さの鋼板から形成され、底板2に溶接により固定する。
前記鋼管パイプ1の地中に埋設される周面の180°対
称方向に上下に長方形開口のプレート穴5を形成し、該
プレート穴5の開口を上補強板6及び下補強板7で補強
し、該上補強板6及び下補強板7間の隙間を介して鋼管
パイプ1周面から半径方向外側に突出自在なアンカープ
レート8を収納する。さらに、前記鋼管パイプ1内部に
は、前記アンカープレート8を突出動作させるプレート

外側にアンカープレート8が突出自在となるようにす
