Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a soot blower device for removing and cleaning combustion ash adhering to a heat transfer surface of a boiler for thermal power generation or the like. [0002] A heat transfer surface of a boiler or the like for thermal power generation, for example,
There is a soot blower device for removing combustion ash adhering to a superheater, a reheater, a economizer, and the like. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a schematic system and a control system of the soot blower device. In FIG. 3, 1 is a steam source, 2 is an electric valve, 3 is a pressure regulating valve, 4 is a pressure detector, 5 is a signal generator, 6 is a subtractor, 7 is a proportional / integrator, 8 is a flow detector, 9 is a steam valve (poppet valve), 1
0 is a soot blower, 11 is an electric valve, 12 is a drain trap, and 13 is a blow tank. The pressure of the steam from the steam source 1 detected by the pressure detector 4 is deviated by a subtractor 6 and calculated by a proportional / integrator 7 to open the pressure control valve 3 so that the pressure becomes the set pressure. Control the degree. Two sets of soot blowers 10 installed symmetrically opposite to the boiler furnace are simultaneously inserted into the furnace by a soot blower start command signal of a soot blower start command circuit (not shown). When the steam valve 9 is opened, the soot blower 10 is filled with steam, and the steam is sprayed from the outlet at the tip of the soot blower 10 while being inserted. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a starting procedure of two conventional soot blowers 10. As shown in FIG.
As described above, the start procedure of the two soot blowers 10 is as follows.
That is, it is inserted into the furnace. Two soot blowers 10
Is returned when it reaches a predetermined tip position while spraying steam. During the withdrawal, the steam continues to be sprayed, and when returning to the original position, the steam valve 9 is closed and the spraying of the steam is stopped. In a conventional soot blower device, two soot blowers 10 are simultaneously activated in order to shorten this series of operation times (time from the start of insertion of the soot blower 10 into the furnace to the return to the original position). As a document describing a soot blower device, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
183309 and JP-A-1-234711. FIG. 5 shows the conventional soot blower 10 in which the two soot blowers 10 are simultaneously inserted into the furnace, the length of the soot blower 10 inserted into the furnace, and the length of the soot blower 10 inserted into the furnace. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between a temperature of a metal part, a flow rate of steam flowing in a soot blower 10, and time. [0005] 51 is a soot blower insertion length, 52 is the temperature of the soot blower metal part inserted into the furnace, 53 is the steam flow rate flowing through the soot blower 10 (steam flow rate measured by the flow rate detector 4 in FIG. 3), and 54 is Soot blower metal part temperature limit value, 55 is soot blower start time (soot blower insertion start time), 56 is time when general steel part is inserted into furnace, 57 is SUS material part, 58 is general steel part, and 59 is soot blower burnout area It is. As shown in FIG. 5, in the above prior art, the two soot blowers 10 are simultaneously started (inserted into the furnace) by the soot blower start command signal 14 (FIG. 4). Since the steam flows into the same soot blower simultaneously, the steam flow rate flowing into one soot blower 10 becomes 10
It took more than 70 seconds to reach 0%. Since the steam flow rate in the soot blower 10 increases while the soot blower 10 is inserted into the furnace, the steam flow rate is insufficient (that is, not cooled) at the initial stage of insertion into the furnace, and the soot blower 10 inserted into the furnace is The temperature of the metal part increases. For this reason, the tip of the soot blower 10 is made of a SUS material having high heat resistance. The portion after the tip is made of a general steel material. However, one soot blower 1
If the securing of the steam flow rate within 0 is slow, the temperature of the metal part of the soot blower 10 inserted into the furnace remains high even at the time when the general steel part is inserted into the furnace from the tip of the SUS material, There was a problem that the general steel part was burned. In addition, a soot blower device for discharging steam by ejecting steam from a steam ejection port (see Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No.
