Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an intermediate cushioning material for storing large fruits such as pears in a cardboard box in upper and lower stages. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, relatively large fruits such as pears are piled up and down on a cardboard box, and a synthetic resin cushioning material, that is, a synthetic resin foam sheet, a synthetic resin foam net or a corrugated cardboard sheet is provided therebetween. Damage due to load was prevented by interposing a composite material or air cap sheet. [0003] After removing the large-sized fruit from the cardboard box, the synthetic resin buffer material is difficult to dispose of and is returned to the fruit and vegetable market. The cardboard boxes and paper trays are effectively used for recycled paper and the like, and are handed over to waste paper collectors as valuable resources. However, synthetic resin cushioning materials and synthetic resin trays are not collected, and are discarded as garbage. I have to dispose of it,
In order to collect and discard the paper, a step of separating paper and synthetic resin is required, and labor is required. [0005] The present invention is recyclable by recycling, does not become garbage, does not require the labor of the separation step of plastic and paper, and is fully elastic,
An object of the present invention is to obtain a buffer material that does not easily damage fruits. [0006] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention firstly comprises stacking fruits stored in trays in a cardboard box in upper and lower stages, and interposing a cushioning material in the middle stage. In the corrugated cardboard box, the cushioning material is a paper corrugated cardboard sheet formed by refracting an inclined portion of a corrugated core over the entire surface. Accordingly, relatively large fruits are accommodated in a tray in a cardboard box, stacked one above the other, and the buffer sheet is interposed therebetween, whereby the lower surface of the upper tray is placed on the upper surface of the lower fruit via the buffer sheet. Not only can the sliding, vibration, or shock during transportation be reduced not only in the direction of the waveform of the core, in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the waveform of the core, but also in the vertical direction, and the buffer sheet is made of paper. Because it is a cardboard sheet, it can be effectively recycled into recycled paper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A paper or synthetic resin tray 6 made of pulp mold or the like is spread on a bottom surface 1 'of a cardboard box 1, and a relatively large fruit 2 such as a pear is placed in a concave portion 6' of the tray 6. To accommodate. The cushioning material 3 is placed on the upper surface of the fruit 2, the tray 6 is placed thereon, and the relatively large fruit 2 'such as pear is stored in the recess 6' of the tray 6. Cardboard box 1
Close the lid 1 ", 1" and pack. The upper surface of the lower fruit 2 is overlapped with the lower surface of the upper concave portion 6 ', and the upper fruit 2' is buffered by the lower fruit 2 and the concave portion 6 'of the upper tray 6.
Supported through. The fruits 2 accommodated in the lower tray 6 can be accommodated in the cardboard box 1 by laying a cushioning material 3 on the upper surface thereof, placing the upper tray 6 thereon and stacking the upper and lower two tiers. . The cushioning material 3 is a paper corrugated cardboard sheet 5 having a corrugated core 4 adhered between liners 4 ", 4".
As shown in FIG. 2, the cardboard sheet 5 refracts the inclined portions 4 ', 4' of the corrugated core 4 by passing between the upper and lower rubber rollers 7, 7 (FIG. 1 (b)). As shown in FIG. 3, when the corrugated core 4 is not deformed, the liners 4 ", 4" and the core 4 are held together and become rigid in the vertical direction.
Does not deform, and cannot exhibit cushioning against vibration and the like. However, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the inclined portions 4 ', 4' of the corrugated core 4 are bent, the corrugated core 4 is not bent.
Of the lower fruit 2 and the concave portion 6 'of the upper tray 6
Therefore, it is possible to cope with mutual sliding, mutual vibration, mutual impact, and the like, and thus damage to the upper surface of the lower fruit 2 can be avoided.
By placing the cushioning material 3 on the upper surface of the upper fruit 2 'as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 1 (a), contact damage with the lids 1 ", 1" can be avoided. The above-mentioned bending deformation of the corrugated core 4 needs to be spread over the entire surface of the cushioning material 3, and is partially effective only for a part of the lower fruit 2, and is contained in the cardboard box 1. It is not sufficient to cover the entirety, but it is sufficient if the entire surface except for the outer peripheral portion of the cushioning material 3 is used. Since the present invention is constructed as described above, there is no danger that the fruits at the lower stage stored in the cardboard box will be damaged by sliding, vibration or impact during transportation, and the handling is safe. In addition to the above, the cushioning material is a paper cardboard sheet consisting of a liner and a core, so it can be recycled by recycling after use and can be effectively used for recycled paper, etc., thereby reducing waste emissions. Is effective.
