【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 容器(1)を熱収縮性フィルム(3)で
被覆し、熱収縮性フィルム(3)の両端同士をヒートシ
ールして熱収縮性フィルム(3)を加熱収縮させた際
に、シール部を含む角部にフィルムが収縮限界に達して
形成される突出部(9)を有する熱収縮性フィルムによ
る容器包装体において、前記突出部(9)をきっかけに
して熱収縮性フィルム(3)を破断するための断続的な
切り込み(10)が、該熱収縮性フィルム(3)に形成
されてなることを特徴とする熱収縮性フィルムによる容
器包装体。