Also in JP-A-34711, the flow rate of steam for drain cutting is smaller than that for steam for cleaning, so that it is not possible to prevent the general steel material from burning. An object of the present invention is to provide a soot blower device that can prevent burnout of a soot blower. [0010] In order to solve the above problems, a soot blower device of the present invention is a set of two soot blowers, and one of the two soot blowers is activated first. And a soot blower activation instruction means for activating the remaining one after a predetermined time has elapsed. In the soot blower device of the present invention, one of the two soot blowers is activated in advance, and after a predetermined time has elapsed, the remaining one is activated to lower the temperature of the soot blower. Can be secured early and the temperature of the soot blower can be reduced in a short time, so that burning of the soot blower can be prevented. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings described below, those having the same functions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repeated description thereof will be omitted. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a starting procedure of two soot blowers 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. 14 is a soot blower start command signal, and 15 is a signal delay means such as a timer. The soot blower device of the present invention starts a soot blower 10 and a soot blower 10 of two soot blowers 10 in advance, and after a predetermined time, activates the remaining one soot blower. Command means (a circuit which generates a soot blower start command signal 14 and has a signal delay means 15). That is, one of the two sets of soot blowers 10 is started in advance by the soot blower start command signal 14, and the remaining one is inserted after a certain time has elapsed after the necessary steam flow rate has been established. That is, after receiving the soot blower start command signal 14, the first soot blower 1
0 starts. The second soot blower 10 is activated by the output of the soot blower start command signal 14 after the time set by the signal delay means 15. With such a configuration, the steam flow rate for preventing burning of the general steel part of the soot blower 10 is established at an early stage. FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which the start-up time of the soot blower 10 installed in a set of two units is shifted.
The insertion length of the soot blower 10, the temperature of the metal part of the soot blower 10 inserted into the furnace, and the soot blower 10
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a relationship between a steam flow rate flowing through the inside and time. Reference numeral 21 denotes the first and second soot blower insertion lengths, 22 denotes the temperature of the soot blower metal part inserted into the furnace, and 23 denotes the steam flow rate flowing through the soot blower 10 (FIG. 3).
, 24 is the soot blower metal part temperature limit value, 25 is the soot blower start time (soot blower insertion start time), 26 is the time when the general steel part is inserted into the furnace, 27 is SUS material part,
28 is a general steel part. That is, as shown in FIG.
From 5 to about 40 seconds, establishment of a steam flow rate 23 of, for example, 9.9 t / h can be realized. The time can be reduced from the conventional 70 seconds to 40 seconds by about 30 seconds. In the present embodiment, before the general steel part 28 of the first soot blower 10 started in advance is inserted into the furnace, the metal part temperature 22 of the soot blower 10 is reduced to the limit value 24 (600 ° C.) or less. So you can
Burnout of the general steel part 28 of the soot blower 10 can be prevented. At the soot blower metal part temperature 22 inserted into the furnace, the metal part temperature of the second soot blower 10 is a temperature that is kept below 600 ° C. By using the soot blower apparatus of the present embodiment, the first soot blower 10 is activated (the steam valve 9 of FIG. 3 is opened at the same time as the activation) as compared with the prior art in which two soot blowers 10 are inserted at the same time. ), Since the steam flows only in the first soot blower 10, the steam flow rate is approximately doubled. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, a rapid rise of the steam flow rate is realized, and accordingly, the soot blower 1
A sufficient steam flow rate for lowering the temperature of the metal part of 0 can be secured early, and the temperature of the metal part of the soot blower 10 can be reduced in a short time. As a result, at the time 26 when the general steel part 28 of the soot blower 10 is inserted into the furnace.
, The soot blower metal part temperature 22 is the limit value 24
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the general steel part 28 of the soot blower 10 from burning out. From the above, the soot blower of the present embodiment can be installed in a place where the gas temperature is extremely high just above the furnace. Although the present invention has been specifically described based on the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it is needless to say that various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. It is. As described above, according to the present invention,
By starting one of the two soot blowers in advance and starting the remaining one after a predetermined time has elapsed, a sufficient steam flow rate for lowering the temperature of the soot blower can be secured early. Since the temperature of the soot blower can be reduced in a short time, burning of the soot blower can be prevented.
