして取り扱う場合は、始端側と終端側の
留め具８ｂを固着した段階で入賞球通路８が出来上が
る。また、留め具８ｂとパイプ部材８ａを別体にして取
り扱う場合は、留め具８ｂを遊技板４に先付けしてから
その留め具８ｂにパイプ部材８ａを適宜撓ませながら差
し込むようにする。
【００１３】長いパイプ部材８ａを使用する場合やパイ
プ部材８ａの安定性を高める必要がある場合には、第
三、第四など他の一つ又は複数の留め具８ｂを使ってパ
イプ部材８ａの中間点も固定する。また、複数の短いパ
イプ部材８ａを、留め具８ｂをジョイント代わりにして
連結させるようにすることもできる。この場合、ジョイ
ント用の留め具８ｂとして幅広のものを使用するとよ
い。なお、図４ではパイプ部材８ａの始端側にカバー部
材８５ｂ付きの留め具８ｂを使用したが、図１〜図３に
示したカバー部材８５ｂのない留め具８ｂを使用するよ
うにしてももちろんよい。また、図４では遊技板４に密
着させてパイプ部材８ａを固定するようにしたが、遊技
板４の裏面と直交する向きにパイプ部材８ａを湾曲させ
るようにすることもできる。そうすることにより、表示
装置等を乗り越える立体的な入賞球通路８ができる。
【００１４】その他、図４において符号１２は照明等の
付属品、１３はアウト球口である。また、符号６Ｗは入
賞球の入賞確率が変化する構造の入賞球受口器であり、
この入賞球受口器６Ｗの球出口に前記入賞球通路８を接
続するようにしてもよい。また、入賞球通路８はフレキ
シブルで汎用性が高いため、仕様済みのものでも遊技板
４から外して別のパチンコ機Ｐに再利用することができ
る。
【００１５】以上本発明を実施の形態について説明した
が、もちろん本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるもので
はない。例えば、入賞球通路８で複数の入賞球受口器
６，６Ｗ同士を連結して両者を遊技板４の裏側でパチン
コ球を介して連動させるようにしてもよい。また、実施
形態ではパイプ部材３ａの形状を断面円形に形成した
が、例えば図７に示したように断面半円形にするなど、
パチンコ球の通過が可能であればどのような形状であっ
てもよい。また、実施形態ではパイプ部材８ａと留め具
８ｂを別体としたが、両者を一体化するようにしてもよ
い。
【００１６】また、本発明の入賞球通路８は、従来の型
成形品の入賞球通路と組み合わせて使用するようにして
もよい。例えば、複数の機種で共通化できる部分を型成
形品の入賞球通路で形成し、共通化できない部分に本発
明の入賞球通路８を使用するのである。
【００１７】上記の説明から明らかなように本発明は、
遊技板の裏面に設ける入賞球通路を、蛇腹構造でフレキ
シブルなパイプ部材とそのパイプ部材を遊技板に固着す
るための留め具で構成し、留め具に位置決め手段を設け
ると共に遊技板の留め具設置位置に前記位置決め手段に
対応する位置決め部を形成してなるパチンコ機、という
技術的思想を含んでいる。

【発明の効果】本発明のパチンコ機の入賞球通路は、蛇
腹構造でフレキシブルなパイプ部材で構成したため、入
賞球受口器などの配置に合わせて曲げ伸ばしして自由に
対応することができるから汎用性が非常に高く、従っ
て、入賞球通路を機種毎に製造する必要がなくなり、金
型代や在庫管理に要する負担が大幅に削減できる。
【００１９】また、蛇腹構造にしたことで径方向の剛性
が増して潰れ難くなるため、パイプ部材の肉厚を薄くす
ることができる。そのため従来の型成形品の入賞球通路
